Abstract: A drying rack includes a base slab and elongated members having a first end and a second end. The second end is bifurcated with a first branch and a second branch. The elongated members have a stored position, with a second end of each of the elongated members inserted into a slot in the base slab with the first branch engaging a first face of the base slab, the second branch engaging a second face of the base slab and the first end of each elongated member maintained in the slot by friction. The elongated members have an operative position, with the elongated members arranged in an upright orientation relative to first face of the base slab. When the elongated members are inserted into openings in the base slab, the bifurcated second end is too large to pass through the openings.

Abstract: The application provides a folding mechanism. The folding mechanism comprises a fixing rod, a connecting seat and a U-shaped clamping piece which fixes the fixing rod and the connecting seat, wherein a pull rod which realizes rebound by a spring is arranged in the fixing rod, the pull rod penetrates through the fixing rod and is fixed with a handle, opposite strip pin holes and horizontal pin holes are arranged on the fixing rod and the U-shaped clamping piece, vertical pin holes are arranged on the U-shaped clamping piece at the same time as the horizontal pin holes, and arc-shaped through grooves are connected between the horizontal pin holes and the vertical pin holes.

Abstract: A shoe tree comprises a vertical trunk member with a handle. Multiple horizontal branches are spaced along a span of the trunk, in various possible configurations. The horizontal branch has a rigid portion that extends in a generally perpendicular manner from the vertical trunk member. The handle allows the shoe tree to be easily slid under, and retrieved from under, a bed. The horizontal branch also has a rotatable portion on each end that extends from an end of the horizontal branch on one end and is connected by a living hinge. In operation, a shoe bag slides onto the rotatable portion and is then locked into place. When locked into place, the overall space consumed by the shoe tree is much smaller.

Abstract: There is provided a collapsible drying rack for easy packing and transport. The drying rack in configurable between a non-operative compacted configuration to an operative deployed configuration where a plurality of arms extends outwardly of the body for drying operation. Reversible conversion of the rack from the non-operative configuration to the operative configuration is performed by actuation of a triggering assembly. Once deployed, each arm may be used for hanging wet items such as clothes or sport's equipment. The drying rack may be anchored to various types of support via a retainer assembly including one or more elements for clipping and/or hanging the drying rack to the support.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a utility caddy which provides a stable, portable, and vertically adjustable work-surface and tool/material organization platform for permitting requisite tools and materials to be held in an organized and readily accessible manner, at any height, in any of a myriad of applications such as painting or installing drywall. The utility caddy comprises a base, a longitudinally adjustable support member, and a receptacle which, in the preferred embodiment, contains a plurality of slots for holding variously dimensioned tools and containers for materials.

Abstract: Provided herein are disclosures relating to systems and methods of detangling jewelry. The jewelry detangling system may include a body, the body further including a cavity and a plurality of arms located in a cavity of the body and operably coupled therein. The plurality of arms further include corresponding beds dimensioned to receive jewelry pieces thereon during the detangling process. A magnifier including a frame and a lens may be coupled to the body of the jewelry detangler and rotatable about a hinge thereon about a plurality of positions.

Abstract: A modular home beer brewing stand includes: a base having a center post and three or more adjustable legs, a first leg fixedly attached to the center post with holes, a second leg attached via a first hinge to the first leg and attached via a second hinge to a third leg; a leg pin to secure the legs into a fixed open position surrounding the center post; and modules each having an integrally attached support post with a female end and a male end and each end having matching holes, wherein the male end of a first selected module is inserted into the center post, holes are aligned and a first extension pin is placed through the holes to form a first tier of the stand located vertically above a ground level.

Abstract: A hanging system for displaying, storing, and protecting handbags. The hanging system comprises a curved holder, a mounting system, and protective cover. The system ensures handbags are protected and maintain their original integrity by providing for adequate aeration, proper positioning, and protection from dust and light. The channels on the holder may hold the handles of the cover in place. The holder may have aeration holes to prevent mold growth and moisture buildup on the stored handbag. In mounting the holder a spacer ensures the bags hang without interference from the environment. The hanging system may be mounted to various substrates in a variety of configurations compatible with horizontal and vertical orientation based on user preference.

