Abstract: Brining apparatus includes a refrigerator, a sink, and a hollow housing to receive brining fluid and a turkey. The housing has an open mouth at the top. The apparatus also includes a cover which sealingly removably engages the mouth of the housing. The housing includes a valve to drain brining liquid from the housing. The housing and cover are shaped and dimensioned, when assembled, to fit in the refrigerator for cooling, and to fit in the sink to drain brining liquid from the housing.

Abstract: Packaging for retaining an article to be personalized in a predetermined position relative to the packaging may include a first container defining an interior cavity and an insert designed to retain the article in a predetermined position and orientation relative to the insert. The insert may be positioned within the interior cavity so that the article retained by the insert is within the interior cavity. At least one of the first container may define an opening designed to provide access to a personalization system for personalizing a predetermined surface of the article while the article is retained by the insert and the insert and article are positioned within the interior cavity so that the predetermined surface can be personalized based on the position of the first container relative to the personalization system.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a storage container comprising a base having a continuous side wall extending upwardly from a bottom wall and terminating at a top peripheral rim defining an upper opening. The container has a lid to open and close the upper opening, and the base of the container has a foot in the form of a rib on the underside of the bottom wall, in which the rib snap connects with a mating lid recess on an upper surface of the lid. In addition, the foot is profiled with a lead-in portion on the rib that is configured to guide the rest of the foot into the lid recess, and the foot is further profiled with a retaining portion on the rib that follows the lead-in portion to snap connect with the lid recess.

The piston is provided with an air discharge structure that communicates the chamber with an outside when the piston moves toward the first check valve, and the container cover is provided with a linkage mechanism such that the two pistons move in opposite directions. By alternately pressing pistons in two chambers, the chambers always keep in a vacuumizing state, thereby achieving a higher efficiency.

Part of the controlled atmospheric condition includes the formation of a vacuum within the container. Internal structure is provided within the container to resist collapse of the container when the vacuum is formed therein. A plurality of containers can be provided. A central control, coupled to each of the containers can be provided to maintain the desired atmospheric condition within each of the containers.
