Abstract: A suspension element for the mechanical connection of a load which is suspended in a support, having a rigidity. It comprises at least two mechanical interfaces with the load and with the support, respectively, and at least two plates which connect each of the two interfaces in a complete connection, the rigidity of the element being adjusted to specific values along three orthogonal axes in accordance with the number of plates, their distribution between the interfaces and their dimensions in terms of length, thickness and depth.
Abstract: An insulator member includes a set of passages (2) (4) which, without intercrossing, extend through the main body (1a) of the insulator member. The set of passages (2) (4) includes an insulating passage (2) structurally arranged to be engaged by filiform elements (10) and an elongated anchor passage (4) structurally arranged to be engaged by the hook portion (21) of the stretcher device (20). Since the passages (2) (4) do not intercross, the separating portion (1d) prevents the stretched filiform elements from being subject to compression upon stretching of the stretching device.

Abstract: A combined strain insulator and arcing horn assembly. The arcing horns comprise a pair of rods having V-shaped outer ends criss crossing one another along one lateral side of the insulator and arranged to form multiple self-extinguishing wiring gaps emanating from the common gap between the spaced apart apexes thereof. The assembly is eminently suited for installation vertically, horizontally or in an inclined position. The hardware components are identical and integral except for fasteners.
