The inside top area of the nursing cover includes at least one hook and loop strip that extends in a horizontal direction or another type of fastener. Additional hook and loop strips are on a top surface of the cooling neck fan such that the cooling neck fan is removably attachable to the inside top area of the nursing cover. A user grabs the two ends of the neck fan to bring the nursing cover closer or further away and adjust distance of air vents on the neck fan from a nursing child covered by the nursing cover while held by the mother. The nursing cover includes a neck strap and a long fabric portion that thoroughly covers the mother and nursing child. The nursing cover can be a partial nursing cover or a 360-degree nursing cover.

The girding zipper is arranged at the opening for girding and the girding zipper is used for opening or closing the opening for girding to adjust the chest circumference of the chest binder body.

The nurser liner pouch can contain fluid while the threaded cap base attached is sized to be secured to a commercially available nipple and retainer ring and can be placed into the pocket in the nursing bra with nipple protruding through the circular opening in the second inner layer. The nursing bra with nurser liner pouch is expected to far more closely simulate the experience and project the appearance of natural breastfeeding.

In some embodiments, a garment can include an inner panel that defines one or more openings and an outer panel that can cover the openings. Each of the openings can receive a portion of a breast pump, and the inner panel can provide support to the breast pump during milk extraction. The outer panel can be removably coupled to the inner panel with a clasp such that the outer panel can be at least partially removed from the inner panel to gain access to the opening(s). In some embodiments, the inner panel can be removably coupled to another portion of the garment such that the inner panel can be partially removed and/or fully removed from the remaining portions of the garment.

Unique methods of transitioning an infant from a swaddled state to a laid down position are disclosed, along with unique nursing applications for the sleeved blanket. A neck strap is worn across the backside of the neck and over the unsleeved shoulder to help balance the worn position of the sleeve, and features stimuli for the infant, fastening or toy-carrying elements, and/or a burp/split-up cloth. The sleeve includes a shoulder portion to better maintain the worn position, and gripping elements are provided on the sleeve and/or blanket to help maintain useful positions thereof during use.

The garment is arrangeable in a normal configuration, in which the sash is concealed from view, and a breastfeeding configuration, in which the neck and the sash cooperate to define a narrow slit which is sized to closely reveal a nipple therethrough for breastfeeding.

The gown also includes a pair of ties affixed to the gown above the urine catheter pocket. The pair of ties is configured to loop and tie around a hook attached to a urine catheter bag to prevent a backflow of urine and to secure the urine catheter bag within the catheter pocket.

A self-supporting neckline stiffener is located along the top edge of the panel and defines a self-supporting neckline of the panel. The neckline cooperates with the fastening strap to hold the neckline a spaced-apart distance from the mother, defining an open viewing area between mother and infant. A secondary self-supporting stiffener is provided on the panel at a distance below the neckline, the ends of which rest against the mother's sides to hold the panel a spaced-apart distance from the feeding infant.

In use, the magnetic securing device assembly is positioned around a lifted garment of the wearer. The first magnetic element is separated from the second magnetic element attached to the cord. The first magnetic element is then positioned on an opposite side of the garment, and in alignment with the position of the second magnetic element. The first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are then magnetically fastened to each other so that the garment is securely held away from the breast.

The cover includes one contiguous sheet, or two panels joined together, having a cutout for the wearer's head. Where two panels are used they may be sewn at their top edges. The cover includes a member to provide a viewing area, and neck facing to provide support to the member.

The nursing garment comprises a front panel, back panel, waist panel, and side portions. At least one elongated side placket is integrated within at least one of the side portions. The elongated side plackets extend substantially along an entire length of each side portion. At least one elongated slit is integrated within at least one of the elongated side plackets. Preferably, an elongated slit extends substantially along substantially the entire length of each side placket. The elongated slits are of a size so that an infant can pass completely through the slit and be entirely housed within the garment. Side plackets are of a depth sufficient to provide coverage to the infant and the mother, so that nursing is not visible.

The curtain member is accessible through the second opening and is moveable between a concealing position which obstructs access to the first opening through the second opening, and a revealing position which allows communication between the first and second openings to permit the nipple to be exposed for nursing.
