Abstract: A modular retail product display can be applied to, manufactured on, formed on, and/or used with a retail shelf. In various embodiments, the product display can be used to effectively display various retail products to consumers. In at least one embodiment, the product display can comprise a plurality of base sections which can be supported by a surface of the retail store shelf, and a shelf cap member which can be positioned proximate to a front portion of the retail store shelf. In at least one embodiment, the product display can further include at least one product locator tab which can be included on a portion of the product display to help direct consumers to various retail products and to aid in restocking the retail products.

Abstract: A presentation display for use in displaying products, samples, premiums or the like comprises a center panel, a left tray, and a right tray wherein the center panel is hingedly attached to the left tray on one side and hingedly attached to the center panel on an opposite side such that the display can easily pivot between an open and closed position, whereby the closed position eliminates all non-product space and increases shipping efficiency to 100%. The presentation display is made from three pieces of paperboard or like flexible material and has a compact shipping or storage position that folds out to a larger open or presentation position.

The second product is affixed to the strip member with the second product being aligned with respect to the first product. Abstract: A rack assembly for transportation and display of potted plants and similar articles. The rack includes vertical supports, and a plurality of trays that are slidingly supported on the posts. The trays are extensible from a retracted position in which the trays are arranged in compact, vertically spaced relationship for transportation, to a deployed position in which the trays extend on opposite sides in an alternating arrangement with increased vertical spacing, and are tilted to a downwardly angled orientation so that the plants can be readily viewed and accessed by customers and other personnel. The posts and trays are mounted on a mobile frame that includes stabilizer legs which prevent the assembly from tipping when the trays are in the deployed position. The posts and trays are removable from the frame, and can be broken down for storage.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a cart for collecting, moving and storing folding tables. The cart is generally comprised of a front panel, back panel and two side members. The two side members connect the front panel to the back panel in a rectangular frame shape. The front panel has a receiving edge that is shorter than the height of a conventional table top. Each side member has an outer table bed runner and a backrest runner that meet at a wedge. The outer table bed runner slopes downward from the receiving edge of the front panel to the wedge.

Abstract: A method of displaying merchandise which creates a more user friendly display that facilitates quicker and easier shopping for a consumer includes an arrangement of gift wrapping items in a section of a display fixture initially by size. The section includes a first display section for displaying items of a first average size, a second display section for displaying items of a second average size and a third display section for displaying items of a third average size. The display sections are adjacent one another and do not contain items that do not fall within the general size of the average display size. This arrangement by size quickly directs the consumer to a small subset of merchandise being displayed in a section that would meet the consumer's needs. A total number of price points may be reduced to at least partially correspond with the display sections. Sections may also be configured so that only items of a particular color and theme are displayed therein such that each section has an overall hue.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a receptacle that has monolithically formed and bifurcated front and rear portions. The front and rear portions include an open top section and defines a cavity therein. The front portion has a linear slot formed medially therein and extending parallel downwardly along a longitudinal axis of the receptacle. Color-coded sock clips are included for holding paired socks together. The clips are formed from waterproof and heat resistant material such that the socks secured thereto can be laundered in conventional washing and drying machines. The clips are positional along the slot so that the clips and associated socks are vertically stacked in the receptacle. Fastening members are positional through the rear portion and into a wall surface for supporting the receptacle at an elevated position.

Abstract: An illumination device includes a light source 45, a reflection plate 41 for reflecting the light irradiated from the light source 45, and a transmissive and diffusive member 42 for transmitting and diffusing the light from the light source 45 and the reflected light from the reflection plate 41, so that the light transmitted and diffused in the member 42 may be used for illumination. With this indirect illuminating system, an entire area can be uniformly illuminated with high efficiency, almost free of luminance spots. When the illuminating device is used in a plant growth apparatus, uniformity of plant growth is enhanced and the yield of the plants is improved. In addition, space for planting can be utilized to the maximum so that the number of grown plants significantly increases as compared with the conventional direct illumination system.

