Abstract: A hitting and pitching training device is provided. The hitting and pitching training device includes a base stand. A vertical shaft extends upward from the base stand. A first horizontal bar extends laterally outward from the vertical shaft. A second horizontal bar extends laterally outward from the vertical shaft. The first horizontal bar is positioned at a greater vertical elevation than the second horizontal bar. The first horizontal bar and the second horizontal bar can be vertically adjusted along the length of the vertical shaft. The first horizontal bar and the second horizontal bar are rotatable around the vertical shaft. The first horizontal bar and the second horizontal bar define a strike zone in between.

Abstract: A storage assembly includes top and bottom walls, a pair of end walls extending between the top and bottom walls and cooperating with the top and bottom walls to define an interior space, and at least one end surface configured to closely interfit with at least one end surface of an adjacent storage assembly that is substantially similar to the storage assembly at a predefined angular orientation such that a longitudinal axis of the storage assembly is angularly offset from a longitudinal axis of the adjacent storage assembly when the at least one end surface of the storage assembly is interfit with the at least one surface of the adjacent storage assembly The storage assembly may also include a pair of interior walls and a handle relief extending into the top wall and/or a frame assembly located between one of the end walls and one of the interior walls.

Abstract: A channel insert may be inserted into and secured within a sign board. The channel insert may include a concave surface and a convex surface opposite the concave surface. When the channel insert is inserted into a panel of the sign board, the concave surface may engage an inner surface of a channel track of the panel, and the convex surface may engage a surface of the panel to secure the channel insert in the sign board.

Abstract: An assembly for display of a window covering having a display case and a window covering attached to a display board. The a display case adapted to reversibly hold a display board near the top of the display case through a magnetic bond between the display case and the display board. Mounting hardware for the window covering is engaged with the display board. The window covering is engaged with mounting hardware so that the window covering with the mounting hardware, and the display board may be removed from the display case such that a different mounting board with a different set of mounting hardware and a different window covering may be inserted in the display case to demonstrate the appearance and functionality of the window covering.

Abstract: A tablet-like device is configured to have a slightly negative buoyancy and to hold a sheet of waterproof synthetic paper, or another removable, waterproof recording sheet, onto which notes or messages or sketches can be recorded via a writing implement, in an underwater or marine environment, or another extreme or severe environment. Since the tablet device is configured for use of sheets of waterproof synthetic paper, divers can work with their own personal pre-printed material underwater. Further, the tablet device also has the advantages of cost savings and reduced environmental impact.

Abstract: A device according to the present invention provides for an improved display card holder assembly and methods of operation. Wherein the improved assembly provides for a sleeve, collar and holder in removable communication to increase stability and reduce vibration of the card holder assembly. The assembly providing for a first embodiment comprising a holder comprising a button mechanism and nodes, and a sleeve comprising tabs and extensions, for increased stability. The assembly providing for a second embodiment comprising a holder comprising a lever mechanism, and at least one of an over-mold and assembled sleeve/collar combination, for increased stability. The pilot zone and the front row of seats are accessible and the back row and cargo zone are inaccessible from an exterior of the body when the aft door is in the closed position and the forward door is in the open position. The back row and cargo zone are accessible and the pilot zone and the front row of seats are inaccessible from the exterior of the body when the aft door is in the open position and the forward door is in the closed position.

The at least one supply rack is constructed to support one or more columns of totes such that each column includes at least two totes. Each column of totes has a full state and a refill state. Abstract: The invention disclosed herein generally relates to an improved clamp assembly for attaching two or more objects, such as furniture, tables, desks, dividers or other panel elements together of variable thicknesses. The elements of the clamp assembly invention generally include a clamp body with a clamp stop and clamp spine, a cross-dowel, an actuating screw and a clamp lever. The clamp assembly imparts a compressive clamping force by utilizing a fulcrum-lever arrangement whereby the clamp lever is moved in an arcuate trajectory by rotating the actuating screw in the desired direction as the clamp lever pivots about a fulcrum point. This allows the user to easily place and connect various objects, such as tables, desks, courtesy and privacy panels and another desired object that the user desires to secure in a desired arrangement by imparting a compressive force to the panel element that is to be connected to another panel element.

A plurality of rails having complementary engagement structures are engaged in the C-channel with the lips engaged with the engagement structures. The rails have support structures for displaying flat goods. One type of rail includes a V-shaped support surface to support a corner of an article to be displayed. The C-channels can also be arranged in pairs with left hand and right hand rails being connected to the respective C-channels. The support surfaces on respective left hand and right hand rails are generally aligned and define a support space.

The suspension units utilize a screw, knob, arm and jaw to securely hold the quilt, textile, or other media to the rail without damaging the item and can be quickly loosened to reposition or remove the hanging item. Permanent contact point stresses on the item are minimized. Additionally, a third T-slotted groove can be added to the top surface of the rail to provide attachment points for a shelf or other items.

Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a holder with a slot for laterally receiving and extracting a thin substrate into a recessed access area where a major surface of the substrate may be accessed while the edges of the substrate are substantially retained against vertical egress. In an illustrative example, the thin substrate may be paper or other material suitable for marking with a writing instrument. The access area in some examples may be defined by an opening in the holder through which a central area of the major surface of the substrate may be accessed. In an illustrative embodiment, the holder may be attached to a child's high chair to attract the child's attention and substantially confine the use of writing instruments to the paper disposed within the recessed access area.

The wall base is adapted for vertical attachment to a wall. A top portion of each wire frame is pivotally attached along the vertical length of the wall base. A center portion of the wire frame includes a pair of support arms, which extend downwardly and vertically. A lower portion of the wire frame includes a pair of outwardly extending file support arms with an upwardly extending arch-shaped file keeper disposed between the two support arms. A file is received on top of the support arms and held therein between the file keeper and the two support arms.

Thus, the bonding layer of the fixture is directly bonded onto a smooth surface to attach the fixture to the smooth surface without having to nail or drill the smooth surface so as to prevent from producing holes on the smooth surface.

Abstract: The objective of the invention is to enable easy installation and displaying of a quilt, textile or similar on a vertical mounting surface invisibly. It also removes the critical need for leveling devices to obtain precision horizontal installation, still allowing for proper horizontal display of the quilt. Powerful magnets, center point mounting, and variable length rod enables display and easy switching out of different sized textiles. Using an adjustable rod across the full width of the quilt ensures proper support as well as full exposure of the quilt [or viewing without the distraction of the mounting device itself being evident.
