The exercise device also includes a first connecter coupled to and located on the second surface of the first palm portion and a second connecter coupled to and located on the second surface of the second palm portion. The first connector and the second connector are secured to opposite ends of a tension member linking the first palm portion and the second palm portion.

This device may have a shape enabling the game to be played by using one surface and at least two surfaces while rotating a body if necessary, and to a shape enabling the game to be played by further using an upper surface. This device can have a structure enabling a game to be played by placing the chips on the outer surfaces of a cube, and enabling various games to be played by allowing space division to be clarified.

The soft sided intermediate sections, made of collapsible and supple material, provide the advantage of reducing the weight of the overall case, and the suppleness permits the end sections to be folded in on the center section when the case is open along its length to educe the length and the required storage space for the case when not in use.

The frame is equipped with one or more clips for removably clipping to the golf bag without damaging it. Once the golfer has removed a specific number of golf clubs from the golf bag, he will raise the flag that represents that number. Students follow a set of instructions provided with the sheets to cut out the groups, fold along particular lines, and affix tabs together to assemble several three dimensional forms. The students then place the forms on a planar map that indicates where to place each form and indicates how to follow the periods of elements between the forms.

Abstract: This invention provides a lightweight, portable rebound net from an elastic material that can be attached to an existing regulation-sized soccer goal frame by a single person without the use of a ladder. It has the ability to be tightened quickly to create tension and prevent a ball from slipping under the net with a single mechanism. It provides a rebound net for recreational use with properties like that of a training net available to sports teams. It can be used for soccer or adapted for any other sport for which it would be useful to rebound a ball rather than retrieving it during practice or play.
