  • Patent number: 8657096
Abstract: A door machine having an electric motor and a chain disk locking mechanism. The chain disk locking mechanism includes a chain disk, an engaging rotary block, a stationary shaft and a plurality of moving pins. When the chain disk is pulled to rotate, the fixed pins of the chain disk press the moving pins so as to push the engaging rotary block to rotate with the stationary shaft together. When the stationary shaft is pulled to rotate, the engaging rotary block prohibits the moving pins from rotation. When the chain disk is pulled manually, the rolling door can be rolled upward or downward; when cease pulling the chain disk, braking is immediately effected so as to prevent the rolling door from moving upward or downward. Hence, the clutch mechanism can be omitted for cost saving and the structure of the mechanism can be simplified.

  • Patent number: 8230759
Abstract: An integrated brake and chain disk device for a door operator includes an electrical motor with a main shaft coupled to a gear box for rolling a rolling door through an output shaft of the gear box; a brake device for braking the main shaft; a chain disk device for manually rotating the main shaft upon power failure; a clutch device which disengages the intermediate shaft from the chain disk device or engages the intermediate shaft with the chain disk device. The brake device includes at least one torsion spring fitting on a fixed hub. The torsion spring tightly fits on the hub and becomes immovable when a force in a spiral direction of the torsion spring is exerted on either end of the torsion spring, and can be released from the hub when a force in a direction opposite to the spiral direction of the torsion spring is exerted on either end of the torsion spring. In this way, the brake device and the chain disk device are integrated.

  • Patent number: 8151815
Abstract: A solenoid valve control apparatus has a solenoid valve having first and second solenoid valves that output first and second solenoid pressures respectively, a pressure regulation valve that works with the first and second solenoid pressures being working signal pressures, and a foreign matter removal controller that removes a foreign matter that adheres to a valve open/close portion of the solenoid valve. Each of the first and second solenoid valves has a solenoid coil that drives a plunger inside the solenoid valve in accordance with an application current. The foreign matter removal controller is configured so that when applying the rectangular-wave current, which performs a reciprocating movement of the plunger and removes the foreign matter, to the solenoid coil of one solenoid valve of the first and second solenoid valves, a current application to the solenoid coil of the other solenoid valve, by which the solenoid pressure becomes a maximum pressure range, is maintained.
