Abstract: A portable beach pole consists of a pole and a support base. The support base can be separated from the pole, and the pole itself can be separated into two or more pole pieces along its length, so that the support base and pole pieces can be easily transported from home to car to beach, in a bag. One or more of the pole pieces includes integral hooks from which wet beach towels, clothing and other items such as toys, food/beverage bags and beach bags may be hung. The pole pieces and support base can be quickly assembled into the beach pole, whereby the beach pole can be just as quickly disassembled. The support base provides a sturdy and secure structure for maintaining the beach pole vertical and in place.

Abstract: A high-stability 360-degree photo booth includes a supporting main shaft and a supporting base. The supporting base includes at least two supporting rods intersecting and connected with each other, or the supporting base includes a supporting ring and at least one supporting rod connected to the supporting ring. A plurality of anti-collision slots capable of engaging with the supporting rod is defined at a first end of the supporting main shaft. Abstract: A modular merchandise display which allows for the integrated display of greeting cards and other social expression products. The system provides flexibility in the set up and modification of the retail display over time by offering product modules having a variety of holding mechanisms for retaining and displaying a wide range of products. Each product module operates independently from all others such that adding/removing/rearranging a product module does not affect or disrupt the other product modules on the display.

Abstract: The IV pole clamp is a mechanical structure. The IV pole clamp is configured for use with an IV pole. The IV pole is a prism-shaped post structure used to elevate an IV bag. The IV bag is elevated such that a pharmacologically active media can be gravity fed into the patient. The IV pole clamp attaches the IV pole to a mounting surface such as a counter. The IV pole clamp is a rotating structure such that the cant between the center axis of the IV pole and the force of gravity is adjustable. The IV pole clamp comprises a pedestal structure, a stanchion, and a clamp structure. The pedestal structure and the clamp structure attach to the stanchion. The pedestal structure attaches the stanchion to the mounting surface. The clamp structure attaches the IV pole to the stanchion.

Abstract: A support stand for hanging articles is disclosed herein. The support stand comprises an elongated tube having a threaded portion. The support stand further comprises a first post mounted to the elongated tube having first arms mounted diagonally to the first post. The support stand additionally comprises a second post insertable in the first post having post extensions mounted perpendicularly to the second post and second arms mounted diagonally to the second post. The support stand further comprises a third post insertable in the second post having hook members mounted perpendicularly to the third post, and third arms mounted diagonally to the third post. The elongated tube is inserted in a sand environment. Articles are made to hold at one of the first arms, the post extensions, the second arms, the hook members and the third arms.

Abstract: A device for assisting users with mild, moderate, and severe disability, Parkinson's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and persons healing from surgery to put on and take off clothes is disclosed. The device comprises a first telescopic pole and a second telescopic pole coupled to each other. The first telescopic pole comprises a handle at one end. The second telescopic pole comprises two hook members at one end. In operation, a user of the device couples the two hook members to a cloth and the handle is pulled up to put on the cloth.

Abstract: A stackable gear support stand may be provided. The stackable gear support stand may have an elongated central member, a bottom leg member, a top leg member, and a cross member. The bottom leg member, top leg member, and cross member may be stacked horizontally on a vertically oriented central member to form a working support stand. The bottom leg member, top leg member, and cross member may alternatively be stacked coaxially on the central member to form a collapsed storage and transportation orientation.

Abstract: An accessory mounting system comprises a vertically aligned bracket configured to mate with a top corner block and a bottom corner block disposed below the top corner block of a pre-configured shipping container. A shaft may mount to the vertically aligned bracket and may have a first section slidable into a second section. In some examples, an accessory may be coupled to the shaft. The accessory may be elevated above a top plane of the pre-configured shipping container when the first section is slid at least partially out of the second section and the accessory mounting system is in an extended position. The accessory may be disposed next to the pre-configured shipping container when the first section is slid at least partially into the second section and the accessory mounting system is in a retracted position.

Abstract: A synchronous actuator comprises a telescopic cylinder assembly having at least three pivotally connected cylinders, a drive assembly and a driven assembly. The drive assembly is connected to two adjacent cylinders. The driven assembly is connected to three adjacent cylinders. With the drive assembly and the driven assembly, the cylinders of the telescopic cylinder assembly can be extended or retracted synchronously in axial direction.

Abstract: A holding apparatus includes an anchor plate including upper and lower sections and a core member sandwiched medially of the upper and lower sections. A bore passes through the upper and lower sections and the core member. A plurality of elongated support legs are connected to the anchor plate and are adaptable along opposing radial paths. An elongated support rod is included for axially receiving and supporting the filter. The support rod is engageable with the anchor plate such that the support rod becomes aligned along a vertical plane while extending away from the anchor plate. The apparatus further includes a locking wedge having an inverted conical shape and an elongated sleeve formed therein for attaching to the support rod. The locking wedge engages the filter such that the filter becomes positioned between the locking wedge and the anchor plate. The locking wedge includes threadably adjustable spherical gripping members.

