  • Patent number: 11942880
Abstract: A power tool, such as a drilling power tool, configured to perform an easy hole start operation upon actuation of a trigger. When the trigger is actuated, the motor is driven at a low speed value. The motor speed is increased to a second speed value during a predetermined time threshold and then driven at the second speed value until the trigger is no longer actuated. In some embodiments, the easy hole start operation may be implemented by an easy hole start switch. In some embodiments, if the easy hole start operation persists for a time greater than a predetermined time threshold, then the motor will shut off.

  • Patent number: 11866903
Abstract: An electrically-driven vibratory hammer is provided, which has a power supply, is wirelessly controlled, can increase the vibration amplitude and can detect the data of the vibratory hammer in real time. Through the arrangement of storage batteries, workers can also directly work through the built-in storage batteries during construction in some remote areas, without laying additional lines, and the cost is reduced. Furthermore, a movable toothed plate previously driven by a hydraulic cylinder is changed into a clamping electric cylinder capable of directly working through the storage batteries, so that a pile body can be directly clamped without an external hydraulic pump station during working. Through the improvement, the workers can directly work without additionally laying basic equipment during construction in construction sites with incomplete facilities, the construction period is shortened, the construction cost is saved, intelligent control is achieved.

Abstract: A control method of an impact wrench for setting an expansion anchor carries out a first sequence in response to a button being pressed. In a first phase, a rotary impact is repeatedly exerted on a screw element of the expansion anchor and a torque transmitted from the rotary impact to the screw head is estimated. The first phase S1 is continued until the estimated transmitted torque exceeds a threshold value specified for the expansion anchor. In a second phase, a number of rotary impacts specified for the expansion anchor are exerted on the screw head. Abstract: A power take-off (PTO) assembly of a cordless electric concrete driver includes a bracket supporting a solenoid and a compression spring and a linkage arm coupled between a plunger of the solenoid and the compression spring. The linkage arm is biased by the compression spring toward the nail driver. A carrier supports or carries a pinch roller and the carrier is pivotably mounted to the bracket via a pivot pin. An engaging surface is movable with the plunger between an engagement position in which the engaging surface engages a cooperating engaging surface of the carrier and orients the carrier into a corresponding engagement orientation, and a disengagement position in which the engaging surface is spaced away from the cooperating engaging surface of the carrier, allowing the carrier to pivot outside the corresponding engagement orientation.

  • Patent number: 10787273
Abstract: An electrical architecture for an aircraft having a primary three-phase electrical network powering a transformer-rectifier unit serving to power two secondary DC electrical networks. Each of the two secondary electrical networks includes a contactor electrically connected to a generator-starter. The contactors are linked in pairs to prevent them from being closed simultaneously. The second secondary network powers the generator-starter to start a fuel-burning engine. The first secondary network can be powered by the generator-starter to power electrical components. A secondary voltage of the second secondary electrical network is greater than the voltage of the first secondary electrical network, thus making it possible to optimize the weight of the electrical architecture. The two secondary electrical networks may also be powered from autonomous sources of electricity as a replacement for the primary network to power the generator-starter and the electrical components.
