  • Patent number: 11858685
Abstract: A shipping crate is provided having multiple walls. In each wall, a first wall layer has sides and a first thickness and a second wall layer has sides extending past each of the sides of the first wall by the first thickness. The crate also has a back panel having a first back panel layer and at least a partial second back panel layer. The first back panel layer has sides and a thickness substantially similar to the first thickness and the second back panel layer extends past each of the sides of the first back panel layer by the first thickness. When assembled, the first wall layers of each of the walls combine to form a post and lintel assembly. The second wall layers of each of the plurality of walls combine to form a second post and lintel assembly distinct from the first post and lintel assembly.

  • Patent number: 11858678
Abstract: The invention discloses a container, comprising a base and a side panel, the base or the side panel is provided with a discharging port, the discharging port is provided with a covering door, and the covering door is connected to the base or the side panel through a connecting device, wherein the connection device includes a transmission member and an elastic member. During the opening or closing process of the covering door, the transmission member can be driven to move outwardly, so that the elastic member is compressed. When the covering door is completely opened or closed, the elastic member springs back and drives the transmission member to move inwardly, the covering door automatically keeps open or closed. The overall structure of the invention is novel and reliable, and the operation is simple, and it is not necessary to confirm whether the covering door is attracted in place during the opening or closing process of the covering door, which can effectively avoid human operation errors.

  • Patent number: 11843991
Abstract: Motion-based management of a logistics container uses elements of a wireless node network including a container node associated with the logistics container and equipped with a motion sensor. The motion sensor detects a motion status (e.g., moving, stationary, accelerating, decelerating) for the logistics container. The container node compares the motion status to a prior motion status, and then identifies a changed motion condition for the logistics container based upon the comparison. In response to the changed motion condition, the container node alters a broadcast profile used by the container node in communicating with other nodes in the wireless node network. The container node may be deployed as an apparatus within a logistics container, be considered together with the logistics container as a motion sensing container node apparatus, and be considered with multiple package ID nodes as a motion-based management system for the logistics container.

  • Patent number: 10696451
Abstract: A combined PV panel assembly jig and forklift transport pallet is used to assemble PV panels for transport to a field array from a protected manufacturing environment. The panels are assembled to have adhesively applied rails for transport by a robotic drone on a ground-support rack and are pre-wired. The PV panel assembly jig holds, protects, and aligns the PV panels in an upside down position, opposite to their operational position, for ease of wiring in order to decrease the manual labor required in the field. Once the pallet is transported to the load station at the end of a row of solar panel racks in the field array, a robotic loader lifts the upside down PV panels from the combined PV panel assembly jig and forklift transport pallet in an arcing overhead motion that lifts, tilts, and deposits the PV panels in an upright position at the loading station of a railed rack support as ground-mounted in a solar panel field array.
