Abstract: A tobacco product package includes at least two, preferably five or more, cylindrically shaped tobacco products aligned in an alignment direction. A wrapping is sheathed around the tobacco products and covers at least part of the outer surfaces of the aligned tobacco products. A tear strip is disposed in the alignment direction along the wrapping and is configured for tearing apart the wrapping when being pulled by a user. The tear strip has at least one weakening line positioned in the vicinity of an interface of adjacent tobacco products.

Abstract: T-Shirt bag with a front foil layer, a rear foil layer and side folds, where the front foil layer and the rear foil layer and the two side folds at the bottom edge and at the top edge are joined together; and where at the top edge of the T-shirt bag two handles are formed by a recess, both handles being provided with a continuous suspension opening; where the perforation openings with incisions and a spot connection are provided in the front foil layer and in the front side fold portions of each handle.

Abstract: A package, such as a bag or stand-up pouch, is described that includes a built-in opening support that can be actuated by the user to maintain the package in an open or wide-open configuration, thereby preventing or reducing the need to manually keep the front and back panels of the package separated as product is accessed. The opening support may be disposed near the opening end of at least one of the front or back panels and may be designed to be moved from an inactive position to an active position. In the inactive position, the opening support is disposed along one of the front panel or the back panel, whereas in the active position, the opening support extends between the front panel and the back panel, across a corresponding longitudinal seam of the package, to maintain the opening of the package in a wide-open position.

Abstract: A barrier assembly for blocking a potentially debris-carrying airflow includes an elongated, flexible barrier sheet extending from a ceiling to a floor and a plurality of hanger structures engaging an upper edge of the sheet in longitudinally spaced relation therealong. Each hanger structure includes a connector tab adapted for engagement with a suspension member and a pair of diverging adhesive panels for adhesive engagement with the sheet. The suspension members engage ceiling members to support the sheet from the ceiling.

Abstract: A merchandizing system for displaying cleaning head assemblies and handle assemblies including a plurality of rail arms extending from a display wall, a plurality of cleaning head assemblies each having an attachment portion and a cleaning head, and a plurality of hanging mechanisms each having an attachment portion for releasable engagement with one of the attachment portions of the cleaning head assemblies. The cleaning head assemblies are supported from the rail arms by the hanging mechanisms, and the plurality of rail arms are angled downward to allow the cleaning head assemblies to be gravity fed.

Abstract: This application relates to a device called the Tap Blaster (FIG. 1) used to create a back flow in a draft beer system apparatus more particularly the faucet causing system pressure and product to be harnessed to clean openings (FIG. 7 and FIG. 9) such as air vents, mechanical channels and apparatus internal parts and side walls that tend to become contaminated by fermented bacteria growth caused by but not limited to air, natural light and inactivity between operation and scheduled cleanings.

Abstract: A package for containing items having a flip-open package closure is provided. In some embodiments, the package includes a rigid package body and a flexible closure flap. The flexible closure flap is coupled to a hangtab portion of the package body such that the flexible closure flap moves from a closed position to an open position with respect to the package body based on a position of the hangtab portion. An upper edge of a front side of the package body engages the lower portion of the closure flap when the package is closed, while the lower edge of the closure flap is released from the upper edge upon pivoting backward of the hangtab portion. Such pivoting of the hangtab portion, and corresponding manipulation of the closure flap, may occur without directly contacting the closure flap.

Abstract: A product dispensing system and a method of queuing usage of products. In one form, a plurality of layers of products, each having multiple items in separate packages, is provided, each layer having a carrier with the separate packages being secured to and extending from the carrier. The layers are assembled in a stacked orientation behind a front layer with layers behind the front layer being at least partially concealed and inaccessible. Products are used one layer at a time, and when the separate packages from the front layer are removed, the packages of the next-succeeding layer are exposed for use. In another form of the invention, the packages for each layer are secured to and extend in series from the carrier for each layer, with a first package secured to the carrier for the layer, and each succeeding package being secured to the next preceding package.

Abstract: An system for drying a wet area of a building includes an elongated flexible duct and a plurality of hanger structures engaged with the duct at locations spaced therealong. Each hanger structure includes a connector tab adapted for engagement with a suspension member and a pair of diverging adhesive panels for adhesive engagement with the duct. The suspension members engage ceiling members to support the duct from an air source to the wet area.

