Abstract: A pole support removably attachable to pole of a pool/spa maintenance tool to prevent the maintenance tool from slipping and falling into the pool. The pole support includes a support base, a pair of outriggers extending upwards and outwards from the support base, and an adjustable fastener system for attaching the support base to selective areas along the longitudinal outer surface of the pole. The outriggers may include a straight and/or curved configuration, and a friction material, to further enhance the gripping features of the outriggers when positioning the outriggers on a surface to secure the maintenance tool in place.

Abstract: A structural feature of an optical connector assembly in which an optical chip is connectable with a fixed ferrule via a waveguide and is joined onto a section of a substrate. The structural feature includes a structural section disposed on one of the optical chip and the substrate and a ferrule support section that extends from the structural section and comprises a surface for adhesion to the fixed ferrule.

Abstract: A storage rack for quick release tool heads includes a mounting bar that is secured to a wall or other supportive structure. The mounting bar carries a plurality of tubular mounting sleeves. Each sleeve has a connector hole for releasably interengaging a spring loaded connector button carried by a mounting post of a respective quick release tool head. The mounting post is inserted into a lower end of the mounting sleeve to releasably interengage the spring loaded button and corresponding mounting hole. This secures the tool head to the storage rack.

Abstract: A tube rack apparatus including a bottom portion having a first length, a plurality of indents formed in the bottom portion and configured to receive tubes and keep tubes straight, the plurality of indents exposing a lower surface of the bottom portion, wherein inserted tubes do not pass through the lower surface of the bottom portion, a plurality of legs extending from the bottom portion, a top portion having a second length longer than the first length, a plurality of openings formed in the top portion, the plurality of openings aligned with the plurality of indents, and at least one handle member extending from a first end of the top portion.

Abstract: An oral appliance hanging device of embodiments of the disclosed technology has a horizontal base supporting vertical walls on top of which are concave indentations opening upwards. Some of the vertical walls can form the upward-facing receptacles and some of the vertical walls can attach to a support base, such as a horizontally-disposed support base. The vertical walls can be spaced apart from each other forming a vertical portal and can include some which are connected only to other vertically disposed walls and some which are connected to the support base. In this manner, liquid can drip on either side or between two vertical walls and on to the support base. Side flanges extending upwards from the horizontal support base and, in some embodiments, forming a unitary structure therewith hold liquid, such as that which drips downwards there-on, until the support base is tilted allowing the liquid to exit or wiped clean.

The tongue scraper includes an elongate connector body, a scraper blade being on a first end transverse to the elongate connector body. A slide control mechanism extends from a second end of the elongate connector body. An interlocking structure has a laterally extending ridge. The toothbrush includes an elongate toothbrush body that has a plurality of brushes and a bore that extends into a distal end of the elongate toothbrush body. A slot extends longitudinally along part of the elongate toothbrush body into the bore, while first and second lateral grooves extend laterally into the slot. The interlocking structure is adapted to be slidably inserted into the bore of the elongate toothbrush body such that the interlocking structure is pushed outwardly into the slot of the elongate toothbrush body.

Abstract: Bed safety rails with added structures for added functionality are shown and described. The added structures may provide additional functionality, aside from safety and security, of electrical power access, a shelf, a cup-holder, a writing-implement-holder, a light-source, a dry erase board, and/or a magnet board for a given bed safety rail. A given bed safety rail may include at least one vertical-safety-rail-member and at least one horizontal-anchor-member that is attached to the vertical-safety-rail-member. The at least one vertical-safety-rail-member may provide the safety and security features; as well as the additional functional features. The at least one horizontal-anchor-member may have structure permitting the given bed safety rail to be removably anchored to a given bed.

Abstract: A rotatable wine display rack includes a base supporting a pole. Typically a plurality of shelves engages the pole separated by a spacer being a cylinder that has an upper and a lower flange. The upper flange is fixedly attached to the shelf above it and the bottom flange sits on top of the shelf underneath but disposed in between is a bearing. This allows shelves to be rotated independent of each other. Each shelf include a plurality of rods converging to the centre of the pole and so spaced that two roads support a bottle of wine. Attached to the top and adjustable in its position is a flat surface to ast as protection and/or a table for the rack.