Abstract: A compactable wall mounted storage assembly is provided for organizing and storing items in a position elevated off of a floor surface. The assembly includes a mounting plate configured for being coupled to a support surface. A plurality of arms is pivotally coupled to the mounting plate. Each arm is pivotable into a retracted position parallel to the mounting plate and further pivotable to extend outwardly from the mounting plate. A plurality of clips is provided with each clip being coupled to an associated one of the arms proximate a distal end of the associated arm relative to the mounting plate.

Abstract: A mast mount system for mounting accessories on a mobile elevated pole or mast comprising a pole mount assembly including a mounting collar comprising a pair of hingedly coupled pole mounting clamp members to secure the mounting collar to the elevated pole or mast and an accessory mount assembly coupled to the pole mount assembly by an intermediate coupler, the assembly mount assembly comprises an accessory attachment arm having a proximal end portion and a distal end portion pivotally mounted to the intermediate coupler at the proximal end thereof and an accessory support member pivotally mounted to the distal end thereof to support the accessory thereon such that the accessory is positioned relative to the elevated pole or mast without the use of a tool.

The tine holder moving portion changes a position of the tine holder with respect to the rack frame. The movable rack moving portion changes a position of the movable rack with respect to the rack frame.

Abstract: A fastener includes a body member including a receiving portion longitudinally formed therein, two clamping portions transversely extending from the receiving portion and two through-holes in the clamping portions, respectively. A joint member, coupled to the two clamping portions of the body member in a pivotal manner, includes a cam portion defined on the distal portion of a second end of the joint member and includes a fixed hole provided through the second end transversely and corresponding to the through-holes. The joint member is moveable between an unfolding position and a folding position. The cam portion restricts a pivot angle of the joint member in the unfolding position. A fixing member is installed onto the clamping portions opposite to the joint member, with the fixing member selectively inserted into the through-holes and the fixed hole for fixing the joint member with respect to a support.

Abstract: An umbrella-like laundry dryer includes a central upright tube and a clothes-line-carrying framework, which can be unfolded by an actuating device and has supporting arms connected movably to an upper end section of the upright tube and clothes-line carrying arms connected for articulation to lower ends of the supporting arms and linked to a lower sleeve to be displaced along the upright tube. The actuating device has a hoisting line anchored to the upper end section of the upright tube, running downward parallel to the upright tube and deflected away at the lower sleeve from the upright tube. The hoisting line is coupled to an opening lever linked to a clothes-line carrying arm above the lower sleeve for pivoting from a downwardly pointing, lower position into an upwardly pointing, upper position, to unfold the carrying framework.

Abstract: A support system for the mounting/suspension/elevation of a commercial projector is disclosed. The projector support grasps the projector to be mounted at one of its surfaces (typically, the bottom surface) through the use of two support arms. The support arms are affixed to the projector surface though mounting screws or other equivalent fastening mechanisms. The support arms each feature an adjustment slot which runs substantially the entire length of the arms. The presence of the two slotted arms allows for a countless array of scissoring arrangements for the support arms. This allows for interconnection with/mounting of the vast majority of commercial projectors (which invariably feature differing constellations of mounting holes). The projector support also employs a primary mount to facilitate swiveling/positioning of the projector so that the unit is effectually oriented for projection.

Abstract: A swing-arm rack for storing and/or displaying hanging articles, the rack comprises a swing-arm that is pivotally attached by its upper terminus to a vertical support such that the swing-arm hangs substantially vertically in a folded configuration. The fixed terminus of a drop arm is pivotally attached to the lower end of the swing-arm. A flexible restraint is connected to the free end of the drop-arm. The opposing end of the flexible restraint passes through an aperture in the swing-arm and is secured against the outward surface of the swing-arm by a keeper. In a deployed configuration of the swing-arm rack, the drop arm is oriented substantially horizontally with its free end abutting the vertical support, thereby locking the bottom of the swing-arm away from the vertical support so that the hanging articles are more easily accessed. In a folded configuration of the swing-arm rack, the free end of the drop-arm is juxtaposed against the inward surface of the upper end of the swing-arm.

