Abstract: A golf bag with a built-in assembly included a top moulded member wherein the moulded top member includes a neck portion, a collar portion and a shoulder portion connecting the neck and collar portions, the neck portion includes a longitudinally extending circumferential wall which defines the inner aperture of the top member and a longitudinal part which is surrounded by the enclosure, the collar portion includes a circumferential wall surrounding the neck portion and appendages which are laterally spaced apart for receiving a part of the stand assembly for connection to the top moulded member.

Abstract: The invention relates to the design of a hockey stick carrier. The main frame of the the carrier is shaped like an inverted U and is made from light weight, tubular material. The two vertical legs of the inverted U-shaped frame each contain a series of vertically spaced dowel pins extending outwardly on the front and rear sides of the legs. The dowel pins on each of the two vertical legs are positioned such that correspondingly designated dowel pins on either the front or the rear side of the two vertical legs are horizontally aligned with respect to each other. Four locking bars, one each to the front and rear side of each of the two vertical legs, are hinged to the frame. To the front and rear of the bottom of each vertical leg is attached a spring latch, one corresponding to each of the locking bars. Each of the four locking bars can be independently closed and latched so that it encloses the space between the dowels or pins, the frame and the locking bar.

Abstract: A multiple golf club cleaning aid rack for cleaning clubs, which is a vertically arrayed, rectangular fabric sheet reinforced with a plurality of horizontal metal strips in pockets and supporting a double row of clamps for holding golf clubs vertically. The rack is suspended from clamps for cleaning by a power wash in car wash establishment. Suspending apertures are formed through the top of the rack for suspending it on a wall for use elsewhere, such as at home.

Abstract: The present invention, a golf club caddy apparatus allows for the convenient transportation and support, of golf clubs and golf accessories around a golf course putting green or practice tee. The apparatus releasably retains one or more golf clubs in a secure and convenient manner to facilitate play around a putting green or practice tee. The golf club caddy apparatus further facilitates play by being securely, yet releasably connected to the exterior of a golf bag when not in use. The golf club caddy apparatus allows a player to conveniently transport other associated golf accessories such as a personal towel, a pencil and golf tees.

Abstract: A low-profile display rack for at least one golf club, where the golf club includes a shaft having a first end and a second end. The first end of the shaft is attached to a golf club head and the second end of the shaft merges with a grip portion for allowing a user to hold the golf club. The display rack is comprised of a display housing having a top wall with at least one opening and a support member mounted within the opening. The support member is comprised of a support cap with an aperture for receiving the second end of the golf club, a top end and a bottom end. The bottom end of the support member is further comprised of support side wall that includes an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion of the support side wall is connected to the top end of the support member and the lower portion of the support side wall merges with a bottom wall. The grip portion of the golf club is inserted into the aperture in the support cap and rests on the bottom wall of the support member.

Abstract: A golf club stand is a single rod member which includes the following segments in series: a point at the lower end of the rod; a leg extending up from the point, a 180° bend; an arm depending from the bend; a first lateral member extending from the depending arm; a loop at the end of the first lateral member; a second lateral member extending from the loop; an upright arm extending from the second lateral member; and a coil at the end of the upright arm. The 180° bend between leg and arm forms a hook to hang the device on the upper rim of a golf bag, for storage. The first and second lateral members are spring biased against each other by the loop to releasably hold a towel between them. The arms and said second lateral member together form a U-shaped enclosure to confine the handle of a standing golf club. The coil provides a temporary holder for a smoker's pipe, cigar, cigarette, or the like. A club face cleaner brush is removably hung on the loop.

Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a device for protecting golf clubs 14 from being scratched due to the golf clubs 14 being inserted into a golf club protection tube 18 which are commercially available. The present invention 10 discloses a flanged 42 tubular insert for placement into the top neck of the golf club protection tube 18. The present invention 10 is padded with soft pile material 34 having a hole 38 therein for inserting the golf club shaft 20. Another embodiment is provided which has a Y-shaped upstanding member 44 mounted on the top edge of the present invention 10 within which is placed the golf club head 26.

Abstract: A support base is mounted to a golf bag of the type having a substantially U-shaped resilient defined by a mediate section and two limbs. The support base has two parallel side passages in a top side thereof. The support base further has a cutout in a lateral side thereof. The cutout and the side passages being communicated with each other and arranged to define a tongue with the side passages located on both sides of the tongue. Each side passage includes an open outer end and a closed inner end. An end wall defining the inner end of each side passage includes an inclined groove. The cutout includes an outer open end and an inner end that is aligned with the closed inner ends of the side passages.

