Abstract: An expandable modular rack for storing at least one magazine and at least one handgun is disclosed. The expandable modular rack includes: a first member; a second member having a base and at least one protrusion extending from a medial portion of the base; and a means for joining a surface of the first member to a surface of the second member, wherein the first member is arranged to maintain the magazine in an upright position, and wherein the base of the second member is arranged to support a base of the magazine and the protrusion of the second member is arrangeable to maintain the magazine in the upright position. The rack can further include: a third member; and a means for joining the first member to the third member, wherein the third member and first member are arranged to support the handgun.

Abstract: A cabinet pull-out comprises a first storage compartment and a second storage compartment and a pull-out frame, the pull-out frame connecting the first storage compartment to the second storage compartment. The first and the second storage compartment each are provided with a base. The pull-out frame comprises a carrier element which extends essentially rectangularly to the base area of the corresponding storage compartment. Each of the first and second storage compartments are provided with a front wall and a rear wall and two side walls each extending between the front wall and the rear wall. The carrier element is attached to an external side of the rear wall or one of the side walls. A loose storage compartment can be detachably coupled to one of the first or second storage compartments.

Abstract: A mobile display cart for storing flooring panels that can be quickly removed and displayed on a floor. The mobile display includes a base supported on a frame with a set of wheels allowing the display to be wheeled to varying locations. The base includes a series of baffles with one or more flooring panels situated within a baffle wherein the panels remain substantially upright when held within the cart. In addition, a cord is connected to one end of the cart and strings through holes within each panel allowing one or more panels to be removed from the basket and displayed on the floor around the cart. However, the cord prevents the panels from being taken away from the display.

The device includes a base, a front holder element, a first holder element, a second holder element, and an attachment extension. The base includes a front surface which extends in a front plane. The first holder element is attached to the front surface between the front surface and the front holder element. The first holder element includes a first surface extending in a first plane. The second holder element is attached to the front surface between the front surface and the front holder element. The second holder element includes a second surface extending in a second plane. The second plane is different from the first plane. The attachment extension is attached to the front surface.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for storing cookware in an efficient and compact format. The system is modular, and provides a storage solution that is capable of holding significant weight with efficiency. The cookware system comprises a plurality of storage units configured to store pots and pans. Each cookware storage unit may be configured for magnetic coupling with one or more additional cookware storage units. The storage unit may include a first wall, second wall, bridge and gap.

Abstract: An adjustable bicycle stand includes a pair of forward and rearward base members and a pair of right and left upright members supporting a bicycle wheel therebetween. Each upright member extends between both the forward and rearward base members. At least one of the upright members is adjustable relative to the forward and rearward base members.

Abstract: A storage and display unit comprised of two foldable, slotted units is described. The slots are loaded with flat display items, such as name tags, index cards, and the like. The units may include two tray modules that may be formed into an L-shaped via attachment mechanisms such as snap-fittings, adhesives, and/or magnets. These attachment mechanisms are also useful in forming transportable cube and/or any number of arrangements for a display stand.

The device includes a pair of longitudinal members defining a channel therebetween, and a pair of lateral members affixed to opposing end walls of the pair of longitudinal members. An arcuate support wire includes a first end connected to a first end of a first longitudinal member of the pair of longitudinal members, and an opposing second end connected to a second end of the first longitudinal member. A linear support wire includes a lower end connected to the first longitudinal member and an upper end connected to the arcuate support wire. The arcuate support wire and the linear support wire are configured to support a lid for a cooking vessel when a perimeter edge of the lid is disposed within the channel, allowing users to support the lid on a countertop or other surface in an upright position.

The base includes a base top plate that includes a right fulcrum platform, a left fulcrum platform, and a spring for each support arm. The right fulcrum portion is mounted to rotate on the right fulcrum platform. The left fulcrum portion is mounted to rotate on the left fulcrum platform. The spring is positioned to contact at least one of the right hook or the left hook when the associated support arm rotates on the right fulcrum platform and on the left fulcrum platform. The spring supports the top arm portion in an approximately upright position.

Abstract: A plurality of desktop organizers, which helps users select and optimally arrange desktop organizers on desktops in a personalized manner. The core components of the invention are a plurality of desktop organizers each having a base, an overlay and magnets as temporary fasteners, where the overlays are configured for storing different office implements, which, generally speaking, are configured as follows: the dimensions of the desktop organizers promote coupling the organizers, ensuring alignment when brought to close to each other; the magnets are located on the sides of the desktop organizers such that they align with one another; and, a set of overlays, one for each type of office implement, fitting over the top of the desktop organizers. The invention can be used to select and arrange desktop organizers in a personalized manner that promotes optimal use of the surface of a desk.