Abstract: A mounted storage device includes a mount for mounting the device on a vertical surface. A load arm is supported on the mount and structured to support an object thereon. The load arm is movable between a load position for loading the object on the load arm and a store position for storing the supported object. The storage device also includes a force device connected between the mount and the load arm that urges the load arm in a direction from the load position to the store position. The storage device further includes a resistance damper connected between the mount and the load arm that resists movement of the load arm in both directions between the load position and the store position. The resistance damper includes a plurality of damper members that creates the resistance by at least one of friction and compression tension between the damper members.

Abstract: A hanging apparatus includes a body containing a rotating hanging member that may be recessed inside the body when not being used and easily rotated out from the body at an angle when needed to hang an item. The use of a hanging member that can be recessed provides for a hanging system that is more compact for storage and packaging, and less unsightly when not being used to hang an item. The hanging apparatus may be temporarily secured to an object, such as a tree trunk when used outdoors, with a belt that passes through a channel in the body. Alternatively, the hanging apparatus may be attached to an object or structure through use of conventional attachment means such as a screw, nail, or adhesive. The hanging apparatus may also be built directly into a structure such as a wall.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a movable rack to which bicycles can be easily attached and raised up, off the floor, for storage or display purposes. Since movement of the rack lever is accomplished by a hand crank, battery power, or electricity, a child or small adult can use the invention to store or retrieve his/her bicycle.

The rack may be mounted as a fixture, particularly in a kitchen. A method of drying pasta includes providing a supply of raw pasta noodles, the supply being a plurality of the noodles generally parallel one to another; inserting a pasta rack dowel under the noodle supply; lifting the noodle supply with the dowel, and securing the same by a dowel retaining feature on a service member of a pasta drying rack.

Abstract: A standing closet device which comprises a stanchion. A structure placed upon a floor in a corner of a wall in a room of a building, is for supporting the stanchion in an upright position adjacent the corner of the wall. The supporting structure preferably includes a pair of elongated feet horizontally connected together at a right angle to form a corner, with a crossbar extending between facing sides of the feet. Alternatively, the elongated feet can be hinged to the stanchion so that they can swing up for storage into notched out vertical areas at a bottom end of the stanchion. A plurality of arms extend horizontally at a right angle at various heights from the stanchion, so that various articles, such as clothing and linen can be hung upon the arms.

Abstract: A microphone stand assembly incorporating an adjustable height and angle microphone support column to be securely oriented in a plurality of positions is provided. In the preferred embodiment the column accommodates six microphones. This arrangement permits performers to utilize a single microphone stand with six microphones at different heights for simultaneous voice and musical instrument amplification. In addition, the invention provides a means for adjustably retaining a set of microphones in a preselected position, usable in a horizontal position, vertical position or in any other angle, allowing for a change in the position of a microphone support column and for accommodation of more than one microphone housing slot mounted on a single microphone support stand assembly. The result is an apparatus, relatively inexpensive and compact, with possibility of use by people of different heights without adjusting the stand or the microphone.

Abstract: The lowerable clothes-hanger supporting device for wardrobes comprises a plate fixable to a wardrobe side panel, and a disk-like element provided with an arm having an end connected to a rail for supporting clothes hangers. The disk-like element is mounted on the plate so that it can oscillate in a plane between two positions in which the rail is respectively raised and lowered. A first elastic member is placed around the disk-like element to return it to the position in which the rail is raised. A second elastic member is applied eccentrically with respect to the disk-like element, so as to apply thereon a moment in the same or opposite direction with respect to the moment applied by the first elastic member around the positions that respectively correspond to the lifting and lowering of the rail. An actuation rod is connected to the disk-like element for lowering and lifting the rail.

