  • Patent number: 10845047
Abstract: A method for producing a hermetically gastight optoelectronic or electro-optical component with great robustness to heat and moisture is described. A housing cap is connected to a carrier in a hermetically gastight manner. Orifices in the housing cap are closed in a hermetically gastight manner by a window element. An electronic component with a housing has a housing cap, a carrier as base plate of the housing, and an interior space enclosed by the housing cap and the carrier. An optoelectronic or electro-optical converter element is arranged in the interior space. The housing cap is closed in a hermetically gastight manner by the carrier through a bonding connection of fused metal. The orifice is connected to the housing cap in a hermetically gastight manner by a window element along an edge metallization of the window element by a circumferential first seam of a fused metallic material.

  • Patent number: 7471002
Abstract: A voltage controller has an integrated control circuit having a plurality of lead wires, a plurality of connecting terminals, and a terminal holding body holding the terminals such that a portion of each terminal is protruded from a surface of the body so as to be connected with one lead wire. The control circuit controls an output voltage of an alternator by receiving or outputting signals transmitted through the lead wires and the connecting terminals. The protruded terminals are disposed so as to be aligned along a plurality of lines on the surface of the body. Therefore, an on-surface distance between terminals adjacent to each other is sufficiently set at a large value, and the arrangement of the terminals prevents the terminals from being short-circuited.

  • Patent number: 6303865
Abstract: A waterproof structure for a wire harness having at least one instrument, a plurality of electric wires connected thereto and a plurality of wire connecting parts at which the electrical wires are bundled. The waterproof structure includes a sealant having a viscidity less than 40000 CPS. The sealant is retained by the wire connecting part arranged in the nearest position to the instrument positioned at a tail end in an intruding course of water into the wire harness. Due to its low viscidity, the sealant can be brought easiliy among core lines constituting the wire, whereby gaps among the core lines can be sealed perfectly. Therefore, even if the water intrudes along the core lines through the other wire connecting parts, the flow of water can be checked at the specified wire connecting part thereby to protect the instrument from the immersion of water.