Abstract: A gaming chip holder and cup holder in one integrally molded device. A generally cylindrical center cup holder section surrounded by semi cylindrical poker style chip holders placed about the circumference of the cup holder area. An area without the chip holders is replaced with an integrally molded handle to facilitate the transportation of the beverage and poker chips from table to table and about the casino in a controlled and organized manner. This handle is formed in such a way as to allow the chip and cup holder device to be slid under the typical poker table bumper pad as to further insure against spillage and to conserve space on the poker table. The chip and cup holder device is also stackable unto itself.

Abstract: A storage system for organizing containers and lids of varying sizes, depths and shapes through the use of compartments. The compartments are configured in a variety of practical dimensions such as square, circular and rectangular. Retractable legs and sliding tracks offer additional storage capability and adaptability for users dealing with limited kitchen and cabinet space. The storage system also is collapsible for increased durability and this function—coupled with at least one front retractable leg and at least one rear retractable leg—allow the user to adjust such aspects as the height of the system. The containers and lids relating to the storage system are preferably of the plastic variety.

Abstract: An electrical component support assembly that includes an electrical component and a bracket removably attached to the electrical component. The bracket is configured to couple to the electrical component and includes a base member that has a first side with a substantially planar shape. The bracket also includes a pair of elbow members that are located proximate to a second side of the base member. The elbow members are configured to be mounted to a support frame. Each of the elbow members is shaped to include a spring portion and a tab joined thereto. The spring portions flex with respect to the base member. The tabs on the pair of elbow members are arranged adjacent to one another and oriented to extend in a substantially common direction to be received in a common hole in the support frame. The tabs extend outward from the spring portions and have recesses for gripping the support frame.

Abstract: A battery movement, storage, and charging system for large size batteries used in lift trucks includes spaced, parallel storage racks, each of which have multiple storage and charging bays. A battery transport tower is positioned in an aisle between the storage racks and is moveable horizontally between the two rows of racks. The tower includes an extendable fork lift mounted which may rotate around the axis of the tower as well as move vertically upwardly or downwardly on the tower. A battery exchanger loads a discharged battery from a lift truck, places it on a pallet and then transfers the pallet and battery to a transfer bay in a storage rack where the tower forklift moves a pallet and battery to a selected charging bay.

Abstract: A system for spacing and stabilizing a row of computers includes a strap attached to a plurality of spacer blocks. The strap is arrayed over top of the computer row, and each spacer block is inserted between a pair of adjacent computers to provide substantially uniform spacing between the computers. An anchor block attached to each end of the strap is wrapped around an end computer at each end of the row, and each anchor block engages the corresponding end computer to limit movement of the strap. The assembly of the strap, the spacer blocks and the anchor blocks with the row of computers stabilizes the row of computers and inhibits a lateral toppling motion of the individual computers.

Abstract: A firewood rack that comprises a frame and base. Within the frame is at least one cross bar to add support. Along the sides of the frame is a stabilizer pin assembly that comprises a sleeve, nail and a winged nut. Within the sleeve is a nail. The sleeve has a hole in it so as to receive a winged nut. The winged nut can loosen and tighten to hold the nail in place. This adds stability to the firewood rack and holds it in place. Additionally, there is a holding pin at the top of the frame that allows a rope to be tied to the holding pin to hold the frame in place. A brace is provided to connect the frame and base so as to add additional stability.

The display bin channels can each be open at a top end for receiving through a top feed port and each laterally segregated channel can be closed on a bottom end by a floor board, which laterally extends across the bottom ends of each of the product display bin channels. Each product display bin channel can have a frontal vertically elongated opening for displaying products and each frontal opening can have a frontal opening stop member that extends across the opening to prevent the product from falling forward.

Abstract: A cleaning tray for electrical components includes a holder having a frame and a pair of crossed inner bars. End portions of the crossed inner bars connect to the frame to separate the frame into four sub-frames. The frame has a bottom bar, two opposite side bars and a top bar which is tilted against the bottom bar for facilitating dropping water. Several male fasteners are formed along inner borders of each of the sub-frames. The cleaning tray is shared by those different electrical components and consequently to reduce tray cost, simplify manufacturing process and increase productive efficiency. The invention also discloses a carrying tool for electrical components with the cleaning tray.