Abstract: A gas spring assembly includes a gas spring enclosed within a flexible, liquid-impermeable protective sleeve. The sleeve protects the gas spring against contamination during painting and pre-paint processes, and is then removable to leave the gas spring as a permanent component of the installation subject to the painting.

Abstract: A packing box comprises a peripheral portion and two end portions are respectively connected to two ends of the peripheral portion. A shock-absorbing device has two support members located on the two ends of the peripheral portion, and the two support members each are bent to be a U-shaped member and linearly movable toward the end portion corresponding thereto. At least one positioning portion is connected to each of the support members so as to retain an object. The object can be moved with the support members so as to absorb the vibration and impacts.

Abstract: An assembly for holding a transaction card, such as a gift card, upon a panel that pivots to be received within a pouch, pocket or sleeve to hold and retain the card during transport and storage.

Abstract: A quick-release package includes a box enclosure and an insert. The insert slides into the open bottom of the box enclosure, and includes a locking extension which slides into a slot on the top of the box enclosure and locks the insert into place. The slot forms a wide portion toward the back surface of the box enclosure and a narrower button release portion toward the front surface of the box enclosure. The insert locking extension includes a button configured to catch on the back surface of the wider portion of the top slot in a first position and which, when pressed, moves into the button release portion of the slot and releases the locking extension and hence the insert from the box enclosure.

Abstract: A paint brush package apparatus, a packaged paint brush, and methods regarding the use of such paint brush packages, include a convertible package which may be converted from a display state (e.g., paint brush mounted on an elongate display panel of the package) to a protective state (e.g., after detaching the paint brush from the elongate display panel and for protective storage between uses).

Abstract: A product package is presented that has a sliding tray disposed within a sleeve. Both the sleeve and the tray have a tab on their top portions through which is positioned a hang-hole. The hang-holes in these two tabs align when the tray is inserted into the sleeve, allowing a display hanger to pass through the hole in both tabs. The tray also has a structure with an overhang portion that extends beyond a side wall of the tray. The overhang portion is positioned to abut the edge of the sleeve when the tray is fully inserted into the sleeve to prevent the tray from passing too far into, or even through the sleeve.

Abstract: A method of packaging a hole saw includes positioning a circular cutting edge portion of the hole saw against a surface of a base member of a hang tag assembly. The base member includes a post that extends from the surface into a hollow interior defined by the hole saw. A cap member of the hang tag assembly is positioned adjacent a mounting portion of the hole saw. The cap member includes a stem and a display card portion. The stem is advanced through a bore defined in the mounting portion and into the hollow interior of the hole saw. The post is then secured to the stem within the hollow interior of the hole saw.

The front, rear, and bottom panels form a cavity therebetween for receiving an article for display. The first and second stand portions each extend from the rear panel opposite one another. At least a portion of the first stand portion and a portion of the second stand portion are placed directly adjacent and are coupled to one another to collectively form a two-ply fin capable of being folded flat over the rear panel or folded out to extend away from the rear panel to act as a stand for supporting the display package with a substantially upright position on a support surface.

Abstract: A sweep theft resistant product container for a peg hook display includes a theft deterrent pad affixed to an upper portion of a product container. The product container has an opening for suspension of the product container from a peg hook display. The theft deterrent pad comprises an elastomer element having an opening therein for insertion of a peg hook of the peg hook display. The opening is configured to cause increase in friction sufficient to substantially prevent simultaneous removal of a plurality of product containers when the product containers are moved along the peg hook simultaneously.

Abstract: An anti-theft structure for a socket display hanger contains a socket display hanger and a fitting seat extending outwardly from a bottom end of the socket display hanger. The fitting seat has two flexible retaining pieces fixed on two sides thereof, two locking projections mounted on two outer walls of the two flexible retaining pieces, an engaging rack defined between the two flexible retaining pieces, two flexible abutting extensions extending outwardly from two sides of the engaging rack, a connecting segment extending upwardly from a top end of the engaging rack and coupling with the socket display hanger, and an arcuate hollow space defined on two sides of the connecting segment and the fitting seat. The fitting seat of the socket display hanger is connected with a square hole of a wrench socket.

Abstract: An anti-theft/safety hanger is provided with a plate body having an U-shaped wedge portion. The wedge portion includes a wedge corner portion on one of sidewalls and is connected to the plate body via a connecting edge. The wedge corner portion is movable between a first position and a second position. When the connecting edge is uncut-off, the wedge corner portion is located in the first position and the wedge portion is relatively undeformable so that a socket sleeved around the wedge portion is limited and detachable. When the connecting edge is cut off, the wedge corner portion is pushed and blocked by a blocking corner portion of the plate body so as to be located in the second position. The wedge portion is depressed, and the socket is thus unblocked by the wedge portion and detachable.

