The box sheet includes: a mounting board; and a decorative paper on the mounting board surface; where the mounting board includes: a bottom board; and first and second side boards connected to two sides sharing one apex at the bottom board; where the decorative paper includes: a first paper portion affixed to the bottom board; a second paper portion corresponding to the second side boards, where the second paper portion is connected to the first paper portion, and where the second paper portion is separated from the second side boards; and a third paper portion connected to the first paper portion and where the third paper portion projects from the first side boards toward the second side boards; and wherein the second and the third paper portion have an adhesive layer and a release paper.

Abstract: A child resistant container includes a first component having a first coupling mechanism, and a second component having a second coupling mechanism slidably coupled to the first coupling mechanism. The container is configured to move between a FIRST position and a SECOND position. When the container is in the FIRST position, the first and second components form a compartment configured to contain at least one product. When the container moves from the FIRST position toward the SECOND position, the first component slides relative to the second component, thereby providing an opening into the compartment.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical product can be distributed to respective patients in a plurality of jurisdictions. First and second jurisdictions can have different labeling requirements than each other. A plurality of inner containers each store the pharmaceutical product, the pharmaceutical product being in a dosage form and in a package approved by each jurisdiction of the plurality. An inner container can be sealed within a first outer container including labeling required by the first jurisdiction and not required by the second jurisdiction. Another inner container can be sealed within a second outer container including labeling required by the second jurisdiction and not required by the first jurisdiction. The sealed first and second outer containers respectively can be distributed to the first and second jurisdictions.

Abstract: A two piece thermoformed container comprising a tray and a lid for holding a product or products is provided. The container is portable, recloseable and provides easy access to the contents. The tray includes a front wall, rear wall and opposing side walls. The lid is moveable in a sliding fashion between a fully closed position in which the lid is substantially aligned with the tray and an opened position in which the contents of the tray are accessible. The tray has a flat top wall that can be sealed with flexible film.

Abstract: A method for sterile packaging of a plurality of containers is provided that includes: providing a carrier in which a plurality of receptacles are formed, the receptacles being formed by a closed bottom and a circumferential side wall, the upper ends of the receptacles, which are opposite to the respective bottom, are open and circumferential connecting webs are provided at the upper ends; placing the containers in the receptacles; providing a gas-impermeable protective foil; bonding the protective foil along the connecting webs with the upper surface of the carrier to package all the receptacles with the containers accommodated individually therein; and sterilizing the receptacles with the containers accommodated therein and/or the inner volumes of the containers by a gas flowing into the receptacles and/or into the inner volumes of the containers through at least one gas-permeable portion.

Abstract: A display package for slider phones devices, comprising an outer cover package having a front section molded to conform to the front surface of the slider phone in the open position, and an inner tray molded to conform to the back surface of the slider device in the open position. The inner tray is contained within the outer cover package and the outer cover package is closed with the molded front section located over the front surface of the slider device, packaging the device securely in the open position. Another embodiment comprises a recessed inner tray conforming to the back side of the slider device in the open position and a molded retainer placed between the front surface of the slider phone in the open position and a flat front outer cover package.

Abstract: A blister package including an outer sleeve and a blister receptacle has a supporting mechanism proximate an end of the blister receptacle to support the blister package in the outer sleeve when the blister package is almost completely withdrawn from the outer sleeve and may include one or more locking mechanisms to prevent unwanted opening of the blister package or disengagement of the blister package from the outer sleeve.

The at least one inner panel includes a slide card locking mechanism for releasably locking at least one slide card in a locked position within the at least one chamber. Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing a carrier card on which a transaction card is mounted and to which an envelope is integrally but detachably attached are described. According to one aspect, a carrier card arrangement that is suitable for carrying a transaction card includes a carrier portion and an envelope portion that is integrally formed with an edge of the carrier portion. The edge of the carrier portion is at least partially defined by at least one perforation. The carrier portion includes a first surface that is on an opposite side of the carrier portion from a second surface. The envelope portion has a third surface that at least partially abuts the second surface, and is sized to accommodate the transaction card.

The packaging structure includes at least one blister pack retainer for receiving and enclosing the blister pack, the blister pack retainer having a first side member, a second side member, a first end and a second end, the second end having at least one tab portion extending therefrom, and a slidable cover for enclosing the at least one blister pack retainer, the cover having a first end and a second end, the first end having at least one tab stop member extending therefrom, whereby when the at least one blister pack retainer is withdrawn from the slidable cover, the at least one tab stop member of the slidable cover and the at least one tab portion of the at least one blister pack retainer cooperate to restrain the at least one blister pack retainer from being fully withdrawn from the slidable cover. Interaction between the rail and the panel during manufacture or assembly of the package may create a space between the tray and the panel to form the channel. The cover may be inserted within the channel formed by the tray flange, rail and panel. In use, the cover may slide within the channel to selectively open and close the package. The package may include one or more catches, stops or snap lock features to further secure and stabilize the package.

Abstract: A package for dispensing pills that is childproof yet senior-friendly. The package includes a housing, which may be substantially tear-resistant, that encloses one or more blisters. In one embodiment, the cavities of the blisters are positioned such that pills or other objects are dispensed into a chamber. An object dispensing opening associated with the chamber is selectively covered by a childproof closure member. In various embodiments, the childproof closure may be rotationally or slidingly connected to the package to move between a closed position and an open position to selectively permit dispensing of the objects.

