Holder For Hollow Load Contacts Interiorly Patents (Class 198/867.09)
  • Patent number: 8640860
Abstract: Device (1) for gripping an object such as a blow-molding container preform (3), comprising: a guiding body (12); a stop body (13), mounted so as to move axially relative to the guiding body (12) along an axis (4) of the device, intended to be aligned with the object (3) to be gripped; a mandrel support (7), equipped with a gripping mandrel (15), able to move axially relative to the guiding body (12) and having a plunge-in travel (8) going from a set-back position to a plunged-in position in which the mandrel (15) is capable of gripping the object (3). The stop body (13) has, together with the mandrel support (7), a system of support stops (18, 19) arranged so that the mandrel support (7) drives the stop body (13) axially onto a terminal portion of the plunge-in travel (8). The device (1) includes a return means (34, 36) mounted between the guiding body (13) and the stop body, for the purpose of driving the stop body along an axial set-back direction opposite direction of plunge-in travel.

  • Patent number: 8567589
Abstract: A blow molding machine for containers, having a conveyor path carrying a mandrel holder and pre-forming mandrels attached to the mandrel holders in an exchangeable manner by means of removable couplings, wherein each coupling has a mandrel clamping mechanism and a releasing element accessible form outside that can be adjusted at least relative to the mandrel holder for releasing the clamping mechanism. In the mandrel holder, particularly for use in a blow molding machine, the mandrel clamping mechanism is designed with a ball joint lock, and the ball joint lock can be released by means of a releasing element in order to exchange a performing mandrel.

  • Patent number: 7473092
Abstract: A method and a structure are disclosed for adjusting the distance between two preforms. Thus, the distance between two preforms is changed by adjusting the proportion in the number of two carriers on the track. In addition, the possibility of wear of the carriers is greatly reduced. Further, it is only necessary to prepare carriers of fewer sizes so as to satisfy the distance required by diverse different containers during fabrication.

  • Patent number: 7278536
Abstract: A conveyor chain for poultry processing is formed of injection molded regular links in serially connected relationship, and has at intervals a special link adapted to receive a threaded stud for a chicken carcass-supporting cone or other structure. The special link has a base portion which is of preferably the same configuration as the regular links. Above this, integrally molded with the base portion, is a platform with laterally outwardly extending flanges for stability against tilting. A threaded boss extends up from the platform and has a threaded internal bore extending vertically, to receive a threaded stud. The threaded boss comprises a relatively light plastic cylinder and has regularly extending buttresses stabilizing it on the platform. The special link is integrally formed by injection molding of a suitable material such as acetal, and is light in weight and profile.

  • Patent number: 6688461
Abstract: Apparatus for processing both whole and portioned food products along a processing line for part cut-up and deboning in a mass production system. The apparatus consists of numerous food carriers, evenly spaced over a subscribed distance, connected by means of a mounting block, which is connected to a thermal plastic chain or a stainless steel chain by means of locking pins. The apparatus also includes food product take-away conveyors for the meat portions and scraps removed from the carcass. The carrier conveyance and the take-away conveyance have been incorporated into a common support frame. The apparatus will allow interchangeable food carriers for the type of process desired. Each food carrier is unique to the type of process being performed along the processing line. The chain is designed in such a manner as to allow vertical movement within a specified elevation change. Each food carrier is attached to a mounting block, which becomes an attachment to the chain.

  • Patent number: 6669010
Abstract: Pick-up plug comprising at least an annular stator (10) engaging driving means, a motor (11) in an equally annular shape capable of being associated to said stator (10) and having the same axis (O) thereof, said rotor and said respective stator (10) being mutually engaged by means of generally known means and being adapted to rotate relatively to each other about said common axis (O). In the stator there are applied a plurality of magnets adapted to be collected into a multiplicity of distinct clusters, in which each cluster of magnets comprises magnets provided with a same polarity ((N), (8)), and in the rotor there are applied a plurality of magnets capable of being collected into clusters in a similar manner. Said magnets of the rotor and said magnets of the stator are arranged so as to enable said rotor and said stator to dispose themselves, when at rest, into a defined number of prefixable positions.

  • Patent number: 6227344
Abstract: A connecting device for transport chains for the support and entrainment of plates for moving walkways or of steps for escalators of the type having two parallel chain runs to be joined together at a transverse spacing by connecting tubes serves to fasten the chain runs to the connecting tubes in a manner which facilitates subsequent detachment. Axle stubs of chain pins, which are constructed as support roller axles are pushed into the connecting tubes at both ends and are mechanically positively firmly held in an end position by slots in the connecting tube, a circular recess in the axle stub and a spring clip. The mechanically positive coupling is effected after the snapping of the spring clip through the slot into the circular recess of the axle stub, as in the end position of slot and circular recess are aligned with each other.