Abstract: Shelf support apparatus can be moved and stacked with a tined lift such as a forklift. The apparatus has based feet disposed lower than a front base cross member, and support uprights extend upward therefrom to a generally horizontal top structure. The front base cross member has two tine openings with lift tubes for receiving lift tines of a fork lift, and a bottom surface for receiving lift tines of a floor pallet jack. The top structure includes feet-receiving openings corresponding in location to the base feet, such that the apparatus can be stacked. The base feet have targeting slopes both in a front-to-back direction and in a side-to-side direction, to guide the second, upper shelf support apparatus down onto the first, lower shelf support apparatus with the base feet received in a nesting relationship. The targeting slopes in the front-to-back direction acts over a targeting area which is greater than the targeting area in the side-to-side direction.

Abstract: The invention provides a plant base comprising a base section with a seat for a plant pot, in which a tail section extends in a horizontal direction from the rear of the base section. A groove/protuberance combination is provided at the front of the base section and the rear of the tail section that is able to be accommodated in the groove of another corresponding plant base. The groove and the protuberance each has a support surface that is lower or higher than the support surface of the groove, such that when the protuberance of the plant base has been taken up in the groove of the other plant base, one of the two plant bases is lifted from the substrate at the location of the engaging protuberance and groove. Thus, the invention provides a plant base that continuously retains the same orientation during transport over a conveyor belt, with successive plant bases kept a sufficient distance apart.

Abstract: Several devices are used in safely moving lumber and restocking lumber storage/display racks, and a method for restocking lumber in the storage/display rack is used to safely removed and replace partial lumber bundles over new bundles or lumber. As lumber is sold and taken from the rack, it has to be replaced. The remaining pieces of a stack bundle, a partial bundle, is removed by a fork lift using pull arms attached at each end of the forklift carriage/backrest. The pull arms assure that all of the remaining pieces of the stacked bundle can be safely picked up by the forklift to be set aside. A bundle of lumber is then placed on the rack. The partial bundle is then picked up and placed on the new bundle.

Abstract: A device is for releasably mounting a bundle of bags on a wall. The device has a wall-mounted suspension fitting. One rear major surface of the bag bundle is connected to a sheet which is parallel with said bundle and which is adapted for releasably co-action with the fitting. The bags are releasably connected to said sheet at there respective opening regions. The sheet has an opening midway of its width and the fitting has upwardly directed clip-finger that includes in an upper portion of its side facing towards the wall a projection that can be received in the opening in the sheet. The projection has two vertically separated oblique surfaces which are mutually convergent in a direction towards said wall for co-action with the upper and lower edges of the sheet opening.

Abstract: A sterilization system for dental and orthodontic tools is provided with a transport rack dimensionally sized to hold a plurality interchangeable cassettes. The interchangeable cassettes are designed and intended to hold kits of dental or orthodontic tools and are provided with top opening, double-hinged covers which lay flat on the surface when opened and used at a dental workstation.

Abstract: A blank for a stackable shelf and the shelf formed from it. The blank comprises a substantially rectangular shelf member having attached walls. Each of the sidewalls has an integral extension which extends into and is detachable from the shelf member. The height of the integral extension is greater than the height of the side wall. Each of the integral extensions has a transverse score line which divides the extension into an upper and a lower section. The height of the lower section is substantially equal to the height of said side wall.

Abstract: Improved apparatus and methods for increasing the utility and attractiveness of a literature display are provided. The improved apparatus include a literature rack that automatically advances the remaining copies of literature to the front of the literature rack when copies of literature are removed from the rack. Further, a sloped ramp may be provided to prevent the copies of literature from flopping forward and a lifting portion may be provided to lift the front-most copy of literature above the remaining copies. Multiple energy storage devices may be used in parallel to power the self-advancing feature and may possess reduced-friction properties. Additional signage cards may also be provided to denote that all copies have been purchased from the rack and to provide further space for advertisements or information. Additionally, all of these improved functionalities may be achieved by modifying a pre-existing traditional literature rack with a rack insert possessing the improved apparatus.

The container has four outwardly bowed sidewalls flared upwardly from its bottom with each sidewall connected to adjacent sidewalls by an inwardly fluted web to form a essentially square cross section. The webs define finger gripping corners at the edges of the sidewalls that allow the container to gripped better by a user. The containers can be nested with other containers of different sizes without wasting space. The essentially square configuration of the containers also make them easy to pack with or within other containers, that are typically also square or rectangular.
