Abstract: The present invention is a security system for preventing theft of hanging merchandise. The present invention includes a security package system for a product to be placed on a hanging display, the package comprising: (a) a product package of a relatively thin plastic material and having a top portion which has a front and rear, the top portion having an aperture adapted to receive a hang support; (b) a locking member of a relatively thick plastic material and having a front and rear portion so as to removeably fit over the top portion of the product package and having apertures in the front and rear portions that are positioned so as to align with the aperture of the top portion when in position over the top portion.

Abstract: A receptacle stores and keeps items, such as toiletries and medicine, within close proximity to a tissue box. The receptacle includes a bottom wall, a plurality of walls and a hook element. The plurality of walls extends outwardly from the bottom wall to define a storage space. The hook element has an edge for forming a hole in a top surface of the tissue box.

Abstract: A tool kit structure including a tool kit having a bottom box and an upper cover. One side of the upper cover is formed with a recessed section. Two lateral sides of the recessed section are respectively formed with two longitudinally extending lugs opposite to each other. A hanging block is connected with a bottom of the recessed section. The hanging block is conveniently closable/openable. The hanging block is formed with a hanging hole for hanging the tool kit for exhibition. The top of the upper cover is formed with a turning depression near the side of the upper cover. After the hanging block is closed into the recessed section, the turning depression serves as a turning space for a user to easily turn the hanging block. By means of the hanging block, the tool kit can be horizontally placed or vertically hung.

Abstract: A sealable folding box in the shape of a parallelepiped or cube with attached bottom and cover flaps and an attachment flap—is provided with an attachment recess—is that is arranged on an edge of the folding box body that extends between these flaps. To this end, the folding-box body—seen in the lengthwise direction of the matrix—has a sealing flap on one end and a combination section on the other end. The combination section consists of an inside area and at least one outside area, whereby the inside area is an attachment flap—provided with an attachment recess—while the outside area is used to attach the combination section to the side wall with which it is in contact. With the invention, a folding box is provided that can be handled simply and reliably in production, storage and filling, that encloses the contents largely dust-tight and that can be marketed stacked or suspended.

The hanging panel (10) has a strip latch (12), and the end cap (20) has a through hole (22). The fastening strip (30) has an elongated body, a block (32) and a tongue (34). The tongue (34) of the fastening strip (30) is mounted through the through hole (22), a tool socket and the strip latch (12) to conveniently assembly the suspension device. Moreover, the fastening strip (30) allows the suspension device to be used with different sized tool sockets.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for displaying plush items are disclosed. A display apparatus in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises a column and a strap extending between the top end of the column and the bottom end of the column. The column and the strap cooperate to define an aperture. The aperture may be dimensioned to received a plush item (e.g., a pillow).

Abstract: A card and blister package for small articles of commerce has a clear plastic blister piece, a card and a retainer piece. The blister walls form an article-receiving cavity and a plurality of upwardly projecting spaced-apart male prongs extending along the upper edge of the blister piece. A generally rectangular card has shaped perforations for receiving there-through the prongs of the blister piece and the retainer comprises a generally rectangular ring having a plurality of sockets for receiving the prongs of the blister piece, whereby the prongs can be engaged through the perforations, snapped into engagement with the ring sockets, and UV-activated adhesive on the engaged parts illuminated by UV light so as to bond to the ring to the blister to secure the package.

Abstract: A stick-on, flexible peel and seal, wet wipes package includes a flexible package body having a front surface, a rear surface, and an internal space sized to contain a plurality of removable wet wipes. An elongated opening extends through the package body to the internal space for accessing and permitting dispensing of the removable wet wipes. A substantially self-closing, resealable label flap is positioned on the front surface of the package body to cover the opening formed therein. The label flap has a bottom surface provided with a sealing adhesive that creates a seal entirely around the periphery of the opening and permits repeated application and removal of the label flap relative to the package body. The label flap further has a starting tab non-adhesively positionable in contact with the front surface of the package body. An adhesive layer structure is provided on the rear surface of the package body for adhering the package body to a support surface.

Abstract: A combination sign holder and strip retailer for provided expanded area for graphics and detailed information about products offered for sale on the strip retailer. The sign holder portion of the combination has an opening at or near the bottom thereof to accommodate the passage of a plastic strip retailer (die-cut or injection molded) through the opening. An enlarged portion of the strip retailer is retained on opposite sides of the opening. The sign holder portion of the combination may be made of a heat-folded PVC having an additional third panel that allows the sign holder to be held by a C-shaped price channel on a store shelf. Alternatively, an adhesive strip or hooks extending through holes in the sign holder may be used to fasten the combination to a retail fixture.

Abstract: A dispenser dispenses personal effects such as, panty liners, condoms, wet wipes, tampons, etc., for use by occupants of a particular establishment (home, prison, office, hospital etc.). The personal effects dispenser has a first housing that holds the tampons and the panty liners and dispenses each within a respective opening on the housing with the opening for dispensing the tampons having a hinged door covering the opening. A second housing holds the condoms or wet wipes and has an opening that corresponds to an opening on the first housing whenever the second housing is received within the first housing. A spacer is received within the first housing in order to replace the second housing whenever the second housing is not being used. Various attachment schemes are used to attach the personal effects dispenser to a wall.

