Abstract: An automated storage and retrieval system including a storage structure with storage racks having a seating surface configured to support case units where a position of each case unit is nondeterministic for each storage location on the storage racks, each case unit has a predetermined storage position and a controller is configured to determine the predetermined storage position, a picking aisle configured to provide access to the case units within the storage structure, and a seismic disturbance restorative system including seismic disturbance motions sensors disposed on the storage racks, a seismic disturbance control module in communication with the seismic disturbance sensors and configured to identify a seismic disturbance, and an automated case mapper configured to traverse the picking aisle, the automated case mapper being in communication with and initialized by the seismic disturbance control module to identify a seated position of at least one case unit within the storage structure.

Abstract: A system includes a cabinet having a first wall, a second wall opposite the first wall, and a back wall extending from the first wall to the second wall. The system also includes a flow plate disposed at least partially within the cabinet and partitioning the inner space into a first portion and a second portion. The system also includes a shelf disposed at least partially within the first portion of the inner space, and a flow device fluidly connected to the cabinet. The flow device is configured to remove air from the first portion of the inner space, and the flow plate is configured to substantially prohibit removal of air by the flow device from the second portion, via the first portion, when the cabinet is in a closed condition.

Abstract: A spacer assembly for use in supporting and securing a first cabinet subassembly to a second cabinet subassembly to form a cabinet assembly includes a first frame member, a second frame member and a decorative cover. The first frame member extends between a top attachment end and a top non-attachment end and includes a mount having an indented ledge coupled at the top attachment end. The second frame member extends between a bottom attachment end and a bottom non-attachment end and includes a bottom plate extending from the bottom attachment end and a flange extending outwardly away from the bottom plate. The decorative cover is coupled onto the mount of the first frame member and onto the flange of the second frame member.

Abstract: Apparatus for connecting shelving and other hanging components (hanging baskets, boxes, prongs and display holders) to a backing board. The shelves have a pre-fitted protruding aluminium extrusion piece that fits into and locks into a dovetail piece that is pre-installed into a pre-cut triangle groove in the backboard. The backing board has a number of pre-cut grooves (to suit customer requirements) running the length of the board that are filled with the dovetail extrusions. The shelves can be removed without tools, can take significant weight and cannot be accidently dislodged.

Abstract: A clip-on side panel for attachment to a wire side guide of a product display tray. Many product display trays have width-adjustable wire guides at each side to confine the products into a front-to-back column. Many soft products, however, such as bagged products, can project through the open areas of the wire guides and cause problems. Trays are available with flat metal sides, but at a greater cost. The side panel attachment is an inexpensive, extruded, flat panel with an integral clip extending lengthwise at the level of the horizontal guide wire. The panel has openings at the base for engaging vertical end portions of the guide wire. The panels can be very quickly and easily installed on the guide wires of a tray for more effective confinement of soft products. The panels can just as easily be removed for other products, such as boxes, to provide greater visibility.

Abstract: Present embodiments relate to a shelf system for an appliance which has a lock device that may be easily retrofitted to render the shelves locked in position rather than removable and/or adjustable. The lock system inhibits rotation of the shelf in a direction normally required for removal of the shelf and movement thereof. The lock may be formed integrally or may be formed separately of the shelf support or bracket and may be connected to the bracket once the shelf is in a desired position in order to lock the shelf in place.

The storage system includes a first storage rack that has a first plurality of columns and a first platform extending from one of the first plurality of columns. An outer edge of the first platform forms an end of the first storage rack. Positioned adjacent to the first storage rack is a second storage rack with a second plurality of columns and a second platform that extends from one of the second plurality of columns, where an outer edge of the second platform forms an end of the second storage rack. An aisle is formed by a predetermined distance between the outer edges of the first and second platforms.

Abstract: A motor control center (MCC) includes a cabinet, a bus located within the cabinet, a partition vertically partitioning the inside of the cabinet, and an MCC unit located on the partition and including a clip connected to the bus, a first guide located on a lower surface of the MCC unit and having a protrusion part, and a second guide located on an upper surface of the partition and slidably guiding the first guide in a forward/backward direction, wherein the second guide has rise limiting parts limiting rise of the protrusion part in order to limit rise of the first guide, and thus, separation of the MCC unit is minimized, and since the MCC unit is mounted in a normal position, high reliability is obtained.

Each of a plurality of modular components includes an abutment surface and a supporting flange extending from the abutment surface at a predetermined angle, the predetermined angle of the supporting flange being substantially similar to a recess angle define by the angular recess, wherein each modular component is configured to be removably engaged with any one of the plurality of modular attachment slots by inserting the supporting flange into a corresponding angular recess of the one of the plurality of modular attachment slots such that the abutment surface is substantially flush with an interior surface of the inner liner.

A multi-level rear storage system is located in the rear storage volume. The showcase causes the articles to be visually recognized through a customer serving face. Each of the brackets includes locking pieces that are provided with respective notches at lower ends of predetermined areas. The showcase is supported by each of the shelf columns by causing the locking pieces to be inserted into corresponding inner face locking holes formed on an inner face of each of the shelf columns and causing lower edges of the inner face locking holes to relatively enter the notches, to cause the locking pieces to be locked to the inner face locking holes.

