Abstract: The present invention relates to an antitheft display device for socket, wherein the socket can be locked on the display device in an antitheft manner through the cooperation of a housing, a retainer, an inserting member, an elastic member and a positioning member. Furthermore, the socket can be released or locked simply through insertion and withdrawal of the positioning member, this allows the user to release the socket from the display device, or to position the socket again on the display device and turn on the antitheft function after use.

The support member has a plurality of holes, each having a central aperture and a plurality of wavy slots extending radially outwardly therefrom for forming starburst shaped holes. The wavy slots have support member segments positioned therebetween which are flexible during installation and removal of the plurality of fasteners from the starburst shaped holes. The holder further includes an elongated bracket, a wire tie, or the like for holding differently shaped fasteners to the holder.

Abstract: A wrench socket retaining and releasing storage apparatus has a body with a base, a shank and a square drive retaining end, slide key fitting in a channel positively locks the socket in place by displacing lock balls transversely, the slide key being manually releasable by action of a sleeve that moves the slide key against a lock spring thereby urging the slide key upward, with the lock spring also urging a rail engaging tension ball downward, this releasing enabling a tapered spiral ejector spring to both urge the socket off the end, and through the tightest, lower coil of the spring, retain the entire assembly together thereby enabling both firm and fixed storage and ease of removal.

Abstract: A hanger is disclosed for a tool in the form of a socket and that includes a recess. The hanger includes a board, two locking elements extending from the board and a key located between the locking elements. The board includes an aperture so that it can be hung on an object secured to a wall. The key is moved between a non-locking position and a locking position. In the non-locking position, the key allows the locking elements to be biased toward each other so that they can be inserted in the recess of the socket. In the locking position, the key prevents biasing of the locking elements toward each other so that they cannot be pulled from the recess of the socket.

Abstract: A socket connecting structure includes a connecting portion disposed on a suspension element and a stub extending from the connecting portion, wherein the stub is connected to a socket. The stub has a resilient stick formed on one side thereof and a spring formed within the stub. The spring has one end connected to an inner periphery of the stub and abuts a back of the resilient stick to provide a thrust to the resilient stick for connecting the socket when the resilient stick is worn out.

The hangtag has a body portion, a hanging mechanism connected to the body portion, and a tool supporting mechanism also connected to the body portion for supporting a tool. The body portion has a front surface and a back surface. On the back surface is disposed a hangtag attachment apparatus. The hangtag attachment apparatus comprises a bracket, and an elongated attachment bar configured to be selectively attached to and detached from the bracket. The attachment bar has a length that permits it to be connected to at least two and preferably more hangtags so that multiple hangtags may be selectively connected together. In this way, tools that would otherwise be sold individually can now be sold as a set.

Each of the outer structure, the inner structure and the joint ribs has wall-thickness enough to secure rigidity of the synthetic resin portion and capable of suppressing mold shrinkage of the synthetic resin portion.

Thus, the position indicators and tools can be grouped in closely abutting relation when desired for space saving organization. The system can be provided as a kit with one or more components. In another aspect, a method of organizing a set of tools provides for efficient use of space on an open flat sheet, provides for clear association between a tool and a previously selected position on the flat sheet, and avoids loss of tools by placing them in previously selected positions.

A resilient support member protrudes from a sidewall in each compartment to retain the hook members therein. The hook members cannot pass beyond the support member unless adequate force is applied to temporarily deform said support member and housing to allow for the passage therethrough. The device of the present invention may also be constructed with a single storage compartment.

The foot is provided with a plurality of retaining projections, which are retained in the retaining slots of the bottom end of one of the legs of the top frame. The bottom end of the hollow support rods of the bottom frame is sealed off by the foot. The foot also serves to provide the bottom end of the hollow support rods with a frictional contact with a surface.
