The holding device comprises a plate spring (12) for always energizing the pulled out wrapping film (10) toward the direction departing from the surface (3b), and adhesive provided on tongs (12a, 12b) of the plate spring (12) for allowing the wrapping film (10) to adhere on or to electrostatically contact with the top surfaces of the tongs (12a, 12b).

    Abstract: A portable bag container to hold and dispense disposable bags. The container includes a housing that has a generally hollow interior, an axle within the housing that is capable of receiving a plurality of disposable bags wrapped thereon to form a continuous roll of disposable bags, and a hanger that enables the device to releasably secure the housing to an object. The hollow interior is capable of releasably storing a plurality of disposable bags and includes an opening to allow the disposable bags to be removed from it. The hanger includes a pair of clip members connected by a bridge portion and has a pair of inwardly extending arms for attaching the clip members to the housing. The inwardly extending arms engage the ends of the axle such that the axle revolves about the arms when a disposable bag is withdrawn through the opening in the housing.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a clamshell container for storing and dispensing rolls of labels. The container has a top portion hinged along one edge to a bottom portion and a generally cylindrical shape with flanges extending along a longitudinal center plane. The bottom portion has transverse partitions providing semi-cylindrical compartments between the partitions, each compartment receiving a roll of labels. The flanges of the top and bottom portions on the ends and back have a channel, the channel comprising a U-shaped projection from the top portion which is received by a mating U-shaped recess in the bottom portion for a snap-fit, interlocking engagement of the top portion to the bottom portion. The top and bottom flanges on the front have a button for interlocking engagement of the top and bottom portions further ensuring that the container does not come open inadvertently.

    Abstract: A coil of an interconnected chain of open bags is provided in which the coil has a center opening having a diameter at least as great as the transverse dimension of the bags. A dispenser is provided on which a coil of bags is mounted. An end of the chain is pulled from the center opening and fed around a tapered mandrel and thence over a feed control mandrel oriented in angular relationship with the tapered mandrel. The web is then fed to a bagging machine for dispensing, loading and closing of the bags. The table on which the coil is mounted is rotatable so that the orientation of a span of bags running from the coil to the tapered mandrel remains substantially constant as the web is fed.

The unwound sheet material is to rest on the shelf and provide a cutting surface for severing of the unwound section of sheet material from the roll.
