Abstract: A stand device for a mobile terminal is provided. The device includes a body and at least one slope unit. The body has a seat and a lower side. The seat seats the mobile terminal thereon. The lower side of the body is curved so that the body may be tilted. The at least one slope unit tilts the body in a relevant direction by moving a center of mass.
Abstract: A collapsible pen holder installed within a surface of an object, including an automobile dashboard or briefcase, secures and retains a pen within a cylindrical sleeve slidably engaged within a cylindrical mounting frame member, exposing a pen cap of the pen. The pen is placed within the cylindrical sleeve which is then pushed into the mounting frame member until the cylindrical sleeve is retained within the mounting frame member by a locking mechanism, exposing only an end of the pen cap. To remove the pen from the pen holder, the end of the pen head is depressed, releasing the locking mechanism and ejecting the cylindrical sleeve from the mounting frame member, projecting the cylindrical sleeve from the surface by a spring mechanism allowing the pen to be removed from the cylindrical sleeve.
Abstract: An oven includes an oven cavity having multiple pairs of horizontally disposed guide slots recessed into the side walls of the oven cavity. At least one oven rack is configured with at least two wheels mounted on axles secured to at least one hinged support along an edge of the oven rack. After the oven rack is inserted into the oven cavity, the hinged support is pivoted to move the axles of the wheels to a generally horizontal position to cause the wheels to engage the horizontal slots and support the oven rack. The oven rack is removed from the oven cavity by lifting the oven rack to cause the wheels to disengage from the horizontal guide slots and to pivot so that the axles are at an angle with respect to the horizontal position. With the wheels disengaged from the guide slots, the oven rack is readily removable from the oven cavity.

Abstract: A bipod for a firearm, or other equipment utilizing a multiple-leg pod, is provided that features easy, snap-apart and snap-together legs and snap-on and snap-off connection of the bipod to a ball or knob on the firearm or other equipment. The legs are preferably received in bores/holes in the bipod body and, during snapping in and out, the legs move past protrusions that restrict movement of the legs between different lobes of the bores/holes. The ball joint formed between the ball/knob and the main body of the bipod serves as preferably the only connection that moves during use by the shooter. As the shooter swivels, tilts, or pans the gun, the ball/knob attached to the firearm moves in the top socket of the main body of the bipod, with the legs being stationary relative to the main body.

Abstract: Secure pen holding mechanism including a seat body formed with a slide socket, a resilient locating latch hook bottom end of which is inlaid in a wall of the slide socket and a holding body having a slide body and at least one resilient clamping arm. The slide body is slidably disposed in the slide socket of the seat body. A locating channel section is formed on outer face of a side wall of the slide body. A sliding end of the locating latch hook is slidable within the guide channels of the locating channel section so as to control and stop the slide body at different extending/retracting positions in the slide socket. The slide body is formed with a fitting cavity for accommodating a pen therein. The pen is clamped by the resilient clamping arm.
