Abstract: A variable angle panel mounting system can include at least one variable-angle panel mounting member, which in turn includes an elongate support member and an angularly-adjustable mounting plate adapted to secure an end of the elongate support member to a plurality of mounting surface angles. In some embodiments, the variable angle panel mounting system may also include a pressure-fit mounting system. These components can provide the ability to angularly and vertically adjust the variable-angle panel mounting member between opposing support surfaces.

Abstract: There is provided an adjustable display pallet and a method for manufacturing display pallets. In certain embodiments, display pallets have a pallet base, corner columns, and span members that are adapted to hold individual products or trays of product. Corner columns are adhered to the pallet base in the desired locations. Span members are then inserted through insertion portions on the corner columns. The insertion portions are shaped to receive and secure span member ends. Optional end caps, backer panels and print panels may be provided on the pallet displays to enhance visual aspects of the display, as well as provide additional marketing space.

Abstract: A shelving system including a pair of upright members, a plurality of cross-members extending between the upright members, and a plurality of shelves. Each shelf includes a plurality of first wire members defining a support surface, as well as at least two second wire members defining a support channel. Portions of the second wire members are upturned and define first and second engagement members. During assembly, each shelf is lowered onto a cross-member until the support channel engages the cross-member, whereupon the engagement members receive a respective upright member and thereby prevent rotation of the shelf about the cross-member.

Abstract: A storage system is provided including fixed and mobile frames disposed in modules forming the storage system. Each module also includes one or more mounting rails formed with engagement structures that can be utilized to attach storage bins and slat wall pegs, among other structures, to the rails in order to hold various items within the bins and rails in various configurations on the rails. The rails and other supporting structures such as shelves and work surfaces can also be secured to the frames, optionally in inclined configurations with respect to the frames. The frame structures and storage modules are readily conformable to accommodate different environments and uses for the storage system.

The free-standing base deck rests directly on the floor surface beneath the product display thus reclaiming the unused space beneath the original base deck. Abstract: A wine rack system for the easy assembly of a custom-fitted wine rack apparatus is described. The system comprises parts that enable the construction of the wine rack apparatus that is able to be easily assembled and custom-fitted into a variety of differently-sized home storage spaces and affixed to at least one storage space surface. Abstract: Shelving construction for customizing shelves used on interior walls of homes, offices or other buildings is described. Longitudinal members are first attached to a vertical interior wall for receiving shelf arms which are adjustably attached therealong. The longitudinal members are covered with a wood veneer and the shelf arms are then inserted into box-like wooden shelves which provide an all-wood appearance. The shelving construction can be easily modified by adding to the existing configuration. Each longitudinal member includes a series of grooves for receiving threaded plates which rotate for releasable engagement with the arms.

Abstract: An improved utility cart for use in auto body repair facilities. The cart includes an upright frame from which one or more shelf or basket members extend generally horizontally. Extensions on the spaced apart legs of the cart include at least two elongate upright posts which are spaced apart sufficiently to receive a thin auto body part such as a hood panel or windshield. Elongate support arms may be attached to the upright members of the frame by inserting tabs of the arms into slots in the upright members. The shelf and basket members are supported on a pair of side brackets which have tabs which are received in slots in the upright members. The legs may be adjusted from a parallel position to one which has the legs diverging. The legs are supported by casters mounted at the ends of the legs and at the ends of the leg extensions. A small parts drawer may be carried in a drawer support which can be suspended from either a shelf or a basket member.

Upper and lower crossbar supports include upright insertion blocks that are captured within the upright supports and horizontal connectors that extend through slots in the upright supports to connect two upright supports together to form an end unit. Shelf units are connected between two end units to create an assembled shelf. For a typical shelving unit, only eight bolts are needed to assemble each end unit and the shelf units attach to the end units with rivet-type quick disconnect fasteners that fit within teardrop shaped sockets in the upright supports. This results in a demountable shelf that can be assembled quickly and easily with only sixteen bolts per shelving unit.

Abstract: An apparatus is described for assembling a shelving unit consisting of a frame and a plurality of detachable shelves supported by the frame. The apparatus comprises a supply section for supplying a shelf, a testing section for inspecting the supplied shelf, a positioning section for gripping an approved shelf and subsequently mounting the shelf in the frame, and a control unit for controlling the apparatus. It is used in particular for carts for the transport of plants.

Abstract: A sectional combination rack is composed of a standing post, at least one shelf holder, and at least one shelf. The standing post includes a plurality of axially spaced annular grooves each horizontally formed around outer circumference of the standing post. The at least one shelf holder is composed of a plurality of mated halves combined together, each of which has a flange formed at an inner side thereof. Each of the flanges can be engaged into the corresponding annular groove. The mated halves are arranged along the annular pieces respectively, each having at least one fastening portion axially extending along the standing post. The shelf is mounted to the shelf holder, having a plurality of fastened portions. The fastened portions can be engaged into the fastening portions respectively.