Abstract: An enclosure liner is provided which includes a bag, which bag has a top panel, two side panels, a back panel, and a bottom panel. The front panel forms an access to enable items to be placed within, and withdrawn from, the interior of the liner, and a closure, such as a zipper, is attached to the periphery of the access to enable the liner to be sealed shut. Pockets to accommodate the hooks often found in conventional lockers are strategically placed and are sized to allow clothes and other items to be hung from the pocket-covered hooks. A plurality of magnets suspend the liner within the enclosure and a pad forms a floor suitable for storing shoes and other like articles.

Abstract: A reclosable composite package for packaging an article is provided with a tray, a panel and a sliding cover. The tray and cover define a cavity for displaying or packing an article for sale. The tray and panel are configured to define a channel to slidably receive the cover. The tray may have a peripheral flange that includes a raised rail. The panel may be secured with respect to the tray flange and may engage at least a portion of the rail. Interaction between the rail and the panel during manufacture or assembly of the package may create a space between the tray and the panel to form the channel. The cover may be inserted within the channel formed by the tray flange, rail and panel. In use, the cover may slide within the channel to selectively open and close the package. The package may include one or more catches, stops or snap lock features to further secure and stabilize the package.

Abstract: A jewelry storage organizer system is disclosed that provides for a more effective way to store and travel with a large variety of jewelry. The jewelry storage organizer system comprises a jewelry-organizing device, an earring-organizing device, and a necklace-organizing device. The jewelry storage organizer device comprises a singular sheet that comprises a plurality of tab closures, multiple ring bars, and at least one jewelry pocket for retaining jewelry. The jewelry storage organizer device can be hung on a door and rolled into a cylindrical configuration for storage or transportation. The earring storage organizer device comprises a singular sheet and a plurality of perforated tabs for retaining post earrings. The earring storage organizer device can be rolled up into a cylindrical configuration and can stand upright on its end. The necklace storage organizer device comprises a sheet and tab closures secured onto the front surface for retaining a necklace.

Abstract: A displayable tool receiving device includes a hanger body having a hanger hole. The hanger body further includes a rectilinear first coupling portion and a plurality of spaced first positioning portions. The displayable tool receiving device further includes a plurality of tool receiving boxes each including a rear side having a rectilinear second coupling portion. The rear side of each tool receiving box further includes a second positioning portion. At least one of the tool receiving boxes is optionally mounted to the hanger body. The second coupling portion of each of the at least one of the plurality of tool receiving boxes is engaged with the first coupling portion of the hanger body. The second positioning portion of each of the at least one of the tool receiving boxes is engaged with one of the first positioning portions of the hanger body.

Abstract: There is provided in a preferred embodiment of the present invention an improved packaging device comprising a plastic casing having a depressed compartment, a plurality of wings extending from the plastic casing and a connector to secure the wings of the plastic casing around the product. Preferably, the improved packaging device also includes a folding hanger that extends from the proximate end of the plastic casing, and is used to display the product.

Abstract: A blister package (12) of transparent plastics material having an actuation portion (18), an electrical device such as a flashlight (14) with a slider switch (32) disposed at least partially within the package, the device including a battery power source (22) and an activatable component such as a LED or light; and a package switch (46) with actuation element (66) having an activation condition and a deactivation condition and being changeable from its deactivation condition to its activation condition. The package and device combination being configured for the power source to form part of a closed electrical circuit with, and to activate, the activatable component when the package switch is in its activation condition, and for the circuit to be open once the package switch has changed to its deactivation condition. The consumer can test the operation of the packaged flashlight by operating the switch (46) to illuminate either the LED (24) or the fluorescent tube (26).

Abstract: A hand-held package box and a developed plate thereof are provided. The package box includes a box body, a first plate, a second plate and a third plate. The third plate is connected to the box body, and the second plate connects the first plate and the third plate. The first plate has a first folded sheet, and the second plate has a second folded sheet. A position of the first folded sheet and a position of the second folded sheet are symmetrical with respect to a folding line between the first plate and the second plate. When the first plate is folded to a position between the second plate and the third plate, a folding line of the first folded sheet corresponds to a folding line of the second folded sheet, so that the first folded sheet and the second folded sheet, after being folded, form a handle.

