  • Patent number: 11026400
Abstract: A water wheel pet fountain includes a lower basin that holds water, a water wheel that lifts water from the lower basin and delivers it to a collector that has an outlet or spout that allows the water to exit the collector and fall back down into the lower basin in an exposed stream accessible to pets for drinking. A motor is removably carried on the basin and a removable cowl covers the water wheel. The fountain can be taken apart for cleaning and the electronics and motor can be separated from the components being cleaned. The parts that contact water have large fillets and can be made with an antimicrobial plastic.

  • Patent number: 4552220
Abstract: A system for evacuating sand, paraffin, and other particulate matter from an oil well, while simultaneously lifting the oil to the surface and stimulating its rate of production, comprises a series of transport units attached to an endless belt. The belt is positively driven between a wellhead station at the surface and a downhole module which is self centering within the well casing, thereby avoiding damage and wear to the casing. Preferably, the belt comprises a roller chain which enables the depth and rate of production of the evacuation system to be easily adjusted. The transport units are replaceably mounted on the belt and are specially designed to agitate and accumulate the particulate member in the oil well.

  • Patent number: 4221764
Abstract: Horizontal basket extractors with a continuous conveyor with spaced baskets or cells are arranged with traveling splitters movable along the top and/or bottom runs of the conveyor synchronously with the baskets arranged to divert a continuous flow of solids and/or liquids from a preceding basket to a following one, thereby eliminating the intermittent feeding of the material being charged in succession but avoiding passage of the material through the spaces between the baskets.
