Abstract: A yarn twisting method and device for a ring spinning machine is provided. The twisting method comprises the following steps: feeding three roving strands (1, 2, 3) into a back roller (8) of the ring spinning machine; after drafting, the three roving strands, three fiber strands (1, 2, 3) exiting from a nip point of a front roller (10), wherein a fiber strand (2) in the middle forms an angle with a plane formed by the other two fiber strands (1, 3), and thus the three fiber strands (1, 2, 3) form a multi-strand spinning triangle region having a three-dimensional spatial form; and in the multi-strand spinning triangle region, the three fiber strands (1, 2, 3) obtaining twist by means of a ring traveler of the ring spinning machine, and the twisted fiber strands (1 ,2, 3) are combined into a composite yarn (4) through a convergence point.

Abstract: The purpose of the invention is to reduce the abrasive impact of the fibre or the yarn on the rollers coated with elastic material, which are used for drafting and guiding purposes in yarn production techniques, and thus keep the operating conditions and yarn quality parameters constant. The fibre on the top rollers coated with elastic material especially in the mechanical ring compact yarn production among the yarn production techniques, is an apron cladding method, over the top roller and the bearing guide arms connected to a bearing body found on the bearing unit placed on the pressure arm, in a way that it would cover these together. The method includes the operation steps of stretching the aprons by application of tension via a tension component and, while the fibre drafting operation continues, the bearing unit carrying the aprons being shifted in the horizontal plane in certain intervals.

Abstract: A fixed tube of circular cross-section, which is common to several spinning stations disposed side by side, is connected to a suction source and has, in each station, a suction slot arranged on the path of a bundle of fibres to be compacted and along its direction of advance. A cylindrical sleeve is freely rotatable on the tube and has a perforated portion which extends around a corresponding slot. The sleeve is rotated about the fixed tube by a pressure roller which presses the bundle of fibres against the perforated portion of the sleeve. The sleeve cooperates with an axially stationary retaining element which is separate from the tube and is arranged to limit the axial movements of the sleeve along the tube.

Abstract: A drafting equipment is provided with a small double belt for spinning machines with a fiber bundling zone which follows the pair of output rollers of the main drafting field and is followed by a pair of delivery rollers. A pneumatic compression device is provided between the pair of output rollers and the pair of delivery rollers. A pneumatic compression device is provided with a small perforated belt and a suction device extending on the side of the belt away from the fiber sliver and which sucks air through the fiber sliver between the pair of output rollers and the pair of delivery rollers.
Abstract: A rail for supporting and guiding the lower belt of a drafting frame of a textile machine is provided with a coating of one or more of aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide, chromium oxide or molybdenum oxide in an oxide ceramic powder with a hardness of 800 to 1500 HV and a grain size of 45 to 5 .mu.m. A pressing arm urges the stand against its belt.
Abstract: A drafting apparatus for drafting a sliver in the yarn spinning machine preferably comprises upper and lower inlet rollers (2, 3), upper and lower apron belts (9, 6), upper and lower apron belt guides (10, 7) and upper and lower outlet rollers (4, 5). The upper apron belt (9) passes around the upper inlet roller (3) and the upper apron belt guide (10) and the lower apron belt (6) passes around the lower inlet roller and the lower apron belt guide (7) and cooperates with the upper apron belt (9) to define a nipping area (22) between the belts for nipping the fiber sliver (20) as it passes between the upper and lower inlet rollers while being sandwiched between the upper and lower apron belts (9, 6). The sliver is nipped in the nipping area (22) and is subsequently directed by the belts to a nip (25) formed between the upper and lower outlet rollers.
Abstract: The drafting arrangement is provided with a guide element between the front roller pair and the operative unit formed by an apron and a roller. The guide element is disposed for guiding a length of fiber between the roller of the operative unit and the front roller pair. The guide element may be of D-shaped cross-section, circular cross-section or in the form of a curved plate. Where cylindrical, the guide element may also be rotated.
Abstract: In a drafting unit for a spinning machine having an apron guide between a pair of rollers, it is provided that the bottom apron wound around a bottom roller is tensioned by means of a movable bottom apron bridge.
Abstract: An improved apparatus for the drafting section of ring spinning frames is disclosed. The apparatus includes a front cot roll apron which permits the apparatus to be operated at higher than normal draft ratios without sacrificing spinning performance or product uniformity.
Abstract: A bottom tenser utilized for a drafting means of a spinning frame, especially for fasciated yarn spinning, in which a fiber bundle is attenuated at a high speed exceeding 100 m/min. The bottom tenser as well as a bottom roller corresponding to the tenser is provided with a free end through which an apron is easily removable from and mountable on the tenser and the roller. The tenser may be constituted by a body and at least a guide wall movable relative to the body. The guide wall prevents lateral movement of the apron in its operative position and, in turn, is displaced or removed from the body in its non-operative position so as not to obstruct an apron exchanging operation.
Abstract: A high draft apparatus in a spinning machine for forming a spun yarn from a roving or sliver. The draft apparatus comprises back rollers, apron-provided middle rollers and front rollers and a gripping and a pressing means for a sliver disposed on the front end portion of the apron so that the arrangement of fibers in the drafted sliver is regulated and a high draft ratio can be attained.