Abstract: A pasta making accessory includes a base for placement upon a table or counter top, an elongated hollow tubular post supported at a bottom end on the base and extending upright therefrom to a top open end, the tubular post an interior storage cavity extending between the bottom and top ends, and elongated pasta drying sticks adapted to be removably placed and stored during non-use in a closely packed relationship with one another in the elongated interior cavity of the tubular post. The tubular post has a plurality of pairs of holes defined about an upper portion of the tubular post for removably mounting therethrough at inner ends the plurality of pasta drying sticks. The drying sticks extend outwardly from and about the tubular post in a radial and helical path so as to provide sufficient space between the drying sticks to facilitate draping of freshly extruded pasta strips thereover for proper drying thereof.

Abstract: A rack structure mounted to a vehicular hitch socket is provided to include a first support tube received within the hitch socket, with a second support tube pivotally mounted in a selective latching arrangement relative to the first support tube, with a third support tube fixedly and orthogonally mounted to the second support tube containing a plurality of hook legs thereon for engaging a bicycle frame for support of the bicycle relative to the rack apparatus.

Abstract: A storage device has hangers for individual articles such as garments spaced along a beam which is movable between a first position in which the hangers are generally in a vertical array and a second position in which they are in horizontal array. The device is adapted to be installed in a closet, where the beam can be projected to the outside of the closet and then rotated to its second position. In a variant, the device is part of a mobile clothes' horse.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for supplying extra-long lengths of continuous metal strip material to metal processing and/or manufacturing equipment. The device has a central member adapted to receive a plurality of coils of strip material and free to rotate about its longitudinal axis and a plurality of retractable spacing elements for separating adjacent coils of material without interfering with the material feed operation. To insure a supply of material sufficient to enable operation of the equipment for long periods of time, the coils stacked on the central member are interconnected.

Abstract: A paper roll dispenser which permits easy roll replacement while presenting a decorative appearance is provided for dispensing a roll of paper such as toilet tissue, paper towels or the like. The roll dispenser comprises a bracket having two generally parallel elongated support arms extending therefrom in a direction generally perpendicular to a front face of the bracket such that each support arm is free to rotate about its arm axis. When the paper roll dispenser is in an operative position, a spindle having one end attached to one of the support arms rotatably supports the roll of paper between the support arms. The roll is replaced by rotating the one support arm about its arm axis and thereby moving the spindle into a position wherein it projects generally away from the other support arm whereupon a roll supported by the spindle can be replaced.

Abstract: An improved hanger includes a hanger rail connected to mounting brackets by pivotable arms. A pull-down bar is pivotably connected to the hanger rail for pivoting the arms to thereby lower the hanger rail to an access position. Compression means in combination with limit stops maintain the hanger rail in a lower access position and also bias the hanger rail to an upper storage position.

Abstract: A rack for hanging clothes includes a double tubed slotted storage container which can be attached to the side of a clothes dryer or washing machine or to a laundry room wall. The container contains a telescoping support rod and a clothes hanging bar attached to the telescoping support rod. The rod may be telescoped from the container and locked in position and a clothes hanging bar pivoted to a horizontal position to hang clothes as they are taken from the clothes dryer and placed on the hangers.

Abstract: The hanger device includes a hanger connected to mounting brackets by pivotable arms. A handle is pivotably connected to the hanger device for pivoting the arms to thereby lower the hanger to an access position. Spring means maintains the hanger in its lower access position and also biases the hanger to its upper storage position.

Abstract: A foldable support, adapted to be mounted on a vertical wall, includes an elongated vertical housing, and an arm having an end portion pivotally mounted on a lower portion of the housing and adapted to be selectively moved between a raised position at which the arm is concealed within the housing, and a lowered position at which the arm projects horizontally outwardly therefrom. The housing has a channel-shaped transverse cross-section formed by a pair of transversely-spaced vertical flanges separated by an intermediate vertical web. The pivoted end portion of the arm has a U-shaped cross-section provided with a pair of trunnions which are journalled in a pair of bearing openings provided in the housing. When the arm is moved to the lowered position, an object, such as a clothes hanger, may be hung therefrom.
