  • Patent number: 10141663
Abstract: A coaxial cable connector comprising a connector body, a dielectric component, and a conductor component is provided. The connector body has a threaded outer surface, a radially protruding head portion, and an altered hex-shaped end portion. The altered hex-shaped end portion and radially protruding head portion surround the first body opening end of the connector body. The connector body further comprises a through-hole having a radially inner protruding end portion on an inner surface of the first connector body end. The dielectric component has a cylindrical center tube, a radially protruding head end portion, and a plurality of flexible snap hooks. The plurality of flexible snap hooks slide along guide passageways of the radially inner protruding end portion of the through-hole, fittably hooking and locking against an annular inner lock back wall thereof. The first conductor component extends through the cylindrical center tube of the dielectric component.

  • Patent number: 10096446
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a high-voltage generator (120) for an x-ray source, an x-ray gun, an electron beam apparatus, a rotary vacuum seal, a target assembly for an x-ray source, a rotary x-ray emission target (500), and an x-ray source. These various aspects may separately and/or together enable the construction of an x-ray source which can operate at energies of up to 500 kV and beyond, which is suitable for use in commercial and research x-ray applications such as computerized tomography. In particular, the high-voltage generator includes a shield electrode (123a, 123b) electrically connected intermediate of a first voltage multiplier (122a, 122b) and a second voltage multiplier (122b, 122c). The electron beam apparatus includes control photodetectors (202a, 202b—not shown) and photo emitters (201a, 202a) having a transparent conductive shield (203a and 203b, 203c—not shown) arranged therebetween.

  • Patent number: 8157820
Abstract: A system and method of attaching a braided sleeve to a junction box so that the braided sleeve completely protects any cable or wire leading from the junction box. To attach the braided sleeve to the junction box, one end of the braided sleeve is engaged with a clamp. A faceplate is provided for the junction box. The clamp is interposed between the faceplate and the junction box, wherein the braided sleeve extends through an opening in the faceplate. The faceplate is mounted to the junction box or to a receptacle within the junction box. The clamp device is too large to pass through the opening in the faceplate. Consequently, the clamp and the end of the braided sleeve become trapped between the faceplate and the junction box. Any wire or cable that leads to the junction box passes through the center of the braided sleeve.

  • Patent number: 7465882
Abstract: Signal line conductors passing through vertical vias in an insulative substrate for supporting and interconnecting integrated circuit chips are provided with shielding conductors in adjacent vias that link respective power and ground planes. The shielding conductors' presence in positions around a signal via is made possible through the employment of power plane and ground plane conductive grids that are laid out in rhomboid patterns. The power plane and ground plane grids possess a left-right mirror relation to one another and are displaced to place the rhomboid's corners to avoid overlapping any of the grid lines.

  • Patent number: 7339795
Abstract: A structure for fastening a circuit board on a case includes a strut which has one end coupled on the case and other end coupled on the circuit board, and a coupling member which has two distal ends with surfaces not parallel with each other. One distal end is coupled on the circuit board with the distal end surface in parallel with the other end surface of the strut, and the other distal end surface is parallel with a holding section of a fastening element which fastens the coupling member, the circuit board and the strut in this order, to make the circuit board in parallel with a mounting surface, which an electronic device may be held on, of the case. The circuit board is easy to be fastened even if the circuit board is not vertical to the molding direction of the fastening structure. Assembly costs also are lower.
