Upon contact with water, expansion of the compressed cloth is unconstrained, and the compressed cloth when expanded has a shape of a facial mask with openings for eye, nose and mouth. The material is a facial treatment material that hardens upon drying.

Abstract: A nebulizer kit includes a case body, a flow channel formation member that covers an opening in an upper area of the case body, and a cylindrical aerosol discharge port that passes through a portion of the top surface of the flow channel formation member located toward the outer edge thereof. The case body and/or the flow channel formation member includes a rotation mechanism that, when the case body has overturned and the aerosol discharge port has become positioned on the lower side in the vertical direction of the top surface of the flow channel formation member, causes the case body to rotate in a circumferential direction to cause the aerosol discharge port to move away from a lower side in the vertical direction. Even if the nebulizer kit has overturned, a liquid within the nebulizer kit is prevented from spilling.

Abstract: An exemplary system for crimping a prosthetic valve comprises a radially expandable and compressible prosthetic valve, a crimping device positioned around the valve and configured to reduce the diameter of the valve to a delivery configuration, and a sterile package enclosing the valve and the crimping device. The valve can be pre-assembled in a partially crimped configuration within the crimping device. After removing the sterile packaging, the crimping device can be used to crimp the valve from the partially crimped configuration to the delivery configuration, such as by twisting a knob on the crimping device. The system can further comprise at least a portion of a delivery catheter within the sterile package, wherein the valve is pre-mounted on or adjacent to an inflatable balloon of the delivery catheter, such that the valve can be crimped onto the delivery catheter using the crimping device.

Abstract: The invention relates to a web-form packaging material which comprises at least one layer, comprising a packaging material surface, of a sealable material, to a packaging unit with a transdermal therapeutic system and with a packaging material of this kind, and also to a process for producing a packaging unit. For this purpose, at least the abovementioned surface of the packaging material has a multiplicity of recesses and/or a multiplicity of non-recessed regions. The distance between two adjacent recesses and/or the distance between two adjacent non-recessed regions is less than five times the packaging material thickness. Moreover, the depth of the recesses is not less than 1.2 nanometers and not more than 95% of the packaging material thickness. With the present invention, the sticking of an adhesive on the inner face of the packaging material is effectively prevented.