Abstract: A hangtag is provided that is capable of hanging and securing a tool, such as socket. The invention pertains to a hangtag mechanism that includes a locking mechanism for securing a socket style tool. The hangtag has a body portion having a front surface and a back surface, a hanging mechanism connected to the body portion, and a tool supporting mechanism also connected to the body portion for supporting a tool. The tool supporting mechanism includes first and second legs and a locking finger disposed between the first and second legs. The locking mechanism allows the particular tool to be reattached to the hangtag assembly after it is initially unlocked. This allows the hangtag to function as a storage and organization device for the tool.

A traction surface has sufficiently high traction for supporting the holding portion and its held stack hanging therefrom while preventing the second panel from sliding off the desktop.

Abstract: A tape dispenser and a hang tag for use therewith are disclosed. The tape dispenser includes a front and back that are joined together to form a housing that holds a roll of adhesive tape. A hang tag is provided to attach the tape dispenser to a display board. The hang tag is secured within the housing and it includes a tab section and a lower section. The lower section has the same shape as the housing and it is secured within the housing. The tab is connected to the lower section and extends from the upper surface of the housing. The tab includes an aperture for receiving a hook for hanging the tape dispenser onto a display board. The tab also includes perforations for allowing the tab to be separated from the lower section after purchase of the tape dispenser. The tab is substantially smaller than the lower section or the housing thereby reducing the overall size of the product to be either transported or displayed.

Abstract: A tool box includes a base and a cover which is pivotably connected to the base and has a magnetic member connected to an inside thereof so as to attract small pieces. A hanging member has a hook portion connected to a first end thereof so as to be attached to a user's belt and an engaging member is connected to the hook portion. A board has two ridges on a side thereof and the tool box is clamped between the two ridges. A hole is defined through the board and the engaging member is rotatably engaged with the tool box.

Abstract: A tray and method for packaging muffin pans and liners. The tray surrounds the outer bottom and side surfaces of the packaged muffin pans and muffin liners, protecting the same from damage. The tray includes an engagement portion with a lower surface and a lip, whereby rims defined by the packaged muffin pans are securely held therebetween. An integral hang tab extends outwardly from the packaging tray to enable the tray with packaged muffin pans and liners to be hung from a display rack. The muffin pans are snap-locked into the tray by pressing the rims against the lip, which flexes allowing the muffin pans to pass by and then snaps back to retain the muffin pans and muffin liners within the tray.

Abstract: A display box includes a housing for supporting a product, a lid, and a removable hanger for locking the lid and housing in a closed position. In the unlocked position, the lid is rotatable relative to the housing along an axis of rotation. A set of cooperating locking members are provided on the lid, housing and hanger. In one embodiment, the housing includes a first locking member in the form of a notch, and the lid includes a second locking member of the same type as the housing. The locking hanger includes a pair of corresponding tabs which are sized to fit within the notches. In use, the tabs are inserted within the notches and slid into a locked position to prevent rotation of the lid. To remove the product from within the locked box the hanger must first be removed from engagement with the lid and housing.

A large number of articles can be effectively displayed and a specified number of articles can be taken out smoothly.

Abstract: The coin display apparatus and method described herein includes rotatable hangers suspended from a trackway for displaying and positioning coins. In general, the coin display apparatus includes a rotatable hanger, a tab for attaching a coin to the rotatable hanger, and a trackway for suspending the hanger/coin arrangement. The coin is positionable along the trackway by sliding the rotatable hanger up and down the trackway to a desired location. In addition, the rotatable hanger includes a swivel arrangement such that the coin may be rotated individually around a longitudinal axis of the rotatable hanger so that the front or back of the coin may be displayed. This allows great flexibility in arranging the coins within the coin display apparatus such that symmetrical spacing is preserved, regardless of the number of coin in the collection. The coin display method includes using the coin display apparatus to display and position coins.

Abstract: A tool display member includes a board and two side pieces are connected to a first side of the board. A gap is defined between the two side pieces and each side piece has an opening defined in an inside thereof. A protrusion extends from an inside of each of the opening and includes a stepped edge so that a tool can be supported and clamped between the stepped edges. A locking plate is fixed to the board and connected between the two side pieces.

Abstract: The present application discloses a storage case/hanger combination that enables a storage case for storing relatively thin articles to be hung for display while still enabling the case to be opened for permitting users to inspect the case. The combination comprises a storage case including a pair of cover portions interconnected for movement relative to one another between a closed position closing an interior space of the case and an open position opening an interior space of the case. A plurality of pages are mounted within the interior space of the case. Each of these pages includes at least one pocket for receiving a relatively thin article therein. The pages may be configured to receive various thin articles, including but not limited to, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, collectible cards (e.g., sports cards), stamps, etc. The combination also includes a hanger for hanging the case.