Abstract: A hand tool display rack includes a body having a rectangular end extending therefrom and an opening is defined through the rectangular end. Two protrusions extend from two outsides of the rectangular end and a block is located in the opening. The block is located corresponding to the protrusions. The body and the block is connected by a connection portion which protrudes beyond the rectangular end so that the user can easily cut the connection portion when picking the hand tool from the display rack.

Abstract: A method of packaging a hole saw includes positioning a circular cutting edge portion of the hole saw against a surface of a base member of a hang tag assembly. The base member includes a post that extends from the surface into a hollow interior defined by the hole saw. A cap member of the hang tag assembly is positioned adjacent a mounting portion of the hole saw. The cap member includes a stem and a display card portion. The stem is advanced through a bore defined in the mounting portion and into the hollow interior of the hole saw. The post is then secured to the stem within the hollow interior of the hole saw.

Abstract: A wiper blade packing case including a plate-type lower panel; a plate-type upper panel; and a pair of covers, each of which has an elliptical cross-sectional surface corresponding to the cross-sectional surface of the receiving portion, and each of which is bent and extends from each of the shorter sides of the upper panel to close openings formed at both sides of the receiving portion.

Abstract: An apparatus to display a tool holder that incorporates magnets comprises at least a magnetically attractable work item, a tool holder incorporating magnets and an attachment mechanism for attaching the magnetically attractable work item to the display. The attachment mechanism attaches to the magnetic tool holder such that the magnetically attractable work item is able to be removed from the magnet of the tool holder while still coupled to the magnetic tool display. In some embodiments, the apparatus also comprises a display placard. In these embodiments, the attachment mechanism attaches to the display placard and the magnetically attractable work item such that the magnetically attractable work item is able to be removed from the magnet of the tool holder while still coupled to the display placard.

Abstract: A packing for bicycle pedals (12a,12b) comprises a pedestal (14) for placing the first pedal (12a) thereon. The shape of the pedestal (14) is adapted to the outer contours of the first pedal (12a). The packing further comprises a fixing means (16) for fixing the first pedal (12a) on the pedestal (14), and a receiving cavity (18) for the second pedal (12b).

Abstract: A safety drill bit suspension structure is provided for safe suspension and exhibition of a drill bit and includes a suspension board and a carrier seat pivoted thereto. The carrier seat includes a semi-tubular base and a cover connected thereto at a bottom so that the cover can be turned over to cover and close the base to collectively form a tubular structure of carrier seat. The base forms therein a positioning ring for positioning of an inserted tool. The cover forms in a central portion thereof a resiliently deflectable retention tab, whereby when a drill bit is inserted into the carrier seat, a positioning cavity formed in a surface of the drill bit may receive the positioning cavity to resilient engage therewith for retaining. To remove the drill bit, a connection element that fixes the cover is cut off to allow the drill bit to be removed.

Abstract: A windshield wiper package for containing a windshield wiper includes a front portion having a recess for receiving the windshield wiper, a back portion connected to the front portion for containing the windshield wiper within the recess, and an opening disposed in the back portion to allow loading or unloading of the windshield wiper. The opening is sized such that a length of the opening is less than about one-third of a length of the wiper package. A door is slidingly received by the back portion such that the door can be moved between an open position and a closed position. Complimentary detents and indentations are provided for securing the door in the open position or the closed position, the detents being positioned on one of the back portion and the door, and the indentations being positioned on another of the back portion and door.

Abstract: A hanger assembly for supporting an item suspended from a support structure includes a hanger and a sleeve. The hanger includes a display section, which defines a bottom edge and including a hanging feature configured to receive a portion of the support structure, and a drop section extending downwardly from the display section. The drop section includes a primary shaft and an arm. The primary shaft extends the length of the drop section and defines a front surface configured to be placed adjacent the item. The arm extends upwardly from a lower portion of the drop section to define a lower slot between the primary shaft and the arm. The sleeve extends entirely around the primary shaft through the lower slot. The sleeve is initially loose around the primary shaft and is configured to shrink to tightly fit around and secure the item to the primary shaft.

Abstract: A hangtag for a tool socket is provided. The hangtag has a body board connected to a fixing device which is inserted into and holds a tool socket. The hangtag is adapted to being displayed vertically with the body board being removably attached to a display rack hook and the fixing device with tool socket being attached to and suspended beneath the body board.

