Abstract: A window shelf with a first hollow long rectangular box member and a second hollow long rectangular box member having one open end. The open end of the second box member slides over the first box member. A ratchet rail is located within the first box member and engages a pawl mechanism located within the second box member. A rubber end cap located at the end of the first box member and a pair of threaded rubber end caps at the end of the second box member are all situated so that when the first box member is slid outward from the second box member the pawl engages the ratchet rail and prevents the first box member from sliding inward and the threaded extension caps are turned until the window shelf is frictionally engaged with the inside frame walls of a window.

Abstract: A collapsible transport cart includes a bottom wall with a planar top surface, and a plurality of apertures formed in opposed corners thereof. First and second axially opposed walls are attached to the bottom wall, and third and fourth walls are attached to opposed longitudinal edges thereof. A plurality of brackets is removably mated with top edges of the walls such that a rectangular cavity is defined within an interior perimeter thereof. A plurality of shelves and caster assemblies is adjustably mated to the bottom wall. A mechanism adjustably and removably supports the shelves within the cavity such that the shelves remain statically nested within the cavity when the walls are biased to a horizontal and open position.

Abstract: The present invention is a support apparatus or side table that includes an insert portion retractably connected to a shelf portion. The insert portion being removably engaged with an object to provide support to the shelf portion for resting items thereon. The insert portion includes a retractable mechanism to facilitate nesting of the insert portion within the shelf portion. In operation, the insert portion is removably engaged with the object to facilitate resting of objects on or within the shelf portion.

Abstract: A blank for a rack with at least one shelf designed as a starting plate with at least one bending region in the form a number of segments and openings. The starting plate comprises a number of elements which each have a side extending along a bending region while the other sides of the element are free whereby the rack is quickly and easily formed by bending these elements about their bending regions. The rack is strong and durable and has a long lifetime.

Abstract: A connector is provided for securing two members together. The connector includes an opening formed in one member and a tab extending from the other member. Either the opening or the tab is tapered for frictional engagement with the other when the members are joined.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the present invention disclose a shelving system having one or more support posts with a plurality of shelf connectors connected to the side of the support post. The connectors can be rigidly secured to the posts and/or can extend through the post and have a portion protruding from both lateral sides of the post. One or more shelves can attach to one or more of the shelf connectors at a variety of heights and extend in a variety of directions with respect tot the support post. These shelves can have a plurality of fingers for connection with laterally-extending support pins mounted to the support posts. Some embodiments also employ shelf brackets having bearing surfaces to distribute load from the shelves tot the vertical support posts.

Abstract: A portable, lightweight, collapsible pet shelf for the attachment above a windowsill, to attach on a window or other smooth surface, generally comprised of a square or rectangular frame open in the middle to accept a soft fabric-like material suitable for a pet such as a domestic cat. The middle fabric is suitable for the animal to rest, view or sleep. The shelf is generally to be above ground level, often placed on or near a window for the pets viewing pleasure. The use of suction cups attached to the frame as well as on the ends of the front support cables or support arms, which attach to a surface above the shelf, to create a level shelf for the pet.

Abstract: A display rack has a longitudinal axis, and includes vertically stacked and coextensive grid members that are removably connectable. Each grid member has a pair of oppositely spaced arms equidistantly spaced from and parallel to the axis and further includes a mesh patterned central body that spans across a distance between the arms. A mechanism is included for supporting the grid members at both a vertically stacked position and a vertically non-stacked position. The grid member supporting mechanism is completely detachable from the grid members and is independently transportable therewith. The arms are connected to each other when the grid members are stacked and are disconnected when the grid members are not stacked. Selected arms have male and female portions. The male portions are telescopically conjoined with the female portions when the grid members are stacked.

Abstract: A shelving system supporting consumer products includes a base structure, a plurality of vertical support members, side cross-members, and a mobile support shelf. The base structure includes two side base members and a front base member attached to each side base member to define a substantially U-shaped enclosure. Each vertical support member includes a base end and a top end and each support member is attached to the base structure at the base end. Each side cross-member is coupled between two vertical support members. The mobile support shelf includes a shelf frame adapted to fit within the U-shaped enclosure. The shelf frame includes wheels coupled to the shelf frame and a latch pin adapted to engage a slot in a proximate side base member as the shelf frame is inserted into the U-shaped enclosure. The mobile support shelf includes a shelf pivotally coupled to a topside of the shelf frame.

Abstract: An apparatus is described for assembling a shelving unit consisting of a frame and a plurality of detachable shelves supported by the frame. The apparatus comprises a supply section for supplying a shelf, a testing section for inspecting the supplied shelf, a positioning section for gripping an approved shelf and subsequently mounting the shelf in the frame, and a control unit for controlling the apparatus. It is used in particular for carts for the transport of plants.

To assemble the display, the panels are folded so that the back panel, the side panels, and the front panels surround an interior space, and the cover panel overlaps the first side panels. Latches are provided to retain the cover panel on the first side panels. Each shelf is folded to extend into the interior space, where it is supported by ledges on the second side panel and held in place by tabs which snap into slots. The shelves have tongues which extend forward of the front panels.

Abstract: A wheelbarrow rack is disclosed generally comprising first and second rack stands, first and second upright posts connected to the first and the second rack stands respectively, multiple wheelbarrow support braces pivotally attached between the upright posts, and multiple stopper ledges attached to upright posts below the wheelbarrow support braces. In some embodiment, the wheelbarrow rack includes a spare wheel holding assembly attached to the rack. The method for conserving space while displaying or storing wheelbarrows is provided. Also, a method is provided for easy removal of the unwanted rainwater from wheelbarrows collected while displaying or storing wheelbarrows outside.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a shelving apparatus generally includes a track and a standard. The track includes a support portion having an upper support surface and an extension extending generally outwardly from the support portion. The standard includes a back surface having an opening. When the support portion is within the opening, an upper surface of the opening contacts the upper support surface of the support portion, and the extension is engagingly received within a portion of the opening. This engagement of the extension within the portion of the opening can inhibit disengagement of the standard from the track.

