A fastener, with a threaded opening, mates with the threaded shaft and reversibly tightens the disc toward the base inner surface. A section of tarp or other sheet material can be securely held between the base and the disc.

The first member has a flat base that can be secured to the fold or arranged on the upper edge of such flap, and connected directly to the main body portion of the crown. The fold may be secured to the main body portion of the crown in any suitable way.
