Abstract: A tool box includes a box body having a top cover and a bottom cover which are pivoting on each other, two foldable sets which are both assembled to the top cover and the bottom cover, at least one positioning base is assembled between the two foldable sets. Under this arrangement, the positioning base can be rotated outward relative to the bottom cover by the operation of the two foldable sets. Therefore, the user can pull out the tool bit from the positioning base directly without bending up the tool bit by the finger thereof at first.

Abstract: An adjustable shipper display system includes a master shell having side walls with mounting positions. A plurality of tray-like shelves are supported at each end at the mounting positions. Fillers are insertable along the shelves to divide the shelves into compartment spaces and to provide dunnage where required. With minimum modification the shipper can be prepared for displaying articles to the consumer without requiring removal or other adjustment of the articles within the shipper.

Abstract: A tool holder insert for use with storage containers is provided including a base portion and a sleeve. The base portion has a first end and a second end. The first end includes an interlock feature adapted to be a non-rotatably coupled to the storage container. The sleeve is rotatably coupled to the base between the first and second ends. A specialized tool accessory is supported within the storage container by the tool holder insert.

Abstract: The storage case of the invention consists of a base and a mating cover. The cover is constructed of a first cover portion that is pivotably attached to the base and a second cover portion that is slidably retained on the first cover portion. To release the cover from the base, the second cover portion is moved to an extended position where the second cover portion is disengaged from the base. A plurality of drill bit cassettes hold the individual bits and are removably retained in a corresponding number of cassette holders located within the base. The cassette holders are connected to one another and to the cover such that when the cover is opened, the cassette holders are extended out of the base where they can be easily accessed. When the cover is closed the cassette holders are retracted into the base.

Abstract: A portable multipurpose tackle box with a compartment for storing tackle, bait, and other fishing related items, and a separate cooler compartment for storing food, beverages, and bait. The top compartment can be opened to reveal several extendable tackle tray assemblies. The exterior surface of the top of the tackle box has a folding leg attached to it which can be used to support the tackle box when the tray assemblies are in an extended position. The top exterior surface also has a clip attached to it for holding a flashlight in position for the night fisherman. The handle, support leg, and clips connected to the top exterior surface pivot to a storage position which is flush with the surface to enable the top surface of the tackle box to be used comfortably as a seat.

Abstract: A toolbox is disclosed to include a box body, a top cover pivoted to the box body, a plurality of tool holders respectively pivoted to the box body and linked to one another, and an actuating arm coupled between the box body and one tool holder in such a manner that the tool holders are turned out of the box body for arrangement of storage tool members when opening the top cover, or turned into the inside of the box body when closing the top cover.

Abstract: A tool box includes a base, a top cover pivotally mounted on the base, a receiving rack pivotally mounted in the base for receiving a plurality of hand tools, and a driving lever pivotally mounted in the base and having a first end connected to and driven by the top cover and a second end connected to the receiving rack for moving the receiving rack. Thus, when the top cover is removed from the base, the receiving rack is lifted to the optimum inclined position, so that the user can take the screwdriver tips from the receiving rack easily and conveniently.

Abstract: A tool box includes a base and two sets of boxes are located symmetrically above the base and each set of boxes is pivotably connected to the base by a set of links. Each set of links includes a long link and two short links which are located on two sides of the long link. The long link is pivotably connected the base and the two boxes at three pivot points. One of the short links is pivotably connected between the base and the box rested on the base, and the other short link is pivotably connected between the two boxes. The two sets of boxes can be expanded outward relative to the base when either one of which is pulled outward.

Abstract: A tool box includes a base and a cover is pivotally connected to the base by extending two shafts through two sides of the base and two lugs of the cover. An inner frame has two sidewalls and a rack is connected between the two sidewalls. A plurality of recesses are defined in the rack for receiving tools therein. A slot is defined through each of the sidewalls and two operation members are connected between the two sidewalls and the two lugs. The two shafts extend through the two operation members and two respective ends of the two sidewalls. Each of the operation members has a protrusion which is engaged with the slot corresponding thereto so that when the cover is opened to a certain degree, the rack is pivoted upward.
