  • Patent number: 5167564
Abstract: A clothes rack for use with doll clothing and the like is arranged, wherein spaced side walls mount a hanger supporting rod orthogonally therebetween underlying a roof plate for use in storage of various components of doll accessories. A trio of connecting rods at lower distal ends of the side walls define a shoe-receiving slot for reception of shoes therewithin. The hanger structure of the invention is arranged to optionally include a mounting frame to accommodate elongated doll clothing of various sizes and is formed with magnet members to effect a spacing of the hangers when arranged in adjacency relative to one another by magnets of confronting like polarity. The mounting frames are further provided with fluid reservoirs to direct various scented fluids about an overlying wick structure of the mounting hanger organization.

  • Patent number: 5129524
Abstract: The invention is a holder for multiple string suspended tea bags. In its preferred embodiment, it consists of a rigid rod, the end of which is concentrically encased in an end cap, and kept in place with an end cap holder. A plurality of spring means are suspended from the rod by means of tabs attached and secured to the rod. The tabs are kept separated by washer-like spacers and end spacers concentrically placed around the rod. Tea bag strings and tea bags are held vertically suspended in hot water for brewing. In other embodiments of the invention, the rod is replaced with a T-shaped beam from which a tab-spring means may be suspended or which has a plurality of notches along its upper edge to hold the tea bag string and tea bag.In different embodiments of the invention the rod or beam in a horizontal position may either be placed on the other rim of a cup or vessel or attached at opposite sides of the underneath of a vessel cover.

  • Patent number: 5100075
Abstract: The invention is to a spindle for use in mounting a toilet paper roll thereon, and more particularly, for use in mounting a coil of toilet paper, without the core, on the spindle. The spindle has a flange near its outer end that stops movement of the core as the toilet paper roll is pushed onto the spindle during mounting. Continued pushing of the roll onto the spindle while the core is stopped, strips the coil of paper off the core. The coil ends up on the spindle and the core is disposed of.

  • Patent number: 5086540
Abstract: A support mechanism for room dividers is constructed to support room divider curtain rods, for example, to divide an aircraft cabin into several cabin sections. For this purpose a carrier crossbeam is formed of two beam elements hinged to each other in scissors fashion so that the beam elements can buckle downwardly when an interlocking device is released through an operating handle. The end of each beam element is formed as a wall engaging member, such as a T-shaped mounting foot. Each beam element has an extension, whereby a hinge plate is connected between the beam element and its extension. The operating handle which operates the interlocking device is arranged at the end of the extension. At least one locking device and operating handle units, preferably two such units, are used.

  • Patent number: 5050750
Abstract: A clothes hanging apparatus is secured to the underneath of the shelf in a closet to provide additional rigidity to the shelf and to provide a hanger for suspending clothes therefrom. This clothes hanging apparatus is generally secured to the underneath of the shelf by a series of intermediately located mechanical fasteners, but other fasteners are equally suitable. As a result, this apparatus may be secured to a mid-region of the shelf; it need not extend the entire length of the shelf as other systems require. Additionally, this apparatus is preferably of unitary construction and of uniform composition.

  • Patent number: 5018627
Abstract: A support rail which may be used as a clothes support rail is provided, comprising an elongate support member and a plurality of means for receiving a hanger stem. The receiving means are mounted equidistantly along the length of the support member and enable an object, such as an article of clothing suspended from a clothes hook, to be supported therefrom. The receiving means each comprise a receptacle mounted to said elongate support member such that they are each movable between a first open position and a second closed position.Placing the hanger stem of a hanging device within the receptacle causes the receptacle to move from its normal first open position to its second closed position. When in its said second closed position, no additional hanger stems can be placed in said receptacle.
