The transfer end of one container being joinable to the feeding end of another container. The container including an outer packaging having at least one vertically extending sidewall, a closed bottom, a top opening for removing the welding wire and a wire coil receiving cavity within the outer packaging for receiving the wire coil. The feeding end and the transfer end can be positionable near the top opening. The container further includes at least one transfer control tab in the cavity near the top opening.

The dispenser is magnetically attachable to a ferrous metal surface.

The dispenser box includes at least one moisture impermeable container connected with a face plate containing a periphery gasket. The bandage exits through a slot in the face plate. A door is pivotally connected to and mechanically biased against the face plate. When the door is closed, a moisture resistant environment is maintained for the stored bandage materials.

At least one side wall extends upwardly from the base about an outer cylindrical surface of the wire coil and has an upper edge defining a top opening in the package for removing the wire. The packaging further includes a hold-down bar between the bottom of the wire coil and the base which is transverse to the axis of the wire coil, and a lifting strap having a first end, a second end and a base portion between the first and second ends and between the bottom of the wire and the base. The base portion has an opening and the hold-down bar extends through the opening.

Abstract: A unique dispensing package easily, quickly and economically encases decorative light strings within a thin walled, flexible plastic tube. The plastic tube is provided to the user as a longitudinally compressed hollow column encased in the dispensing package. As a string of lights is passed through the hollow column, the tube is expanded and dispensed onto the string. The string of lights is thereby protected against damage and dust. The plastic tube also prevents tangling of the light string, permitting greater convenience for storage and for reuse.

The selected one of the plurality of dispensing slots is aligned with the exit port.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for installing a plurality of coated steel belts as tension members for an elevator system. A dispenser is employed that retains a plurality of rolled steel belts aligned vertically in said dispenser. An axel passing through the side walls of the dispenser and the centers of the steel belts rolls contained therein rotatably supports the steel belt rolls. When employing the disclosed method, equal lengths of the belts are pulled from the dispenser and clamped between two metal plates. A guide is then connected to the clamped plates which is used to feed the secured coated steel belts down the elevator shaft, around the sheave mechanism and back up the elevator shelf. The center core of the dispenser allows for the even systematic dispensing of steel belts so that equal lengths of the steel belts are fed simultaneous throughout the elevator system.

The box is constructed to retain the coil securely and utilize material in an efficient manner. Particularly, the box is adapted to retain a figure-eight coil of wire, which is often formed in an irregular shape. The box may include a payout tube that extends from a point outside of the box through a wall of the coil and into an interior point of the coil. The box serves to retain such a payout tube with an efficient amount of material and also provides for an improved method of assembling the box, the coil, and the payout tube.

A third ring overlies the first and second rings and is laterally displacable relative thereto and eccentrically relative to the drum axis to further control payout of the wire. The second and third rings along can be used to control payout of the wire.

A spool is provided which is adapted to hold coiled articles. The spool is telescopically received within the tubular plug. The spool is movable between an extended position extending from the tubular plug and a retracted position retracted within the tubular plug. At least one spool guide couples the spool and the tubular plug and provides cantilever support to the spool when the spool is in the extended position. A locking engagement is provided for locking the spool in the retracted position. This storage device provides improves aerodynamics and aesthetics. It is particularly suited for the recreational vehicle market, where there are width restrictions prescribed by law.

The exterior walls further include a fourth wall extending between the second and third walls adjacent the first end wall and the open face. The container defines a dispensing throat extending through the fourth wall adjacent the slit in the cartridge. The first end wall may be slanted relative to the second and third walls. A cartridge is inserted into the interior area of the housing through the open face of the container. The cartridge contains the plurality of paper products to be dispensed.

Abstract: A self-contained dispenser apparatus configured to dispense a continuous feed of plastic bag material wound in a coreless roll thereof. The dispenser apparatus includes a base portion defining an opening into a receiving bay thereof. The receiving bay is formed and dimensioned for receipt of the coreless roll therein. A cover assembly is removably mountable to the base portion, and includes an end cover portion positioned over the opening to enclose the coreless roll therein. A dispensing slot extends through the end cover that enables one end of plastic bag material to continuously feed therethrough. The cover assembly further includes a cutting assembly positioned proximate the dispensing slot to enable severing of the plastic bag material, and a lid portion movable between an open position and a closed position. In the opened position, access is provided to the one end of the plastic bag material and to the cutting assembly.

The second and third rings alone can be used to control payout of the wire.

The improved container minimizes the costs of packaging and avoids the need of large volumes for transportation and storage of empty containers to and from the welding wire manufacturing plant and at the welding plant. The container in kit form or assembled with or without the wire coil includes a wire retaining device of simple and inexpensive design to press down on the top of the coil of wire when in the container without binding against the inner walls of the container while preventing the wire which is arranged in a multitude of layers of wire loops from tangling during transportation, storage, and unwinding while providing effective means for smooth and uninterrupted payout of welding wire to automatic welding machines.

The overall pile density of the black dope-dyed threads and the black-dyed threads is 30,000 to 55,000 filaments/cm2. The black dope-dyed threads and the black-dyed threads are arranged in stripes substantially orthogonal to the direction in which the light-sensitive material is passed.
