Rotating Head Or Link Patents (Class 213/184)
  • Patent number: 6792547
Abstract: The invention relates to a digital integrated apparatus capable of registering and fetching image data, and has an object to solve various problems resulting from the necessity of the user authentication at the time of using the apparatus. Specifically, it is arranged that, the display-input control means 92a classifies the user authentication under the first user authentication in a specific level and the second user authentication in a lower level than the first one, and then judges based on the initial setting whether the result of the second user authentication is valid or not. The first user authentication is based on the attribute of user's personal information including a user registration card Ku, and the second user authentication is based on the user ID and password inputted from the control panel 92. Therefore, it is possible to limit the fetching by using the other person's user ID and password.

  • Patent number: 4863045
Abstract: A rotary railway drawbar coupler is provided which comprises two elongated shank members each having a convex butt surface at one end and a generally circular butt surface at the other end. The two elongated shanks are positioned between the two railway cars being coupled such that the circular butt ends are adjacent each other. A connecting collar surrounds the circular flange of which the circular butt surface is a part. Each elongated shank may have a longitudinal cavity extending inwardly from the circular butt surface to accommodate a cylindrical bar that extends between the elongated shanks.

  • Patent number: 4700854
Abstract: A slackless draw bar coupler arrangement in which the car has a draw bar pocket with an open top, a slotted draft plate and a buff plate and the draw bar has a bar body with a spherical head connected to the body by a neck. Located about the neck is a thrust ring for disposition between the draft plate and the head and at that side of the head remote from the neck, there is a thrust disc insert for disposition between the buff plate and the head. The thrust disc insert and thrust ring are carried in holders. Between the buff plate and the thrust disc insert is a removable wedge which is spring loaded to urge the thrust disc insert firmly towards the head of the draw bar.

  • Patent number: 4580686
Abstract: A slackless drawbar arrangement for unit train service and the like including a drawbar having enlarged butt end portions each provided with essentially spherical buff and draft load bearing surfaces on the rear and forward surfaces thereof. The enlarged butt end portions are supported by a front draft block and a rear buff block within a center sill. The front draft block is supported against a curved surface of a wear block which is, in turn, supported by keys welded to the sill. The rear buff block is supported against a gravity-activated wedge which is, in turn, supported by rear draft lugs welded to the center sill. A bottom plate retains the various blocks inside the cavity of the center sill.