Abstract: An article of manufacture comprises: a hollow prism of elastomeric material such as silicone having first and second ends; and a permanent magnet prism at the first end of the elastomeric material prism. The second end of the elastomeric material prism is open. A cosmetic brush handle is releasably gripped by the elastomeric material at its open end. The article of manufacture is desirably in combination with a number of cosmetic brushes and a horizontal surface at least partly of magnetic material large enough to accommodate the cosmetic brushes with the permanent magnets engaging the horizontal surface so that the brushes are substantially vertical and their bristles don't touch any surface.

Abstract: An apparatus for holding a buoyant object in a liquid bath so as to defrost or otherwise process the object with a liquid. The apparatus has a base, one or more surface engaging devices and one or more independently movable elongated flexible arms. The base fits inside a container holding the liquid. The surface engaging devices removably secure the base to a bottom wall of the container. The elongated flexible arms extend upward and outward from the base to hold the object in the liquid bath. In use, the engaging devices secure the base to the bottom wall of the container and the flexible arms are flexibly manipulated to hold the object below the surface of the liquid and away from the bottom wall and sidewalls of the container so as to at least substantially encircle the object with the liquid to more quickly and evenly process the object.

The membranes are held in the body of the device or system by a retaining device located on one side of the membranes and a retaining feature of the body on the other side of the membranes.

Abstract: In some embodiments, an improved system for toilet maintenance may include a lavatory accessory holding device which may include a storage container and a vertical support pole may be coupled to the storage container. A hanger bracket may be pivotally coupled to the vertical support pole which may be configured to hold a lavatory accessory or a toilet maintenance brush. The system may also include a toilet maintenance brush which may include an elongate handle having a guard end. A brush wand may be coupled to the guard end of the handle with the brush wand terminating with a brush head which may be used to clean a toilet bowl. A power supply may be in electrical communication with a light unit and with a fan unit having a fan blade. The fan blade may be rotatably driven by a motor and configured to circulate air onto the brush head.

Abstract: A rigid material, preferably recycled plastic, Tubular Toothpaste Tube Stand with Brushing Timer is a countertop dental hygiene appliance. It is comprised of a vertically arranged, open top and open bottom, tubular toothpaste tube stand with an attached, stationary, sand/oil liquid timer hourglass to provide the user a visual gauge to determine elapsed brushing time. Abstract: A medicine cabinet organizer device includes a housing that is substantially rectangularly box shaped. The housing has a front, which is open. Slits and slots are positioned in a top of the housing. The slits and slots extend from a front edge to proximate to a back edge of the top. Fasteners are coupled to a back of the housing and are configured to couple the housing to a medicine cabinet. Pegs are positioned on opposing sides of the housing and are configured for the user to hang items. Each slit is configured for insertion of a bottom end of a tube such that the tube is retained in a cap down position substantially within the housing. Each slot is configured for insertion of a handle of a toothbrush such that a head of the toothbrush is positioned above the top of the housing.

Abstract: A device and method to organize a plurality of toothbrushes to promote sanitary toothbrush drying and storing. This device allows the user to insert a toothbrush into the holder after use. The user will align the bristles of the toothbrush so that the bristle portion of the brush is facing down and plumb relative the horizon to allow the toothbrush to air-dry. The holder can be configured with multiple receiver members to store multiple toothbrushes while preventing cross-contamination. One embodiment features a toothbrush holder affixed to a wall while a second embodiment features a freestanding toothbrush holder. This device may also incorporate a cup holder, or a loop portion with an aperture disposed therein. The base of the holder may take various shapes and sizes. The holder may be flush-mounted, or may feature a mounting offset between the mounted surface and the receiver plate to aid in securing the toothbrush.

Abstract: A unique flat designed caution tape retainer with diamond shape is disclosed. It can be snapped into the top of a traffic safety cone through its two bottom slits and it can hold a caution tape by slipping the caution tape through its side slit into its caution tape slot. Such caution tape retainer can be removed from the traffic cone easily or can stay on the top of the traffic cone when stacking traffic cones. This handy and simple caution tape retainer is easy and inexpensive to manufacture and it solves a persistent problem by neatly holding the caution tape in construction areas or traffic areas without damaging the caution tape or the traffic cone.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to the field of holders for the storage of hair care appliances and similar articles wherein the hair-care appliances are stored (held) for immediate use. A thermal barrier clip for use with flat irons is also disclosed for use with the holder so as to improve safety and increase the lifespan of the flat iron. A hair dryer hook is also disclosed which allows for storage of a hair dryer with a diffuser attached.