Abstract: A container (1) for transportation and/or storage of items is provided with under-slung lifting formations (8, 9) for aiding lifting of the container, rotatable support members (10, 11) upon which the container may be moved, and/or means (17) for securing like containers positioned in side by side relationship to be releasably secured to one another. The invention enables securing together containers in side by side relationship and moving/lifting the containers together between picking or loading locations. Following loading of the containers with at least some material at the distributed picking/loading locations, the containers may be disengaged and separated for onward transportation in separation.

Abstract: Various embodiments of a prosthetics stand having a base with a post that extends upwardly from the base and a holder component coupled to the post and having a pair of holders configured to secure and store one or more lower-extremity prosthetics are disclosed. The pair of holders each defines a circular portion that forms an opening slot configured to allow a lower-extremity prosthetic pass through and be retained within the confines of each respective holder. The prosthetic stand includes a plurality of wheels that allow the prosthetic stand to be mobile and a securing means operable to allow the prosthetics stand to be attached to a structural element, such as a bed or bathtub, to prevent inadvertent movement of the holder component. In some embodiments, the base may have an angled portion that allows the lower-extremity prosthetic to be attached and reattached to an individual in a more natural and convenient manner.

Abstract: A system is provided for maintaining a minimum separation between a first pallet positioned on a first rack and a second pallet positioned on a second rack. The system comprises a double back stop that includes a first back stop attached to the first rack to prevent lateral movement of the first pallet beyond the first back stop. The double back stop also includes a second back stop attached to the second rack to prevent lateral movement of the second pallet beyond the second back stop. A minimum distance is maintained between the first and second backstops such that the minimum separation is maintained. The double back stop also includes a middle section to connect the first back stop to the second back stop. Methods are also provided for forming the double back stop and for maintaining the minimum separation between the first pallet and the second pallet.

Abstract: A storage member vertical adjustment mechanism for an appliance includes a concealed vertical track system that is positioned within an appliance cabinet. The vertical track system includes a retaining member and a concealing flange that extends parallel with and conceals the retaining member with an adjustment region defined therebetween. A storage member has an engagement structure that cooperatively engages the adjustment region. The engagement structure includes a laterally-extending vertical flange that engages the concealing flange and the retaining member in a vertical adjustment state and alternatively engages the retaining member in the vertically secured positions. The retaining member and the concealing flange laterally support the laterally-extending vertical flange within the adjustment region such that the engagement structure of the storage member is selectively inserted and removed from the adjustment region through one of the top and bottom receiving apertures of the adjustment region.

The lower bracket has an abutment support surface distal to the structure. A pair of inserter units attach to opposite sides of the shelf, each having an insertion leg and an abutment support. The insertion leg inserts into the recess of a corresponding receiver when the abutment support rests on the abutment surface. The weight of the shelf pulls the abutment support into engagement with the abutment surface and pushes the insertion leg into engagement with the recess, holding the shelf horizontally.

Abstract: A shelving unit includes a wire shelf having multiple wire members arranged to form a platform, at least one bracket configured to releasably couple to wire members of the wire shelf, and a rod coupled to the bracket. The bracket includes a hook-shaped end portion and an elbow portion. The hook-shaped end portion of the bracket defines a channel that opens toward the elbow portion for receiving a first one of the wire members, and the elbow portion of the bracket defines a bend for receiving a second one of the wire members to thereby releasably couple (e.g., snap fit, etc.) the bracket to the wire shelf. The shelving unit may also include a stop for inhibiting movement of hangers along the rod and past the stop, and/or a connector for coupling the shelving unit to a rod of another shelving unit for allowing movement of hangers between the rods.

The handle includes a third locking element that engages the first locking element. The handle is movable between a first position in which the second locking element engages the flange and the container is fixed relative to the guide member and a second position in which the second locking element is spaced apart from the flange and the container can translate relative to the guide member.

Abstract: A retrofitting system for shelves includes shelf rack inserts rack inserts each having a product slide plate with rectangular raised edges on a front and on a rear. The raised edge on the front includes a snapped-on U-rail having openings and the raised edge on the rear includes rectangular cutouts disposed opposite from the openings. At least one separating bracket has a front side and a rear side with two parallel and joined cross-bars extending between the front side and the rear side. The front side includes a horizontal pin and the rear side includes an insertion plate that is installed perpendicularly such that the separating bracket is configured to be locked in place at a lateral distance in the product slide plate by the insertion plate being inserted into a corresponding one of the cutouts and the pin being horizontally inserted into a corresponding one of the openings.

The guide portion has a bottom, a top, a deformable first wall, a deformable second wall and a third wall forming a plurality of segments, and is configured to receive fiber optic cables of different sizes by different ones of the plurality of segments. The attachment feature removably attaches the guide portion to the shelf. The attachment feature has a first tab forming a first notch with the guide portion, and a second tab forming a second notch with the guide portion. The keyed receiver is located in the shelf and has a lip extending partially around an interior edge. The lip is received in at least one of the first notch and the second notch and friction fit between at least one of the first tab and the second tab and the guide portion.

Abstract: A system for storing unfolded garments, such as shirts and sweaters, on multiple shelves. The shelves may be curved from side to side and raised in the middle. The shelves may be placed at intermittent variable points along a vertical support member which attaches to a wall or to a base. The multiple shelves attach to brackets which extend from the vertical support member at vertically spaced points along the length of the vertical support member. The system permits the shelves to slide out from the vertical support member for convenient access.
