The attachment frame is composed of a rigid base frame (3) and lateral walls (5) foldably hinged thereon, wherein two opposing lateral walls are designed so that they can be folded down against the pallet surface and the two other opposing lateral walls are designed so that they can be folded down onto the previously folded-down lateral walls. Engaging elements (8) are provided in the upper edges of the lateral walls for corresponding receiving elements in the base frame lower edges.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a bulk bin for use with a liner bag. The bulk bin includes a sub-structure that is configured to receive forktines of lifting machinery for moving the bulk bin and a collapsible upper assembly that can support a bag with an entrance thereof in an upwardly facing orientation for filling. The bulk bin also includes at least one self supporting stiffened lid, and suitably a pair of lids. The lids may be pivoted from a closed position to an open position by orienting the bin into an inclined position in which the lids can open under gravity.

Abstract: A collapsible container has end and side wall panels, and a gate that are assembled onto a pallet base and supported by flanges extending up from a planer base. Either the side or the end walls each have a hinge structure between panels of the walls. The hinge structure permits inward folding of the hinged panels so that they can lay flat, one upon the other, in a folded or collapsed position with the non-hinged panels also laying flat. The end and side walls can be removed from their respective bases and multiple ones of the folded wall configurations can fit within an assembled container. As a result, substantially the entire volume of the assembled container can be filled with the folded wall configurations of other containers for return shipment. This enables a highly efficient return shipment ratio of the containers.

Abstract: A collapsible container system comprises first and second opposed trays capable of nesting when unopposed, each tray has a tray lip disposed along the perimeter thereof and a plurality of lip slots therein. A plurality of straps capable of being inserted through the plurality of lip slots in the tray lip whereby the straps are arranged to secure the first and second opposed trays and wall element to each other. Advantageously, the lip slots are vertically positioned at or below an inner supporting surface of a lower tray providing a liquid drainage system. Optionally, the container system may have an inner and outer wall element providing additional strength and rigidity and may also have a liquid container stored therein.

Thus, the paper pallet for packaging is formed by combining the packaging protective frame with the load bearing base to become the packaging box for delivering goods.

The first longitudinal frame member has a first height, and the second longitudinal frame member has a second height, which is greater than the first height. Each of the first and second longitudinal frame members also include generally horizontal flange members extending from a top side thereof, such that when two adapter base plates are appropriately positioned side by side, the generally horizontal flange members on the adjacent sides of the two adapter base plates overlap due to the difference between the first and second heights. The adapter base plates can then be connected together by appropriate mechanisms.

In one example, an EPS includes a side including a stabilizer flap (SF), a display flap (DF), and a convertible shelf (CS) positioned between the SF and the DF. The SF has a ship-orientation and a display-orientation. The DF has a ship-orientation and a display-orientation. The CS converts from a shipper-rest-orientation to an expansion-spacer-orientation. Some systems may optionally include a removable shipper-cover configured to interface with the EPS when the DF is in its ship-orientation.

Abstract: A reinforced fiberboard bulk materials container is provided that has low-fiber content and is humidity resistant. According to one embodiment, a fiberboard bulk materials container includes a plurality of fiberboard sidewalls forming a storage cavity and having a compression strength of 4 to 5 times the combined weight of cartons expected to be stacked above the bulk materials container, and a moisture-resistant polymer film wrapped around the outside of the sidewalls. The polymer film may substantially cover the sidewalls and extend from the top of the container to the bottom of the container along the sidewalls.

The sidewall may be detachable from the pallet. The sides of the sidewalls may be detachable from each other to enable a separate replacement of the sides without replacing the complete sidewall.

Abstract: A stackable, collapsible container for flowable materials. The container utilizes an outer container and a flexible inner liner retained by a base, a top and a plurality of support poles. The support poles are retained in a plurality of holes in the base provided with a plurality of wedges to secure the holes against lateral movement. Providing wedges within tapered holes facilitates the compression molding of the depth of holes required for adequately supporting the support poles.

Abstract: The invention provides a knock-down, lightweight, thermally insulating, shipping container made at least in part from a polymer core covered by a thermoplastic sheet layer. In an embodiment of the invention, the shipping container is modular, being adjusted to suit the item(s) to be shipped. In an embodiment of the invention, the base, top panel and walls are made of expanded polystyrene core and combined with high impact polystyrene surface. In one embodiment, a mesh is introduced into the core to strengthen the core making the shipping container tamper proof. A shipping container bag that is light weight, strong, made of a fire retardant material and which forms an ultra violet light, weather and dust barrier can be used to store the shipping container. A system and method for supplying, dispensing, positioning, tracking, transporting, forwarding and storing the light weight shipping containers based on the shipping container bag is disclosed.

The sidewall may be a see through material to provide for viewing contents from outside the container.

Abstract: (EN) The invention relates to a transport unit (1), comprising several panels (2), piled in two or more piles (3), supported by one or more support elements (4) and wrapped in a single film (5). Each of said two or more piles (3) is separately supported by said one or more support elements (4) and the film is a stretch film in the form of a tube (5) with elastic radial properties and non-elastic axial properties which is arranged horizontally around the piles (3) and said one or more support elements (4) to hold the above together and to guarantee the stability of the transport unit (1) during manipulation and transport.

Abstract: A crate, such as for transporting egg cartons or other items, includes a base, opposed side walls and a rear wall extending upward from the base. A front wall opposite the rear wall is selectably moveable between a closed position and a retracted, open position. In the retracted position, access to the interior of the crate is provided. The front wall includes an upper section pivotable relative to a lower section. At least one of the adjacent edges of the upper section and the lower section is contoured away from the other when the upper section is in the closed position. The contoured edge provides improved access to the interior of the container when the upper section is in the retracted position.

Abstract: A packaging container includes a pallet, an enclosure box, an enclosure base, a sheet, and a set of fasteners. The pallet carries the article thereon. The enclosure box rests on the pallet to enclose the article therewithin, and includes a top wall, first and second pairs of opposite side walls, an open bottom, and a first set of through-holes. The enclosure base lies between the article and the pallet to hold the article. The sheet extends across at least a portion of the pallet and the first pair of opposite side walls to secure the pallet to the enclosure box when fastened to the enclosure box, and includes a flat center panel, a pair of side flaps, and a second set of through-holes. The set of fasteners are passed through the first and second sets of through-holes to fasten the sheet to the enclosure box from outside the enclosure box.

Abstract: The present invention is embodied in a packaging assembly for both economical and safe shipping, display and advertising of a plurality of products, comprising a plurality of products stacked upon a pallet and a plurality of side panels affixed to the pallet. Each side panel can be folded into an upper position in order to enclose the plurality of products during shipment of the packaging assembly and each side panel can also be folded into a lower position in order to hide the pallet and to advertise the plurality of products during display of the packaging assembly.