Abstract: A flat roll gift wrap package has an elongated form with planar opposed sides and convex arcuate transitions between the sides. Flexible material in sheet form, such as, for example, paper or plastic, can be wound about the form without formation of creases or folds at the arcuate transitions. Printed patterns applied to the flexible material in sheet form are visible in full or repeated one or more times on the material which extends over the planar opposed sides of the form. Multiple flat roll gift wrap packages are combined in display packages or envelopes, poly bags or boxes and stacked on the planar sides of the flat rolls or with the arcuate transitions of the flat rolls arranged side-by-side. Retail displays of flat roll gift wrap products include flat rolls of gift wrap sheet material contained in envelopes which are suspended or otherwise held in a generally vertical orientation upon a retail displays.

Abstract: An apparatus for receiving and storing a plurality of nestable articles comprising an elongate tubular receptacle for receiving and storing the plurality of articles as a nested stack of articles. The receptacle has an open article-receiving end and a partially open other end for retaining the nested stack of articles in the receptacle. Attachment means are provided on an exterior surface of the receptacle for pivotally suspending the receptacle from a waste container for rotation relative to the waste container about a pivot point. In use, the receptacle is held on the waste container with the open article-receiving end positioned above the partially open other end. Upon rotation of the receptacle about the pivot point so that the article-receiving end is positioned below the partially open other end, the nested stack of articles are removable under gravity from the receptacle through the open article-receiving end.

Abstract: A hanger is provided for mounting a curtain rod, such as a shower curtain tension rod, on a display. The hanger includes a body and a resilient collar, pivotally connected to the body, for engaging the rod in a “snap-fit” fashion. The body has a first opening adapted to receive the curtain rod end and a second opening adapted to be engaged by a prong of the display, to mount the curtain rod on the display. The curtain rod end may include a part, such as a finial, with an exterior surface having a contour. The first opening has a shape substantially corresponding to that contour. The second opening preferably includes three recesses such that conventional single prong and double prong displays can be accommodated.

Abstract: Low waste packaging for use with a consumer product includes a planar tag element of a generally rectangular configuration having front and back planar surfaces upon which advertising indicia may be printed and a cut-out into which a portion of the consumer product is received. The packaging includes first and second semi-annular ring portions that may be assembled around the consumer product when received within the cut-out and affixed to each other through the planar tag element. The method for packaging a consumer product includes receiving the consumer product within a cutout formed in a lower portion of a planar tag element; and assembling two halves of a retaining member about an upper shank of the consumer product so that annular portions of the retaining members contact the consumer product and laterally extensive tags of the retaining members sandwich the tag therebetween.

Abstract: A reusable shopping bag assembly includes handle structure for use with a plurality of reusable shopping bags. The handle structure includes a handle frame with a pair of tubular sleeves extending therefrom in spaced relation to support a plurality of the reusable shopping bags having sleeve receiving holes therethrough and a pair of caps connected to the frame by cords and removably positioned on the sleeves the retain the bags thereon. The sleeves are spaced apart and bores therethrough are sized and shaped to enable the handle structure with a plurality of reusable shopping bags thereon to be positioned on a rack holding store bags to facilitate placement of merchandise in the reusable bags.

Abstract: A pack for a co-packaged article with an inner flange member and an outer flange member. A first cavity is defined by the inner flange member and the outer flange member. The first cavity has an outer surface and a first internal wall. A second cavity is defined by the inner flange member and the outer flange member. The second cavity has an outer surface and a second internal wall spaced apart from the first internal wall. The second internal wall has at least one protrusion with a first position and a second position. The protrusion is spaced apart from the first internal wall in the first position and contacts the first internal wall in the second position limiting inward flexing of the first and second cavities toward each other.

Abstract: An apparatus to store tubular storage containers is herein disclosed. Each tube has a closed end and an open end provided with a threaded cap that can be easily removed by hand. The tubes are ideal for storing long, thin objects, but can also be used to store small objects such as nails, screws, fasteners and the like. To aid in the storage of the tubes themselves, a wall-mounted enclosure is provided preferably providing twelve (12) tubes; however, the size of the enclosure and number of tubes may vary depending on the application. The apparatus is provided with a wall mounting plate allowing easy hanging and removal and may also be set upon a workbench or carried using an integral handle as well. The tubes are simply slid in and out of the enclosure for easy access.
