Abstract: Disclosed herein is a customized garment a method of forming the customized garment. The method involves first forming a garment having an integrated gaiter coupled to a neckline of the customized garment. The integrated gaiter has a customizable insert coupled to a front portion of the integrated gaiter. The integrated gaiter is stretched over a platen so that an entirety of the customizable insert is flat. Heat transfer sublimation is used to transfer imagery from sublimation paper to the customizable insert.

Abstract: The various embodiments herein provide a multi-fabric apparel comprising a first fabric, a second fabric and a third fabric. The first fabric forms an upper surface of the apparel. The second fabric is stitched to the first fabric and forms a lower surface of the apparel. The third fabric is stitched between the first fabric and the second fabric forming an intermediate layer. The third fabric comprises a first layer and a second layer. The first layer is stitched between the first fabric and the second fabric, and the second layer is stitched to a second surface of the second fabric in a way that the second fabric is sandwiched between the first layer and the second layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a garment, such as a shirt, having first and second sleeves, each of which comprises a sleeve retention mechanism that includes (a) a button affixed to an exterior surface of the sleeve and (b) a tab loop affixed to an interior surface of the sleeve. The shirt is configured so that, when the sleeve is rolled up, i.e. when the distal end of the sleeve is folded outward and toward the proximal end of the sleeve, a predetermined number of times, the tab loop is positioned substantially adjacent to the exterior button so that the tab loop may be secured to the button to retain the sleeve in the rolled-up position.

Abstract: A pair of children's pants is provided that is configured to provide multiple pants sizes, by allowing selective release of leg material in stages. The pants may have a length extension system with cuff holders that can be sequentially released to provide longer legs, in stages. The cuff holders may be configured to permanently release the legs to the longer length states during the releasing/lengthening stages.

Abstract: A wet sportswear takeoff assist, situated at the back part of the sportswear includes one or more guides selected from a strip guide, mesh guide and tuck-in guide. The guides are equipped with the corresponding drawing attachment; the drawing attachment selected from strips, mesh and sliding back part. The drawing attachments are attached on one side to the hemline within a joint region; and on the opposite side to the gripper directly, or to an intermediate connection point. The guides are attached on any sportswear surface. The gripper is situated close to the sportswear top, within the neck region, to be easily griped and pulled by hand causing lifting of the sportswear back part despite friction with the wearer's skin. The invention is useful in protection of the sportswear while taking it off over the head, and also useful in helping the elderly or disabled take off an upper garment.

Abstract: An adjustable vehicle cover configured to fit a variety of vehicles. The adjustable vehicle cover includes a one-piece body and at least first and second engagement features. The one-piece body includes at least a top, oppositely disposed first and second sides adjacent to the top, and oppositely disposed first and second ends. The at least first and second engagement features are disposed intermediate the first and second ends and extend in a direction generally transverse to a longitudinal direction. The at least first and second engagement features are operable to convert the one-piece body between at least a first configuration and a second configuration that is longer than the first configuration in the longitudinal direction. The at least first and second engagement features are joined in the first configuration and are spaced apart in the second configuration.

An outer surface of the cuff is connected to a lower edge region of the sleeve at a location between upper and lower edges of the cuff to define a cuff extension portion. The sleeve assembly is foldable from the unfolded condition to a first folded condition about the location at which the cuff is connected to the sleeve. The sleeve assembly is foldable from the first folded condition to a second folded condition about a location at which a free edge of the cuff abuts the sleeve to place a portion of the sleeve on an outer side of the sleeve assembly and an outer surface of the cuff extension portion between two portions of the sleeve.

Abstract: A garment configured to be worn on the upper body of a human. The garment includes a torso portion and a sleeve extending from the torso portion. The sleeve includes a shoulder end coupled to the torso portion, a wrist end opposite the shoulder end, a forearm portion closer to the wrist end than the shoulder end, and an upper arm portion closer to the shoulder end than the wrist end. The garment further includes a first volume reduction arrangement provided on the forearm portion of the sleeve. The first volume reduction arrangement includes a strap and a strap adjustment member. A first portion of the strap is coupled to the forearm portion, a second portion of the strap engages the strap adjustment member, and the strap adjustment member is coupled to the forearm portion. The garment may also comprise a second volume reduction arrangement provided on the torso portion.

Abstract: A one-piece garment (e.g. infant/toddler Onesie or body suit) includes independent elastic bands threaded alongside the body of the garment, from the underarms down to the hip, that when pulled allow for custom fitting of the garment. Once pulled to the desired length, the bands are securable with a snap fastener post, located at the end of the strap, to snap fastener studs, located at varying points on the inside of the garment. The contraction of the elastic bands preferably creates a drawstring effect and provides a gathering force upon the garment, which is held securely in place with the snap fastener so that the one-piece garment thereby shortens in length around a wearer's torso creating a custom fit. The one-piece garment can be expanded as needed by releasing the snap fastener post and positioning it on a lower positioned snap fastener stud.

The hitch comprises a strip of flexible fabric with coacting fastening means affixed near each end of its length, securing the hitch in a loop when fastened. The fastening means may comprise a button and buttonhole, a snap, a hook-and-loop fastening system, or other fastening means. The garment set can include a hitch featuring a button and buttonhole, and a skirt that comprises a waistband and a second button, the second button affixed to the waistband. One method of removably securing in a raised position a portion of a skirt comprises passing a garment hitch under the hemline of the skirt; passing the garment hitch through the band of the garment; and fastening the garment hitch to itself, thereby forming a secured loop whereby the hitch circumscribes the portion of the skirt.

