Abstract: A customizable product package and a method of forming the same are disclosed herein. The customizable product package includes a first layer of wrapping material, at least a portion of the first layer of wrapping material configured to be disposed against an object, the first layer of wrapping material configured to protect the object and provide a packaging base layer; a second layer of inner fill material, the second layer of inner fill material adhered to the first layer of wrapping material by an adhesive agent, the second layer of inner fill material configured to provide a cushioning layer so as to further protect the object; and a third layer of outer wrapping material, the third layer of outer wrapping material compressing the second layer of inner fill material and forming a generally smooth box-like exterior suitable for shipping the object.

Abstract: Provided is a toilet roll package wherein toilet rolls are gusseted-packaged with exterior film, each roll being individually wrapped with resin film. The rolls are arranged in two rows between upper and lower sealed portions of the package with their circumferential surfaces abutting, the upper and lower sealed portions facing to the circumferential surfaces of the rolls. In an area of the exterior film closer to the upper sealed portion than position (P1) of adjoining between the rolls closest to the upper sealed portion, open start portion (60) convexed toward the upper sealed portion is formed. The open start portion (60) includes base portion (61) having an easy tear line extending along the top-bottom direction, and flaring portion (62) formed with easy tear lines flaring from close to a lateral side of the base portion toward the lower sealed portion with gradually increasing distance therebetween.

Abstract: A can retaining apparatus and advertising platform comprising a strip with an upper surface, a lower surface and a perimeter edge. The strip is preferably rectangular shaped and can be made of various materials including polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PET G), plastic, metal, wood, rubber, fabric, vinyl, cardboard or a composite. Located on the strip is at least one, and preferably multiple retaining members, configured as an arrow structure within an oval opening, and onto which a can is secured and captively held. Also, on the strip is at least one, and preferably multiple, advertising sections. Each advertising section is configured to display product or promotional information from a company or organization. The advertising sections are either printed on, or are a substrate attached by attachment means, such as adhesive. A scannable image on the strip allows information to be stored and transferred to a person using the apparatus and platform.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a shipping container for rolled goods, particularly relatively heavy and rigid rolled products such as high count rolls of trash bags. In at least one embodiment, the shipping container may be used for shipping a product enclosure containing a pair of rolled trash bags. The shipping container can include a pair of opposing side reinforcing trays to prevent damage to the shipping container when in transit. The invention can conserve the amount of materials used and reduce the shipping weight of the container. The shipping container can further include a flexible overwrap to maintain the reinforcement trays on the opposing side ends of the product enclosure and to provide for additional reinforcement to the shipping container.

Abstract: A pipe support system. The pipe support system comprises a first wedge block and a second opposing wedge block. Each of the wedge blocks comprises a base having walls, and forming an angled top surface. The angled top surfaces face one another and support respective replaceable caps. The caps are configured to support a joint or section of pipe along an outer diameter of the pipe. Beneficially, the distance or spacing between the wedge blocks may be adjusted by an operator to accommodate sections of pipe having different diameters. A method for supporting a section of pipe is also provided.

The top and bottom frames are connected to each other with a vertical side beam and with spaced apart angled beams. The front end and rear ends of the top frame are connected to each other with top cross beams. The spaced apart angled beams form retaining spaces causing at least some of the surface of a bale to become embedded in the retaining spaces, thereby preventing sideways, forward and backward movement of the bale. A retaining bar attached rotatably to the vertical side beams also prevents sideways movement.

The secured product unit arrangement is wrapped in a protective wrapper. The protective wrapper is heated to shrink the wrapper around the secured product unit arrangement. The graphic remains intact and visible.

The second portion may cover at least partly the penetration area and may include a guiding portion extending from the penetration area adjacent to the at least one weakening line as to facilitate rupturing substantially along the at least one weakening line.

Abstract: A method of building a fluids processing facility includes arranging a first level of modules, each module having a longitudinal axis and each containing at least one first pipe in a substantially adjacent and parallel orientation. A pipe rack module is arranged on a second higher level, such that a longitudinal axis of the pipe rack module is oriented in a direction that is substantially normal to the longitudinal axes of the first level of modules. The pipe rack module includes at least one second pipe. The at least one first pipe of each of the first level of modules is connected with each other via the at least one second pipe disposed in the pipe rack module to form a processing facility. Also disclosed is a pipe rack module which connects several piping modules in a fluids processing facility to each other.