The tiered storage system is made of a support structure having gondola shelf connectors, the gondola shelf connectors configured to removeably attach the support structure to the gondola shelf, and two or more tiers mounted on the support structure, each tier including a horizontal plane and a vertical plane, the horizontal plane being substantially perpendicular to the vertical plane. The tiered storage system can be configured with pegs or other organizational tools for helping arrange items such that surplus items being stored on the tiered storage system can be visible to customers or associates in a store aisle.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a reconfigurable shelf assembly. The reconfigurable shelf assembly can include a base frame and a first shelving component configured to support objects according to a first configuration. The first shelving component can be detachably coupled to the base frame to facilitate removal and replacement of the first shelving component. A second shelving component can used to reconfigure the shelf assembly to support objects according to a second configuration. The shelf assembly can include a pair of electrically conductive support arms extending from the base frame to selectively mount the base frame to a wall assembly. The wall assembly can provide electrical power to the electrically conductive arms. The circuitry can include a light source and a pair of conductive mounting members. The conductive mounting members can selectively engage the electrically conductive arms to energize the light source.

Abstract: The invention provides holder devices and methods of making and using the same. The holder devices described may be used to hold a wide variety of personal electronic devices, as well as other items. Illustratively, the holder device may include a body portion, at least two holder sides, and an extension portion. Each of the holder sides may be disposed in slots in the body portion. The holder sides may be in the form of an elephant head, for example. The extension portion may be selectively positioned in either a stowed position, an extended position, or some interim position. In the extended position, or partially extended position, the extension portion provides enhanced stability to the holder device.

Abstract: An adjustable organizer that includes a plurality of spaced apart vertically oriented dividers and a plurality of selectively stackable platforms extending from the dividers. The platforms increase in height from a foremost platform to a rearmost platform. Adjacent dividers together with a platform extending between the adjacent dividers define a compartment. A connector assembly is operatively associated with one of the dividers and platforms. The connector assembly is configured to allow for independent adjustment of spacing between adjacent dividers to selectively adjust a size of a compartment and to allow a forward platform to slide beneath a platform rearward of the forward platform.

A file is received on top of the support arms and held therein between the file keeper and the two support arms.

Abstract: A tray construction for supporting papers, folders, files, or smaller articles such as vouchers and ticket books comprises modules of a plurality of identical trays adjoined or formed integrally with one another with each tray being supported in height at a slightly different elevation than the adjoining tray so that when the module is self-supported on a horizontal flat surface, the trays are inclined at an angle with respect to the supporting surface rather than standing upright. This prevents paper supported in the tray from bending or collapsing upon itself as it might if the trays were supported vertically and allows easy access to the trays or compartments of the trays which may be created by spacing elements. A number of the modules may be joined together either front to back or vertically. The modules may also be hung on a wall in an inclined attitude.

Abstract: A file divider is provided for dividing a series of file folders having hanging rods with opposed ends slidably supported for movement on a file support edge of a file organizer. The file divider includes a body having opposed ends slidably supported for movement on the file support edge between a pair of file folders. The opposed ends have fingers projecting therefrom that are engageable with certain of the hanging rods of the file folders to maintain the stability of the divider bar when the file folders and the file divider bar are slidably moved on the file support edge.

Abstract: A document sorting apparatus includes a base having a pair of parallel side rail members with apertures therein, the apertures distributed in a linear fashion along the length of the side rail members and each aperture in one of the side rail members aligned with a corresponding aperture in the opposite side rail member. Veins in the form of wire divider members are pivotally received in each pair of corresponding apertures. Segments of the wire divider members rest on a top surface of the side rail members when the wire divider member is in a rearwardly-inclined or forwardly-inclined position. The side rail members are provided with lateral extensions having ridges that secure the wire divider members in a vertical position by impeding the wire divider member from pivoting to inclined positions. The impedence of the ridges may be overcome with a deliberate application of force to the wire divider member.

Each divider has a pair of separated anchor portions and an object support portion coupled to the anchor portions and extending through a respective slot to provide a support for retaining objects. The anchor portions are rotatably retained in connection with the base to enable the dividers to be flipped forward and backward in a longitudinal direction. When file folders or other objects are retained in the object-retaining sections, it becomes possible to sort papers, documents or files in the sections and to browse through the contents of a file folder without removing them from the apparatus.

Abstract: The present invention generally provides a customizable modular organizer. The modular organizer has a backing board and a plurality of substantially linear holders provided on the first side of the backing board. The holders are connected to the backing board at connection points to define a plurality of openings between the backing board and the holders. The openings are adapted to removably accept desk organizer attachments therein. Preferably, the holders are vertically aligned and connected to the backing board in an orientation to create a plurality of columns of vertical openings. Additionally, in one embodiment the removable desk organizer attachment has a substantially planar flap sized to fit in one or more of the openings of the organizer to removably secure the organizer attachment therein.