A pocket opening (30) can be formed in one panel (14) of the blank (10). Receiving portions (44) can be formed on one or more panels. A blister pack (51) can be inserted into the secondary package through the pocket opening (30). The receiving portions (44) can mechanically interact with edges (56) of a blister pack (51) to retain the blister pack (51) in a desired position. The exit regions of an inserted blister pack (51) can be aligned with gates (40) formed in a panel (12) of the secondary package. When the blister pack (51) is in the proper orientation relative to the secondary package, the blister pack (51) can be locked in place mechanically, glued in place, or both.

Abstract: The present invention provides a lens care kit for disinfecting and cleaning contact lenses. The lens care kit of the invention allows customers to visually identify when their lenses are disinfected, clean, and ready to wear. The invention is relied on color change to indicate the readiness of disinfection and cleaning of contact lenses.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a hybrid mounting card is disclosed that includes one or more receptacles adapted to receive a portion of a medical device and secure the portion of the medical device therein and a mounting card adapted to receive and secure the one or more receptacles. The one or more receptacles are configured on the mounting card to secure the medical device to the mounting card in a defined configuration. The use of the receptacles increases the types of medical devices that can be secured to mounting cards. The use of mounting cards enables medical devices to be stored in sterile barrier packaging systems that do not require custom thermoforming of an entire medical tray, such as medical pouches and standard blank medical trays. Other embodiments are disclosed herein.

Abstract: A blister package and a method of forming and filling the blister package are disclosed. The blister package includes a first member having a three-dimensional bubble, a peripheral flange having a major portion and a minor portion, and at least one area bounded by a perforation line which is capable of being broken. The major portion is folded to create at least one channel and the minor portion has a hook hole formed therethrough. A securement mechanism is formed with the minor portion. The securement mechanism includes a hinged tab and first and second cooperating attachment members. The blister package further includes a second member sized and configured to be slideably received within the at least one channel when the securement mechanism is in an open position. The second member is retained within the at least one channel when the securement mechanism is in a closed position.

Abstract: A package for containing tablets or like separate dispensable items is provided having so-called child-resistant and senior-friendly storage and dispensing properties. An elongate outer sleeve houses a separate blister card carrying tablets or like items. The card slides into the sleeve to a storage position in which the card is housed within the outer sleeve and slides in the reverse direction to a dispensing position in which the card at least partially extends from the open end of the sleeve. The sleeve includes an internal locking restriction secured to a wall thereof, and the card includes a tail end having an integral latch. The locking restriction and latch cooperate to form a locking engagement thereby locking the card within the sleeve when the card is in the storage position. The sleeve includes visually defined squeeze locations on opposite side edges thereof that correspond to a location of the internal locking restriction.

The sliding element has two projections on its top or bottom surface, which are guided in the guide recesses. Further, the childproof package has a spring element arranged between the package housing and the sliding element. The projections can be latched by the elastic force of the spring element in notches, which extend from the guide recesses and branch off from it, and can be released against the elastic force of the spring element so that the projections are returned to the guide recesses.

Abstract: An exemplary lockable package holds a sliding element within a lockable sleeve. The sleeve comprises a base and a top. The base includes a release button defined by a release surround and a hinge that connects the release button to the base. The release button also includes a free end. Pushing inwardly on the release button urges the free end inwardly to disengage a locked sliding element. The sliding element comprises a sliding base, a sliding top, and an article cover that spans the primary containers. For example, the primary containers are pouches that hold consumable articles, such as vitamins, or personal care articles, such as contact lenses.

Abstract: A merchandiser (10) is disclosed having a main body (20), top shelf (110) and bottom shelf (31). A slidable graphics panel (90) with a bumper (100) formed in the back thereof is positioned such that the interlocking channels (60,61) permit the graphics panel (90) to move between upper and lower positions relative to the main body (20). When the graphics panel (90) is in the upper position, the wares (200) on the bottom shelf (31) are viewable to potential purchasers and when the graphics panel (90) is in the lower position, the wares (200) on the upper shelf are viewable to potential purchasers. A sample opening (80) is also constructed in the body (20) wherein a product sample (200) may be conveniently removed, tested or demonstrated and returned to the merchandiser (10).

Abstract: A lockable container includes a lockable sleeve and a secondary package. The secondary package is configured as a slideable platform that can be stored in the lockable sleeve. The slidable platform includes at lease one receiving flange to hold a primary package. The lockable sleeve and the slideable platform can each have one or more of the engaging mechanism and a receiving mechanism, with reciprocal engaging mechanisms and/or receiving mechanisms being included at the other elements. Abstract: The present invention provides a container for storing a blister package and for managing medication with a pharmaceutical composition comprised in the blister package. The blister package is moved into and out of the compartment by means of an ejection structure to which the blister package may be fixed. The second member is retained within the at least one channel when the securement mechanism is in a closed position.

Abstract: A lockable package can include a case and an insert. The case and insert can collectively include engagement and receiving mechanisms to provide the lockable package with a locking feature. When the engagement and receiving mechanisms are engaged, the insert can be substantially immobilized, and access to the items stored in or on the insert can thereby be limited. The case can include a lock deactivation feature for disabling the locking feature of the lockable package. The receiving or engagement mechanisms can be included on a slideable insert for moving the mechanisms in and out of a functioning position. If the mechanisms are out of position, then the receiving and engagement mechanisms can not engage, thereby preventing the insert from being locked into the case.