Abstract: A dispenser for wrapping paper that allows a user to store a number of rolls of paper, ribbons and tape on the device. A sheet of the desired paper can be pulled from a roll and cut, using a sheet cutter installed on the device. Spools of ribbon are installed on the device for ready dispensing. A tape dispenser is also installed with a sawtooth cutter for quick and easy tape dispensing. The device is designed for quick and easy replacement of paper rolls, spools of ribbon and tape. Finally, when the projects are finished, the device can be stored in a closet by hanging it on a bar using a hook provided on the device. This lets the device hang at a height that makes it convenient to retrieve and store as needed.

A roll of interleaf material is rotatably positioned within the box such that a free end of the interleaf material can extend through the dispensing opening, and a roll of expandable sheet material in an unexpanded form is rotatably positioned within the box adjacent the first roll of sheet material such that a free end of the expandable sheet material can extend through the dispensing opening. A tensioning assembly is operably associated with the roll of expandable sheet material to control rotational resistance thereof. The interleaf material and the expandable sheet material can be concurrently pulled out of the box in abutting contact by a user and the rotational resistance of the roll of expandable sheet material causes the expandable sheet material to expand in thickness and length.

Multiple containers that contain such rolled bedding articles are placed on a retail-store merchandise shelf. The shelf has a shelf depth that extends in the depth dimension. A first container is disposed on the shelf in front of the second container. The combined depth of the aligned containers is made to be approximately the same as the shelf depth in order to reduce the amount of wasted shelf space in the retail store.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a bow making device and methods of use thereof. The device is configured to include one or more ribbon rolls, an elongated flexible member, a container, and a lid having a clip and indicia for ribbon measurement. In some aspects, the clip includes a base and a plurality of fingers defining a channel and a receptacle. The container includes transparent material such that the rolls are visually-perceptible through the transparent material, and slits are provided for dispensing ribbon. In use, ribbon is dispensed through the slits and then formed into a bow. Regarding the latter, the elongated flexible member is slid through the channel into receptacle, and the ribbon is folded into measured lengths and slid through the channel into the receptacle. A user pulls the elongated flexible member and measured lengths of ribbon out of the clip through the channel and ties the ribbon to form a bow.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a packaging unit (1) for several pipe sections (2) of mineral wool with a packaging material (5), which surrounds the several pipe sections (2) to form the packaging unit (1), with the packaging material (5) arranged around the pipe sections (2) under pressure, the pipe sections (2) are folded within the packaging unit (1) with reduction of the pipe section cavity, and the pipe sections (2) are formed elastically such that, in the folded state, recovery forces for restoring the unfolded initial shape are built up. By means of the packaging unit (1) of the invention, several pipe sections (2) can be transported and stored very economically. In this connection, pipe sections (2) are not restricted in their functionality, but, after removal from packaging unit (1), may be used directly and without restriction, e.g., to insulate chimneys.

Organizers of one embodiment include a storage unit with a stack of drawers with vertically oriented tubes to hold wrapping paper rolls adjacent, and exterior, to the stack of drawers. The organizer may have pockets for holding the paraphernalia exterior to the stack of drawers. A set of wheels is coupled to the stack of drawers while a handle may be recessed into the organizer. Organizers of some embodiments include a frame and elongated hollow tubes. Containers (for instance, drawers) for the paraphernalia are disposed within an interior space defined by the storage unit. Organizers of the current embodiment may include one or more pockets for gift bags. Yet another embodiment provides organizers including a frame, elongated hollow tubes, and one or more pockets disposed exterior to the frame.

Abstract: A blank formed from cellulosic fibers is disclosed which is capable of being constructed into a carton. The carton is capable of housing a plurality of roll products, such as rolls of paper towels or rolls of toilet paper. Each of the roll products is wound onto a hollow core made from cellulosic fibers. The carton has a dispensing opening through which the roll products can be individually removed. The carton also has an empty hollow core insertion opening through which an empty hollow core can be inserted back into the carton for the purpose of being recycled along with the empty carton. A method of inserting the empty hollow cores back into the carton is also disclosed.

Abstract: A container for dispensing cable comprises a carton having a plurality of panels, a plurality of reels, a plurality of axles, and first and second support panels. The reels fit onto the axles which rest in axle holes punched into the support panels. Each support panel sits inside the carton and is made up of one or more flaps. Preferably, each panel has at least two flaps that space one of the flaps from the panels of the carton to ensure the axles rest in the axle holes. Preferably, dispensing slots are disposed to be in the front panel in front of the respective reels.

Abstract: Nested rolled sheet material packages have multiple rolls of sheet material each with unique internal and external diameters and nested and held in a telescoping arrangement by a package fixture which fits within a portion of each roll and which is contacted by an end of each roll so that a portion of each roll is visible. The package fixture may be generally planar, cylindrical or conical, and may further include steps for contact with ends of each of the rolls.