The housing is designed to accommodate a predetermined number of large trays, which may form a first row extending substantially the entire distance between each of two opposing side walls of the housing or a second row extending substantially the entire distance between the front wall and the rear wall of the housing. Each large tray may also be designed to accommodate a predetermined number of small trays. The display rack may also include a display holder.

At least one side wall has upper edge portions connected to the first bottom wall. Ledges extend above the upper edge portions of the side walls and alongside a bottom of a respective compartment.

Abstract: Multi-section retaining/sorting/browsing apparatus including a base defining at least one cavity and including a first plurality of parallel slots opening thereto and dividers arranged in connection with the base to define an object-retaining section between adjacent dividers. Each divider has an anchor portion arranged in the cavity and an object support portion coupled to the anchor portion and extending through a respective slot to provide a support for retaining objects. To retain the dividers in connection with the base, the anchor portion of each divider has a width larger than a width of the respective slot. The anchor portion is rotatable in the cavity to enable the divider to be flipped forward and backward in a longitudinal direction. When file folders or other objects are retained in the object-retaining sections, it becomes possible to sort papers, documents or files in the sections and to browse through the contents of a file folder without removing them from the apparatus.

The article organizer comprises a support member and two parallel coils. The support member comprises opposing support ends and a superior support surface. Each support end comprises coil end-retaining structure and each coil comprises opposing coil ends, certain helical structure, and article-receiving gaps. The article-receiving gaps are positioned in side-by-side relation intermediate the helical structure and extend intermediate the opposing support ends. The coil end-retaining structure retains the opposing coil ends for retentively positioning the coils in superior adjacency to the superior support surface, substantially parallel to one another.

A multiplicity of retainer loops mounted on the rod inside the tray. Each retainer loop formed of a tough, resilient, abrasive-resistant resin having a bight portion and two legs. The retainer loops positioned in the tray with their bight portions extending above the side walls of the tray. An opening formed in each leg of each retainer loop to receive the rod to retain the loops in the tray. A slit extends from the opening in each leg to the outer edge thereof to permit the legs to be easily mounted on and removed from the rod. The side walls of the tray are inclined upwardly from front to rear and the retainer loops are varied in height from front to rear to provide a stepped positioning of the cards or file folders held between the retainer loop. The storage container may be formed as a portion of a note paper holder.

The second inscription is humorous in that the instruction suggests or implies that the base portion might actually be formed of the prescription medication. The base portion is optionally dyed to better match the appearance of the prescription medication. An optional slot is provided in the base portion to retain business cards therein. An optional first recess is provided in the base portion to retain pens and pencils therein. An optional second recess is provided in the base portion that includes a concave shape and is useful to retain smaller objects, like coins and paper clips therein.

Abstract: A system for displaying cosmetic testers in a retail environment includes a display station having at least one surface with a plurality of holes therein. A plurality of display rails are provided. The display rails are configured to removably receive the cosmetic testers therein and have legs with end portions configured to removably fit in the holes so that the display rails are capable of being rearranged on the surface to modify display of the cosmetic products. The system further includes at least one application play station having at least one application station rail thereon. The application station rail retains additional testers. In a preferred embodiment, the application station rail is removably mounted on the application play station, and the display station includes a display tower having rotatable tiers.

Abstract: A modular organizer includes a plurality of walls, two face plates, and a plurality of shelves. In a storage mode the walls and shelves of the organizer are stored within the containing walls of the face plates. The containing walls of the face plates are each equipped with an exterior edge that presents an uneven outline. When the uneven outlines of each face plate are positioned adjacent each other, a substantially sealed interface is created containing the walls and shelves within. In an organizer mode, the walls are supported by, and serve to separate the face plates. The shelve are placed within the structure formed by the walls and are positionable between a display and storage position. Each face plate of each modular organizer is identically configured to incorporate at least one post and hole pair.

Abstract: A shallow tray of the type for use on a worksurface or other support top having a construction which enables several such trays to be disposed vertically one above the other and at least partially nested one within another, either when the trays are empty or contain only a small number of documents therein to permit compact storage on a worksurface top while utilizing minimal space. The tray construction in addition allows the trays to be vertically cross-stacked one on top of another to provide for desired vertical separation and hence at least limited visibility and access to the individual trays in the stack, while at the same time providing significant storage capability and document separation while minimizing the amount of space utilized on the worksurface top.