Abstract: In one set of embodiments a pool cue case is equipped with a tripod type stand adapting the pool cue case to stand in an angled upright position on its own without the need to lean against a wall or table and provide improved visibility so as not be trampled by pool players and guests. The pool cue case includes a pool cue rest where the pool cue can be placed between turns. The pool cue rest shelters the pool cue against the case while the cue is not in play while also placing the pool cue at a convenient elevation so as to be readily retrieved by a standing pool player. In another set of embodiments a musical instrument case is equipped with a tripod stand and an instrument rest for instruments such as the flute, violin, varieties of horns, as well as other instruments in a manner similar to the pool cue case discussed above.

Abstract: An apparatus for supporting medical fluids for delivery to a patient during surgery, in particular for fluids for intravenous delivery to the patient, is provided. The apparatus comprises a clamp for removably securing the apparatus to an object, such as a surgical table or bed, to allow the object to support the apparatus, the object being immovable relative to the patient to which the fluids are to be delivered. An arm is provided extending from the clamp. A support is connected to the arm remote from the clamp, the support being adapted to retain a receptacle containing medical fluids. In one embodiment, the arm is movable longitudinally with respect to the clamp, thereby allowing the position of the support with respect to the clamp to be adjusted. In a second embodiment, the arm is rotatable about the clamp such that the fluid receptacle support may be moved within a plane containing the longitudinal axis of the arm.

Abstract: A speaker rack for use with spas including a first and second member with the second member comprising generally extending members. The first member is coupled to the generally extending members of the second member. This first member allows for support, helps an individual move the speaker rack into different positions easily and acts as a place to hang towels, clothing and the like. Multi-position detents attach to the second member and allow for the speaker rack to be placed in an extreme upward position, an extreme downward position and positions in between. Speakers that can be swivel and pivotally mounted attach to speaker attachment means on the generally extending members of the second member and speaker wiring may run through an aperture in the second member and attach to an output device allowing for entertainment while in or around the spa.

Abstract: An adjustable clothes rack for a vehicle including a length-adjustable support rod having a first sleeve and a second sleeve telescopically received in the first sleeve and movable along the rod axis for adjusting the length of the rod. A pair of leg assemblies are coupled to opposed ends of the support rod. The leg assemblies include length-adjustable legs for supporting the rod a selected distance above a support surface. The legs of each leg assembly can be individually rotated about the rod axis so that the legs define a selected angle with respect to each other for providing an adjustable width dimension for the rack. Each leg assembly can also be rotated about an axis normal to the rod axis for selective movement of a leg assembly between a functional configuration and storage configuration.

Abstract: A portable pool cue holder comprises a hollow cylindrical member and a retractable support assembly which comprises a plurality of legs that are biased open by compression springs and hinged to an assembly head; a collar that is inserted over one end of the hollow member having slots which guide the legs' extension; an inner retaining plate for limiting the extension of the support assembly and an annular member which engages a ledge above the foot of each leg and prevents the longitudinal movement of the support assembly out of the opened end of the cylindrical member. At the collared end of the cylindrical member, a cap is pivotally attached to the end of the collar for closing one end of the holder and prohibiting extension of the support assembly when the holder is not in use.

Abstract: An apparatus for installing table skirts to the perimeter of a banquet table having a fastener with an adhesive pile material substantially similar to an adhesive pile material on a top underside of the table skirt. The table skirt is wound in an upward direction on a hanging device having strips of adhesive pile material substantially similar to both the adhesive pile material of the fastener and of the table skirt. Once the table skirt is hung on the hanging device, the device is placed on a swivel hook attached to a rod mounted on a moveable rack in a manner so that the hook turns as the table skirt is unwound from the hanging device and the adhesive pile material of the table skirt and fasteners are pressed together as an installer moves around the perimeter of the table. To disassemble the table skirt from the table, the procedure is reversed by choosing a free end of the table skirt and pulling it apart from the adhesive material of the fastener and attaching it to the hanging device.

A connecting bar extends between the oblique bars to support baby toys. The elevation of the connecting bar above the base is adjustable by pivoting the oblique bars relative to the base.

Abstract: An upper U-shaped slide member and a lower U-shaped slide member are slidably coupled to form a generally rectangular framework. For storage, the upper and lower slide members are moved toward each other to reduce the size of the generally rectangular framework. A U-shaped rotating support member is pivotally coupled to said U-shaped slide members. Linkages couple the rotating support member to the lower U-shaped slide member and cause the rotating support member to rotate to a storage position when the lower slide member is slidingly moved with respect to the upper slide member. The linkages also move the rotating support member to a supporting position when the lower slide member is itself extended to a supporting position. Wheels coupled to the rotating support member and/or the lower slide member provide ease of movement of the frame. Extending the upper slide member provides a handle whereby the frame may be maneuvered readily.
