Patent number: 10562072Abstract: A grizzly apparatus includes a plurality of grizzly bars arranged at predetermined intervals in a second direction perpendicular to a first direction which is an extension direction of center axes of the grizzly bars. Each of the plurality of grizzly bars is rotatable in a direction opposite to a direction of rotation of its adjacent grizzly bar so that a slit through which a screening target object passes and a gap through which the screening target object does not pass alternately emerge, between adjacent grizzly bars. The guide includes an outer member forming its outer shape, and has at least one guide surface inclined with respect to the second direction in such a way that the guide surface descends as the guide surface advances in the second direction toward the slit to guide the screening target object having fallen onto the guide to the slit.Type: GrantFiled: December 2, 2016Date of Patent: February 18, 2020Assignee: KAWASAKI JUKOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Yasutaka Ozeki, Yoshihiko Takemura, Tomoyuki Suzuki, Kei Takakura, Hiroshi Ito, Keiichi Mashio, Hiroshi Aoyagi, Takeshi Kawana, Akira Yamashita, Ryutaro Okada, Keita Tsunemori

Publication number: 20120285773Abstract: A lubricating system for supplying at least one lubricating point with lubricant is described. The lubricating system is equipped with at least one feed device and at least one line extending between this feed device and a lubricating point. In order to very easily and effectively monitor and indicate the severance of a lubricant line, an electrical connection is respectively provided on the feed device and the lubricating point. An electric conductor extending between the two connections is assigned to the line. A monitoring device is assigned to the line in such a way that it generates a signal when the electric conductor is interrupted. The invention furthermore pertains to a vehicle, particularly a construction machine, which is equipped with such a lubricating system.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 23, 2012Publication date: November 15, 2012Applicant: LINCOLN GMBHInventors: Armin Günther, Ralf Trinkel, Bernd Naudszus, Sebastian Godowski, Herbert Kannegießer

Patent number: 8100229Abstract: First and second oil flow passages are defined in a wall portion of a transmission casing. The first oil flow passage has an open end exposed to an interior of the casing. The second oil passage is connected to the first oil passage through a connection opening defined by the first oil passage. A separate pipe member has a predetermined end portion that is inserted into the first oil passage from the open end of the same. The predetermined end portion comprises a cylindrical portion having a fixed length; an end opening defined by an end of the cylindrical portion and exposed to the first oil passage; and an orifice opening defined by a side wall of the cylindrical portion. The orifice opening is blocked by an inner wall of the first oil passage when the connection opening takes a first position relative to the open end of the first oil passage, and exposed to the second oil passage when the connection opening takes a second position relative to the open end of the first oil passage.Type: GrantFiled: March 23, 2005Date of Patent: January 24, 2012Assignee: Jatco LtdInventors: Kenji Matsubara, Hiromi Taguchi, Yasuhiko Kunii, Tsutomu Saitou, Tomoyuki Watanabe

Publication number: 20110148066Abstract: A vehicle suspension, steering, damping and anti-roll system for a wheeled vehicle. Unlike most previous vehicle suspension and steering systems, this invention uses a rod-in-sleeve design for the front and rear suspension assemblies to allow vertical linear wheel knuckle movement of the wheels. This invention is unusual by using a cable-operated steering system and also by using cables to transfer cable tension from upward wheel movement to remote spring/shock absorber assemblies. Also unique is the use of a spring/shock absorber assembly arrangement that provides both suspension and anti-roll effects for a pair of right and left wheels in the same unit. The rear suspension proposed shares some similarities to the front suspension and consists of a dual rod-in-sleeve design with cables that transfer forces from road bumps to a remote spring assembly.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 20, 2009Publication date: June 23, 2011Inventor: William James Beaujon

Patent number: 6874599Abstract: A fifth wheel lubricating system for greasing the interface between the upper and lower fifth wheel plates while the trailer is couple to the tractor. The system supplies grease form a cartridge that is coupled to a solenoid activated grease valve and controlled by means of an electrical controller mounted in the cab or on the catwalk of the fifth wheel tractor. The grease gun is operated pneumatically from an onboard air compressor or can be manually operated by means of a hand pump lever built into the grease gun. A primary grease hose carries grease from the grease valve to a grease distribution hub, where it is distributed to two or more distribution hoses that connect to the bottom side of the tractor mounted lower fifth wheel plate. The grease is forced up through holes in the lower fifth wheel plate, into grease slots on the top side of the lower plate.Type: GrantFiled: December 11, 2002Date of Patent: April 5, 2005Inventor: Brad A.
