Abstract: A recording tape cartridge storage case includes a case body made of resin having a bottom plate that is rectangular in a bottom view and a peripheral wall erected from a peripheral edge of the bottom plate, a plurality of recording tape cartridges being stored in at least two rows with label areas thereof directed upward, respectively, and a bottom rib interposed between mutually adjacent side surfaces of the recording tape cartridges that form the rows being formed on the bottom plate; and a lid member made of resin that is attached to an upper end of the peripheral wall, seals the case body, and has a top rib interposed between the side surfaces, transmission parts that are transparent flat surfaces being formed in portions that face the label areas on both sides of the top rib.

Abstract: A retention device is provided for fitting a mobile electronic device in a motor vehicle. The retention device has a storage compartment for the insertion of the mobile electronic device. The storage compartment is formed at least by a rear wall and an opposing front wall. At least at the inner side of the front wall facing the rear wall there is formed a retention face on which a large number of protruding retention elements are provided. Furthermore, the spacing between the rear wall and the front wall is less than the width B and/or the length L of the mobile electronic device and the front wall of the storage compartment extends in an inclined manner, wherein the upper edge of the front wall is orientated in the direction toward the rear side of the motor vehicle.

Abstract: A visor assembly for a vehicle includes a visor housing including a first side and a second side spaced apart from and cooperating with the first side to define an outer periphery having an opening extending through the first and second sides of the visor housing and an inner periphery having at least one receiving surface cooperating with the opening. At least one support is disposed in the inner periphery of the visor housing and cooperating with the at least one receiving surface. A cover panel having an elongate body received is within the channel and movable relative to the at least support between at least a first position at least partially covering the opening and a second position. A biasing member selectively positions the cover panel in the second position.

Abstract: A storage arrangement (1) has a chamber (3). Several Dewar flasks (5) are arranged in the chamber (3) and above them a picking device (8). The picking device has at least one cassette lift (60), with which storage cassettes (20) can be removed from above from the Dewar flasks (5). This arrangement is suitable for storing laboratory objects even at very low temperatures. Each storage cassette (20) is preferably made from a single piece of sheet metal. The piece of sheet metal is bent such that it forms the side walls (30), the back wall (32), the top part (34) and the base part (38) of the storage cassette (20), as well as angles (40, 42) to accommodate the laboratory objects.

Abstract: An organizational aid suitable for use with a personal electronic device having a plurality of discrete pockets, at least one flexible security tab to secure the organizational aid in position on an outwardly facing surface of the device, at least two spaced-apart, non-slip surface portions attached to a back surface of the organizational aid, and at least one magnet or magnetic strip disposed adjacent to the non-slip surface to releasably hold the organizational aid in a desired juxtaposition to an outwardly facing surface of the electronic device. If desired, at least one magnet can be attached to or embedded inside each of the non-slip surface portions, and the magnets and non-slip surfaces will cooperate with the security tab or tabs to hold the organizational aid in place during transport of the electronic device.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a packaging apparatus, comprising multiple packaging elements, each packaging element comprises a slot for receiving a LCD module, and the packaging apparatus further comprises a connecting means for integrating the multiple packaging elements side by side. Therefore, the packaging apparatus can be used for both LCD modules and end-products such as TV, display devices, the packaging cost can be reduced.

Abstract: Described are embodiments of an invention for a textured interface between a notch of a data storage cartridge and a retention tab of a storage cell. The textured surface reduces the contact surface between the retention tab and the notch of the data storage cartridge. The reduced contact surface between the retention tab and notch of the data storage cartridge reduces the amount of friction between the retention tab and the notch of the data storage cartridge. The data storage cartridge can thus be removed from the storage cell with less force than that required by the prior art having a generally smooth interface between the notch of the data storage cartridge and the retention tab of the storage cell.

The disk cassette includes a pair of side wall portions spanning between a pair of end portions, defining a disk receiving region. The side wall portions include a plurality of vertical slots for holding the disks. The disk slotter includes a top plate having a plurality of horizontal slots spanning across top surfaces of the disk cassette when the disk slotter is releasably coupled to the disk cassette, each one of the horizontal slots arranged and dimensioned to receive a disk as the disk is inserted through a horizontal slot in the disk slotter and into a pair of laterally opposing vertical slots of the disk cassette, each one of the plurality of horizontal slots located above and aligned with a pair of laterally opposing vertical slots in the disk cassette.

Abstract: The present invention provides a data cartridge holder that is capable of accommodating a plurality of 8 mm tape cartridge. The holder includes retaining structure for engaging a discontinuity located between the door and the side of an 8 mm cartridge to retain the cartridge in the holder. Also included in the holder are orientation structure that inhibit the insertion of an incorrectly oriented 8 mm cartridge into the holder. The cartridge holder further includes a mounting structure that permits the holder to be removably mounted in a tape library. A dust cover is also provided that can be attached to the holder when, for example, the holder is mounted in a tape library and thereby prevent the dust cover from being lost or misplaced.