Each of the plurality of magnets is configured to exert a magnetic force on a magnetic object. A slat kit comprising a plurality of magnetic slat devices is also disclosed herein.

Abstract: Storage racks for coolers. Embodiments provide storage racks for coolers each of which includes a spacer and pairs of supports, standoff portions, and arms. The standoff portions couple with the supports while the arms couple with the standoff portions and are oriented along the first direction. The spacers couple with the arms; are oriented along a direction perpendicular to the first direction; and space the arms apart by the width of the coolers (or less). Some racks are continuous, curvilinear, and are made from rods or heavy gauge wire. The spacers can define straight or additional standoff portions. Further, the arms and spacers of some racks define a plane and the supports define another plane. These planes can intersect each other although they can be parallel.

Abstract: A two element toothbrush holder including a flexible mat. A resiliently rigid and three dimensional divider element has a flat bottom surface supported in width-wise fashion upon the flexible mat, such as in a selected end proximate location. A plurality of notched recesses or channels are formed into an upper surface of the divider element and which are adapted for supporting an angled neck associated with up to an equal number of toothbrushes in a substantially lay flat condition such that the bristles are elevated above the flexible mat.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a makeup brush holder for holding a makeup brush having a rod-shaped body and bristles provided on the rod-shaped body. The makeup brush holder includes a holding plate, a holding part which is provided in the holding plate to hold the rod-shaped body, and a plate support which supports the holding plate at a predetermined location. The holding part has a seating hole which is formed through the holding plate, and an elastic holding film which is provided in the seating hole. Slits are formed in a central portion of the holding film so that the rod-shaped body can be inserted into the holding film. When the rod-shaped body is inserted into the seating hole through the slits, the rod-shaped body is held in the holding part by a restoring force of the holding film and a frictional force between the holding film and the rod-shaped body.

Abstract: A combination toothbrush and dental floss holder which allows at least one, and preferably two toothbrushes to be retained above a possibly contaminated surface. In alternate configurations, the toothbrush(es) may be retained in a vertical or horizontal orientation. The holder may even be positioned along the crimped end of a tube of toothpaste for greater distancing from the surface. An alternate embodiment uses a lid of a dental floss container to retain at least one toothbrush above a surface.

Abstract: A toothbrush holder includes a mounting frame or bracket provided on a wall-facing side with at least one coupling element for connecting the frame to a wall surface. The toothbrush holder further includes a plurality of fingers extending away from the frame on a side thereof opposite the coupling element. The fingers are spaced from each other to define a plurality of toothbrush-receiving slots. The toothbrush holder additionally comprises a cover member swingably mounted to the frame for pivoting between a closed position and an open position. Partitions are connected to the fingers and to the frame so as to define a plurality of toothbrush-head-receiving compartments. Each of the compartments is provided with at least one of the apertures so as to enable drainage from the respective compartment.

The base, post, hook and support portions are formed by bending a single rod.

The neck portion is disposed in the narrow part. The securing portion is used for extending into the wide part and moves to the narrow part to enable the neck portion to be disposed in the narrow part. The placing member is secured to the mounting bracket for supporting an object.

The sleeves are attached to the central hub at a central location. In one preferred embodiment, the item organizer includes three sleeves. In other preferred embodiments, two, four, five, or even more sleeves may be connected to the central hub. The sleeves may be permanently or reversibly attached to the central hub. The item organizer includes a single attachment location for the sleeves.

Abstract: A sanitary toothbrush holder is disclosed. In place of traditional vertical toothbrush placement one or more toothbrushes can be secured on two oppositely positioned drying rack arms extending forward of the base of an upright rear panel of the holder. Pairs of alternating in depth slots along the length of each one of the drying arms permits an operator to position at least one toothbrush within at least one pair of slots at an angle to the horizontal for enhanced moisture drainage therefrom, with the alternating slot arrangement preventing bristle portion cross contamination when two or more toothbrushes are secured on the holder. Provisions are also provided for a toiletry shelf, and removable wall mounting of the holder.