Abstract: A package which demonstrates utility of two cooperating attachable pieces includes a first package portion for retaining a first piece having a first releasably connectable surface thereon, wherein the first package portion includes a reveal surface to expose part of the releasably connectable surface, a second package portion for retaining a second piece which cooperates with the first piece and has a second releasably connectable surface thereon, wherein the second package portion includes a reveal surface to expose part of the second releasably connectable surface. Further, the releasably connectable surfaces can be connected to one another through the reveal surfaces which when so connected retains the package portions adjacent one another.

Abstract: A merchandize item protection apparatus has a housing, with an alarm transducer received in the housing. A device for securing the housing to a merchandize item or merchandize to be protected is provided because the housing has a passthrough opening in order to hang a protected merchandize item or merchandize package on a merchandize presenter. The housing is constituted by two housing elements that are detachably joined to one another by the attachment device. A gap is formed between the housing elements, and in which a merchandize package can be clamped in place between the housing elements.

Abstract: A combination device for supporting and displaying written works and the written works themselves. An elongated strip is provided having a longitudinal axis with a series for supporting and displaying the written works along the longitudinal axis. The device is capable of releasably capturing and displaying the written works such that each written work can be identified on the elongated strip and individually removed therefrom.

Abstract: A tool suspension device for pliers has a suspension board and a bracket. The suspension board has a front, a rear, a clip and a removable locking stub. The clip is mounted on the rear of the suspension board. The removable locking stub is attached to the front of the suspension board. The bracket is mounted on the front of the suspension board and has a U-shaped frame and clamping arms inside the frame. A tool slot is defined vertically through the frame and is adapted to hold a tool that is positioned head down. The removable locking stub prevents upward movement of the tool to prevent the tool from being easily pulled out of the tool slot to steal. The clip is used to hang the tool suspension device on a person's belt. Therefore, the tool suspension device is burglarproof and double-duty.

Abstract: A hanger includes a first board, a second board foldable to the first board for retaining a tool between them and a locking device for locking the second board to the first board. The locking device includes a first flexible strip extending from the first or second board and a second flexible strip extending from the first or second board. A plurality of ratchets is formed on the first flexible strip. A sleeve is formed on the second flexible strip. A ratchet is formed on an internal face of the sleeve. The first flexible strip can be inserted in the sleeve so that one of the ratchets formed on the first flexible strip is engaged with the ratchet formed on the second flexible strip. The locking device includes two slots defined in the second or first board for receiving the first and second flexible strips. The first or second board defines at least one slot, and the second or first board includes at least one hook for insertion through the at least one slot for engagement with first or second board.

Abstract: Packaging for hairbrushes includes a foldable display member having a main panel for mounting a hairbrush and upper and lower flaps extending obliquely and downwardly from an edge of the main panel. The flaps are deflectable into an arcuate configuration in which the flaps overly a portion of a mounted hairbrush. The arcuately-deflected flaps are secured by attachment to the main panel or alternatively by attachment to a mounted hairbrush below a lower edge of the main panel. The flaps may include attachment tabs receivable in openings of the main panel. Alternatively, the flaps may include openings for receiving a flexible connector for securing the flap to the main panel or to the handle of a mounted hairbrush.

Abstract: Packaging for hairbrushes includes a foldable display member having a main panel for mounting a hairbrush and upper and lower flaps extending obliquely and downwardly from an edge of the main panel. The flaps are deflectable into an arcuate configuration in which the flaps overly a portion of a mounted hairbrush. The arcuately-deflected flaps are secured by attachment to the main panel or alternatively by attachment to a mounted hairbrush below a lower edge of the main panel. The flaps may include attachment tabs receivable in openings of the main panel. Alternatively, the flaps may include openings for receiving a flexible connector for securing the flap to the main panel or to the handle of a mounted hairbrush.

Abstract: A tool suspension device for pliers includes a suspension board and a holding assembly. The suspension board has a front, a right side, a left side, a top and a bottom. A handle stop is attached to the front near the right side of the suspension board. A holding assembly with a receiving hole is defined through and mounted on the front of the suspension board corresponding to the handle stop. The receiving hole of the holding assembly is adapted to tightly hold one handle of the pliers, and the handle stop is adapted to abut the other handle of the pliers on the front of the suspension board. Consequently, a person can conveniently check and operate the pliers on the tool suspension device without removing the pliers from the tool suspension device.

A left reinforcing panel is hinged to the left panel and lies against a left portion of the bottom panel. Abstract: An improved windshield wiper packaging case includes a joined top and bottom case. The top case contains an arched compartment with two symmetric clips which bind the packing sheet; adjacent to the arched compartment is a triangular-shaped elongated compartment that holds the windshield wiper. On the upper side, next to the arched compartment is a rectangular compartment which holds the manufacturing label. On the bottom case, there are protruded line-shaped clasps along the edges of said bottom case; within the clasps, two precut U-shaped clips are positioned to hold the instruction sheet. All additional clips, clasps, shaped compartments are for the purpose of holding every component in place and preventing disarray and damage. This design also makes assembling easier and more efficient and the assembled packaging appears structured and pleasing to behold by the consumer, moreover, the consumers can easily inspect the contents from different angles through this improved packaging design.