Abstract: A dynamic showing rack mainly includes four main posts, each of which further includes a plurality of serially connected connecting posts, knuckles, and spindles. The knuckle has flat upper and lower sides, and a bearing mounted therein. The connecting post has two bevel end surfaces, and the spindle is extended through the bearing with two ends held in the bevel end surfaces of two connecting posts separately located at upper and lower sides of the knuckle, so that two connecting posts are obliquely extended from one knuckle in different directions. This storage surface assembly is well suited for use in many industrial and/or commercial applications, where storage shelves must bear heavy loads and maintain their structural integrity while complying with fire codes requiring some amount of open area along the surface of the shelf. Therefore, there is provided a storage surface assembly for use in a standard commercial racking assembly, the storage surface assembly comprising a pair of extension members, and a plurality of traverse members extending between the pair of extension members, wherein the traverse members can be attached to the extension members by various methods, based on the requirements dictated by a particular storage environment.

A front lower side of the frame body has two lower lateral rods; each lower lateral rod being disposed obliquely. Each lower supporting rod has a stud passing through the lower supporting rod. Each of two edges of the front end of the frame body has a buckling post. A front lower area of the two sides of the casing has an axial hole at a position with respect to the respective stud. The casing is ratatable so as to protrude out of the frame body. Two upper sides of the casing have buckles. As the casing protrudes out of the frame body, the buckles will buckle the buckling posts so that the casing will not leave from the frame body.

Abstract: A modular office cubicle system includes multiple vertical members each having lower ends designed to rest on a floor. Multiple horizontal members extend between the vertical members such that the vertical and horizontal members cooperate to form a skeletal work cubicle at least partially surrounding a work area. Structural connection fittings removably interconnect the horizontal members with the vertical members. Removable and replaceable polymerized sheathing surrounds at least some of the vertical members and some of the horizontal members. A generally planar work top may be supported by some of the members in a generally horizontal position.

Abstract: The present invention provides a furniture assembly that includes rods and connection members, and that can be fully assembled without using tools or additional hardware. In one embodiment, the rods include a threaded end and an unthreaded end, and the connection members include an interior member and an exterior member, where the interior member and exterior member may be separate or of unitary construction. The exterior member includes unthreaded apertures for receiving the rods and the interior member includes an unthreaded aperture and a threaded aperture, also for receiving the rods. The rods and connection members are interconnected and gradually tightened to provide a stable furniture frame. Multi-level framing and methods of assembly are also provided. In an alternate embodiment, a connector assembly is provided for securing a plurality of rods within a connector using a leg threaded into the connector obliquely to a plane occupied by the rods.

Abstract: An interlocking device for connecting a shelf, drawer or similar component with respect to a frame preferably includes a mateable support and receiver. The support includes a groove extending at least partially through the support and a support ramp positioned on the support. The receiver preferably includes a protruding head and a receiver ramp positioned on the protruding head, the receiver ramp lockably engageable with the support ramp within the support.

Abstract: A shelf for a rack is adapted to be secured between two vertical supports and is composed of a plate (22) having multiple securing holes (221) and various storage devices detachably mounted on the plate (22). The storage devices have multiple feet to mount in the securing holes (211) and fasten to the plate by attachment devices to use space between adjacent shelves efficiently, whereby the rack has excellent flexibility for holding objects.

A plug inserts into an aperture formed by the interconnecting hook portions to hold the upright members in place and secondarily to provide further support to the shelf.

A plurality of wire-rod product support-and-display accessories are removably supported between the attachment rods and span the at least two vertical side frames. A plurality of these racks may be disposed side-by-side to form a large flexible display structure.

Each shelf includes two clips, and each clip includes a lip element configured to fit over and to engage an upper surface of the crosspiece, and a spring element configured to snap-lock against a lower, opposed of the crosspiece. Abstract: In accordance with one aspect of the disclosure, a modular free-standing shelving system having a basket is disclosed. The system includes a plurality of risers having a first end and a second end and at least one shelf having a plurality of ends, a plurality of sides, and a plurality of sockets. The ends and sides of the shelf encompass an area including a plurality of walls and a recessed surface. The walls connect the recessed surface to the ends and sides, which comprises a majority of a surface area of the shelf.

Abstract: A combination display rack includes a plurality of rack units, and locating pins fitted into respective pin holes in the rack units to secure the rack units to one another, each rack unit including four rectangular sideboards and a bottom board, the sideboards having coupling slots for enabling the sideboards to be coupled to one another, two of the sideboards having a respective coupling groove for the mounting of the bottom board.

Abstract: The invention relates to shelving, in particular, shelving consisting of components which are assembled with securing elements. The invention contains a frame having a back wall, a pair of side walls, a top wall and a bottom wall attached to each other with a plurality of tabs and corresponding slots located on the back wall, side walls, top wall and bottom wall. The back wall, side walls, top wall and bottom wall are constructed of folded material which provides rounded edges that limit damage to material stored on the shelf. A securing bore is located on each of the tabs and is milled to a particular diameter corresponding to the type of material used to construct the shelf and the load supported. A plurality of safety bars are inserted through the securing bore located on each of the tabs. The safety bars prevent the removal of the tabs from the corresponding slots and help secure the shelf.
