Including Specific Cross-guide Structure Patents (Class 19/253)
  • Patent number: 8695169
Abstract: A drawing frame (1) is described for drawing a fiber slubbing (14) of a workstation of a textile machine having two roller pairs (2, 3) which are arranged behind one another in the transport direction (A) and in each case contain a drafting roller (4, 6) which can be driven, wherein the first drafting roller (4) in the transport direction (A) is assigned a guide apron (8) which wraps around this drafting roller (4) and a guide table (10) which is arranged between the first (4) and the second (6) drafting roller. It is provided according to the invention that the first drafting roller (4) is mounted in a bearing slide (19) which can be displaced in the transport direction (A), and the second drafting roller (6) is mounted in a bearing block (22), and that the guide table (10) is fixed on the bearing block (22) of the second drafting roller (6).

  • Patent number: 6112509
Abstract: A drafting equipment is provided with a small double belt for spinning machines with a fiber bundling zone which follows the pair of output rollers of the main drafting field and is followed by a pair of delivery rollers. A pneumatic compression device is provided between the pair of output rollers and the pair of delivery rollers. A pneumatic compression device is provided with a small perforated belt and a suction device extending on the side of the belt away from the fiber sliver and which sucks air through the fiber sliver between the pair of output rollers and the pair of delivery rollers.

  • Patent number: 4656695
Abstract: A drafting assembly whose lower belt is laterally guided by a guide element having a pair of side walls joined by a web and more unitarily from a synthetic resin. The web lies outside the loop of the lower belt and in the upper belt or adjacent the lower belt. The element is held against lateral movements by abutments which can be lateral flanks of the rollers or a guide element for the upper belt. The element is prevented from twisting or rotation by engagement with a stationary turnover rail over which the lower belt passes.

  • Patent number: 4391021
Abstract: An apron drafting system for textile fibers includes a pair of front rolls, a pair of middle rolls, and a pair of back rolls defining front and back drafting zones therebetween. A cradle, including a pair of side plates, is mounted on both of said middle rolls and extends towards both said front rolls and said back rolls to support a pair of front apron pins adjacent the front rolls and a pair of back aprons pins adjacent the back rolls. Top and bottom aprons extend over the middle rolls and over the apron pins adjacent both the front and back rolls to make adjacent contact to guide the textile fibers from a point immediately adjacent the back rolls, through the nip between the middle rolls, to a point adjacent the front rolls.

  • Patent number: 4067088
Abstract: An apron drafting arrangement for fibrous material comprising a pair of back rolls, a pair of intermediate rolls, a pair of front rolls, the intermediate pair of rolls including a top roll and bottom roll. Deflecting elements are arranged to each side of such top roll and a top apron is loosely placed about the top roll and about such deflecting elements. The deflecting elements, viewed in the direction of material flow, are located upstream and downstream of the top roll of the intermediate pair of rolls. A top apron guide cage takes up the top intermediate roll and the deflecting elements and a bottom apron is loosely guided about a respective deflecting element located upstream and downstream of the bottom roll of the pair of intermediate rolls. The intermediate pair of rolls is arranged closer to the downstream located deflecting elements.