Abstract: A golf club support device for supporting the grips of golf clubs above the ground. The golf club support device includes an elongate support member having a top edge, a bottom edge, and end edges, and also having a plurality of slots spaced apart and extending in the top edge thereof and each slot being adapted to removably receive a portion of a shaft of a golf club; and also includes one or more ground penetrating members securely disposed in the bottom edge of the elongate support member and extending outwardly therefrom; and further includes a golf bag mounting member securely attached to the elongate support member for removably mounting the elongate support member to a golf bag.

Abstract: A golf club holder suspends golf clubs beneath an umbrella to keep the grips dry during rain. The holder comprises a head with clip devices for attachment to an umbrella shank and for attaching the shafts of clubs upside down to the holder. The clip devices comprise in one embodiment a molded plastic head with receptacles for attachment to the umbrella shank and for receiving the club shafts, the receptacles each comprising a bore lined with high friction rubber and a slot for receiving the shank or shafts laterally into the receptacle. A stem extends from the head to provide enhanced gripping action to the umbrella shank. The devices may be hinged to the stem to permit the holder to remain with the umbrella shank so that the umbrella may be collapsed with the holder attached. The holder stem may be permanently attached to the umbrella shank with the shaft clip devices hinged to the stem.

Abstract: A support and alignment implement for supporting an article such as a golf club in an upright or elevated position comprises a pair of leg members, each leg member having a stretched “C” shaped proximal end and a ground engaging distal end, a spring element disposed between the proximal ends and means for joining the proximal ends such that the spring element is retained therein and maintains the proximal ends of the leg members in contact with one another in a closed position. In operation, the user extends the proximal ends of the leg members away from one another to an open position, such as by bringing. together the distal ends of the leg members, inserts the shaft of the golf club between the stretched “C” shaped proximal ends, and returns the proximal ends to the closed position, thereby securing the shaft between the proximal ends.

Abstract: A golf bag for protecting golf clubs including at least two decks formed at the top side of the golf bag and shaped and formed like stairs, wherein the height of each of the decks is tall enough to accommodate and protect the full length of club shafts and the height difference between the decks is defined to fully isolate club heads of the clubs in one deck from other club heads of the clubs in the other deck, and walls separating said decks, said walls extended to the bottom of the golf bag in order to protect the club shafts of one deck from the club shafts of the other deck.

Abstract: A golf club support apparatus includes an elongated primary support member and a secondary support member pivotally attached to the primary support member. The secondary support member may be moved between two locations. In one location the secondary support member projects outwardly from the primary support member and defines a notch for holding golf club heads. In another location the secondary support member partially surrounds the primary support member and is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the primary support member. A removable end cap can be employed as an article holder.

Abstract: A universal golf club securer and organizer for securing golf clubs in a fixed position in a golf bag which consists of a series of individual resilient clips having adjustable positions on a support bar thereby compensating for the width of any club in a set of golf clubs. The support bar is attached to a golf bag by means of a rod and clamp system which is adjustable to the height of any set of golf clubs.

Abstract: A secure storage locker for temporarily storing golf bags having clubs. The locker includes a base having a recess for receiving the bottom end of a golf bag having the heads of the golf clubs extending above the top end of the bag. A bonnet is slidingly and/or hingedly connected to the base and has a cavity for covering the club heads. Locking means are provided for locking the bonnet to the base.

Abstract: An asymmetrical golf bag is provided. According to one aspect of the present invention, the golf bag includes a top located at an upper portion of the golf bag and a base located at a lower portion of the golf bag. Additionally, the golf bag additionally includes a body coupled between the top and the base. Further, a stand is mounted to the top and the base at an off center position. According to another aspect of the present invention, the top has an asymmetrical shape about two perpendicular axes. The asymmetrical top may additionally include a pair of corresponding halves defined by a longitudinal axis. The right half may have a convex shape designed to comfortably cradle the small of a golfer's back. The left half may have a concave shape to increase the volume of a pocket, such as a clothing pocket or a ball pocket. The asymmetrical top may additionally include one or more integral dividers.

Abstract: A golf club carrier having opposing sides supporting clubs horizontally on clips has a first condition resting on the ground with its legs spread and only feet of the unit contacting the ground, and a second horizontally-collapsed condition which is assumed as soon as the carrier is lifted from the ground. The golfer can carry the unit with an arm hanging freely at his or her side with little or no concern of the carrier contacting his or her legs or trousers while walking. An actuator extending below the rest of the unit comes into contact with the ground when next stopping to take a golf shot, and this actuator automatically spreads the legs to open the unit as its legs contact and are supported on the ground.

Abstract: A tee divider for a golf ball driving range is provided of unitary construction having an upstanding wall and a console-like formation at one end thereof provided with outwardly opening storage pockets for articles, said pockets having drains for eliminating liquid accumulating in said pockets and grooves in a surface of said formation for holding a golf club in a vertical position. The divider has laterally protruding flanges for anchoring it at the site of the tee provided on the golf driving range.