Abstract: A swing training shirt for training a user to perform proper swings can include a shirt body configured to fit closely against a body of the user and sleeves configured to fit closely about the user's arms. A side of the sleeves can be selectively engaged and disengaged from the shirt body to restrain movement of the user's arms away from the user's torso. The swing training shirt can allow the user to maintain the user's arms in sync with a rotation of the user's torso during execution of swings; thereby allowing the user to synchronously control and coordinate movement of the user's torso and arms during swings.

Abstract: A sleeve cuff modification includes an elastic connector, which extends from an opening within the sleeve cuff. The elastic connector is stitched on an inner portion of the sleeve and has a button opening that extends through a sleeve opening for attachment to a button on the sleeve. The elastic nature of the connector allows the user to expand the circumference of the sleeve so that the sleeve may be easily rolled up the individual's arm without unbuttoning the sleeve.

Abstract: A clip for the construction of a temporary reduction of the seam of the sleeves of a short sleeve shirt, or the elastic cuffs of a long sleeve shirt. The clip creates a friction lock between the metal frame of the clip and the clip body with the material locked between the two parts of the clip. The clip creates a temporary seam or hem so that the shirt or other article of clothing appears tailored to accommodate medical prosthesis.

Abstract: A device and method for shortening the appearance of a pant leg includes an elastic band with a fabric covering. On opposite ends of the band are a main hook and a main loop. The main hook and main loop provide a means for securing the band around a leg of a user. An additional second loop provides a tighter fit. A plurality of small loops are provided along the band. A hooked decorative strip is attached to the loops on the band. Additionally, a hooked strand of decorative beads or charms can be individually attached to each of the loops on the band. After securing the band on the leg, the band is urged upward. A bulge of pant material is created above the band and the bulge is pulled downward over the band creating a shorter length of the pant leg.

Abstract: Convertible pants can include a waist portion, at least one leg connected to the waist portion, each leg including an upper leg portion and lower leg portion removably connected to the upper leg portion by a zipper, the zipper including an upper zipper track attached to the upper leg portion and a lower zipper track attached to the lower leg portion, and an upper zipper flap located on the upper leg portion proximate the upper zipper track, the upper zipper flap including a first reinforced portion extending substantially around the upper leg portion. The upper zipper flap can cover the zipper when the lower leg portion is connected to the upper leg portion by the zipper. A zipper system and garments incorporating the zipper system are also described.

Abstract: An iron-on pants leg or arm sleeve fabric extender used to either increase the number of times a person is able to wear a garment and/or to add personalized embellishments to articles of clothing. The additional fabric can be attached by using a hot iron to affix iron-on tape between the extender cuff and the article of clothing.

Abstract: Various examples are provided for a pant cuff liner and its application. In one example, among others, a method includes obtaining a pant cuff liner; accessing a bottom inside portion of a pant leg; and affixing the pant cuff liner to the bottom inside portion of the pant leg. In another example, a pant cuff liner includes a fabric material and adhesive glue disposed on an inner face of the fabric material. The inner face of the fabric material may be affixed around a bottom inside portion of a pant leg with an edge of the pant cuff liner substantially aligned with a bottom edge of the pant leg.

Abstract: A sleeping garment for toddlers that adjusts via a hook and loop connection at one flap per each of the feet to accommodate for the child's growth to extend the usability of the garment for that child as well as to preserve it for subsequent children as a “hand-me-down.” The hook portions are flaps of fabric located at the bottom of the toes and the hook is folded upward to the loops located at the top of the feet to adjust to the rapidly growing size of the child's feet. There are five claims submitted with seven drawings.

When the securement member and the base member sandwich the material to be hemmed, portions of the material, especially any seams, are positioned within spaces or passages defined by the tabs.

Sizes of opening parts of the neck, side, and bottom of the garment are smaller than those of a standard product; a total length and sleeve length of the garment are larger than those of the standard product; and a body width, cuff, waist, and lower bottom edge of the garment are equal to those of the standard product. The garment can be cut into any design shape and can be used with the opening parts left cut-off.

Abstract: A garment having a sleeve, the sleeve including a cuff movable between a retracted position in which an end of the retracted cuff rests proximate the wrist of the user, and an extended position in which the end of the cuff extends over at least part of the hand of the user, the cuff including an attachment region for attaching a protective device thereto. The attachment region of the cuff is exposed when the cuff is in the extended position and allows a protective device, such as a puck, to be releasably attached to the cuff. The protective device facilitates sliding during skateboarding by placing the protective device into contact with the ground, the protective device slides over the ground while providing protection to the hand of the user. Fasteners on the inside circumferences of the cuffs are used to attach and hold the cuffs to fasteners on the outside circumference of the pant legs.

The combination user protector and baby safety towel allows the user to draw a wet baby out of a bath and immediately and conveniently wrap and dry the baby in the extended sleeve fabric members while cuddling the baby on the front fabric member. Thus safety and convenience are increased while the user's clothing is protected from wetness.

Abstract: Described are methods, devices, and systems for modifying a garment to provide a capability for reversible length adjustment. The methods utilize, and the devices include, multiple reversible fasteners, each dimensioned to allow for a distribution thereof about the perimeter of a garment including gaps between adjacent fasteners. Each of the fasteners includes two fastener components adapted for secure, yet reversible fastening. The fastener is attached to an internal surface of the garment using an adhesive compound. At least one of the two fastener components includes a visual identifier to distinguish, pre-attachment, between the two fastener components when mated. One of the first and second fastener components is attached along an edge of the garment and the other component is attached a distance above, such that the garment length is adjustable by fastening and unfastening of the fastener components.
