Abstract: There is disclosed a bag having a tubular body with a top open end and a bottom closed end. The tubular body has a larger open diameter at the top open end. The tubular body narrows into a narrower open diameter adjacent to a bottom closed end. The tubular body in a flattened two-fold condition has a pair of side edges extending from a top edge to a bottom edge. The top edge delimits the top open end. The bottom edge delimits the bottom closed end. The pair of side edges are generally parallel to one another in a first portion adjacent to the top edge.

Abstract: A collapsible beverage insulator and methods of using the same are disclosed. The collapsible beverage insulator can have one or more collapsible zones, each of which can move between a collapsed state and an expanded state, optionally including partially collapsed states in-between. The collapsible beverage insulator can have a first end with a first opening sized to receive common beverage containers. The collapsible beverage insulator can be separated from the beverage container to be used in games. The collapsible beverage insulator can be tossed and the way the collapsible beverage insulator lands (e.g., on an end, on a particular end, or on its side) and how the collapsible zones collapse can be used to determine points to be awarded to the player.

Abstract: A bottle assembly is provided including a bottle having an end portion with a first detent formation, and a collar having a second complementary detent formation. The collar is arranged to snap fit to the end portion by engagement of the detent formations by application of force only in a direction towards the bottle. In addition, a valve assembly for use with a drinking vessel is provided including a base member and a sealing member. The sealing member is movable, dependent on a pressure difference across it, between a sealed position, wherein the sealing member is sealed against the base member, and an unsealed position, wherein the sealing member is unsealed from the base member. One or more channels are formed between the base member and the sealing member and are arranged to allow air to enter the drinking vessel when the sealing member is in the unsealed position.

Abstract: An infant formula dispensing apparatus has a receptacle for receiving a sealed pod containing an amount of infant formula powder sufficient for a single feeding of a predetermined size. When the pod is placed in the receptacle, a fixture of the apparatus pierces the pod and forces warm water through the pod. The water mixes with the infant formula powder in the pod and exits the pod through a spout, where it is received in a receptacle, such as a lidless baby bottle.

Abstract: A collapsible vessel reconfigurable between expanded and collapsed configurations. A sleeve combination has an inner sleeve rotatable relative to an outer sleeve. A liner is retained by the sleeve combination. The sleeves have opposed major walls divided by opposed fold line formations. Arrays of flexion apertures span a lateral range from adjacent to the respective fold line formation toward a central portion of the major wall, and an aperture density can vary generally based on distance from the fold line formation to promote a true-round confirmation of the expanded vessel. A lid structure with a disk and opposed retaining tabs can be selectively engaged with the liner, and a retaining strap can be pivotally coupled to the sleeve combination with a first orientation encircling the sleeve combination and a second, longitudinal orientation. A storage bag with first and second longitudinally-disposed stays can receive and further compress the vessel.

The container interface surface extends in opposing directions beyond the slot to facilitate distribution of one or more loads acting between the face of the container and the handle attachment tool to facilitate manipulation of the container. A container for storage of at least one object comprises a container body defined by a plurality of sidewalls, and a recessed portion formed a sidewall defining a recessed cavity. The container has a handle spanning the recessed cavity, whereby the recessed cavity facilitates clearance of at least one finger of a user upon grasping the handle.

The container body includes an upper end having a first compression surface. The container includes a first flange configured to engage the first compression surface. The collar is capable of being releasably secured to the container body. The collar includes a second compression surface. A dispensing portion includes a second flange configured to engage the second compression surface. When securing the collar to the container body, the first compression surface engages the first flange and the second compression surface engages the second flange to cause the first flange to sealingly engage the second flange.

Abstract: An adaptable beverage holder includes an adjustable sleeve assembly and a mounting assembly. The sleeve assembly is flexible and accommodates beverage containers of different sizes. The mounting assembly can include a sliding bracket and adapters configured to secure the sleeve onto poles and rectangular boards, either horizontal or vertical, as well as other surfaces. The sleeve assembly comprises at least two layers, including an inner insulating layer.

Abstract: A venting device and method for the retention of food temperature and texture is disclosed. The venting device of the present invention is inserted through the top, outside surface of a food container sufficiently to allow the device to puncture the surface of the container and allow venting of the steam and moisture created from the hot food within the takeout food container.

Abstract: A sealable covering for a vehicle includes a pliable base including walls, and a plurality of panels that are either attached to the walls or attachable to the walls. The walls and panels have an inner facing side configured to face an interior of the covering, and an outer facing side configured to face away from the interior. The inner facing side includes a first pocket for containing padding material. Either the inner facing side or the outer facing side includes a second pocket for receiving a piece of protective material, and the first pocket and the second pocket overlap each other. A connector at an edge of each panel connects the plurality of panels to form, with the base, an enclosure that completely encloses and seals the vehicle within the covering. The enclosure protects the vehicle from both water damage and the impact of floating or flying debris.

Abstract: A vent for attachment to the hollow handle of a container is provided to prevent glugging and splashing of the fluid during pouring. The present vent enables the venting of air into the container as the fluid within the container is poured out. The present vent is angled to prevent attachment and flow of liquids on its outer surface during pouring, and to prevent outflow of liquids through the vent. The vent includes a venting conduit or other tube bent in at least one section and a hollow handle engager, such as an elastomeric stopper, to engage the inner passage of the hollow handle.

Also disclosed are methods of manufacturing vessel closures and a method of using the vessel closures disclosed herein for circulating fluids into and out of a vessel while also having the ability to regulate the temperature of the pumped fluid.

Each pacifier includes a bulb containing liquid, a nipple operatively coupled to a proximal end of the bulb, the nipple having an aperture located at a proximal end thereof, and a valve coupled to a proximal end of the bulb, the valve defining open and closed positions. The valve is configured to move to the open position when a pressure is applied to at least one of the nipple and bulb, so as to allow at least a portion of the liquid to flow from the bulb to the nipple.

The device and method for holding or securing an article against a surface using a suction cup connected to a bi-stable snap action ribbon spring can be used to greatly simplify the ease in draining liquid from a hollow container in an effortless manner by the use of gravity by allowing the liquid within the hollow container to accumulate or settle towards the vicinity approximate to the opening where the liquid is dispensed from.

Abstract: A beverage container system for babies through small children has a thermally insulated outer container which is sized to receive a standard baby bottle and hold it therein with a retainer securable to hold a standard baby bottle. A cap may be positioned over the baby bottle nipple system to protect the nipple. The retainer and standard baby bottle may be removed. An adapter may be thereupon attached to the outer container which can be used with other beverage accessories such as a sippy cup, straw spout and drink tube spout.

Abstract: A pacifier food/liquid/medicine/vitamin delivery system for toddlers and infants. The system delivers contents on the go thus eliminating the need for carrying utensils and other content containers. The pacifier in front will deliver food/liquid/medicine/vitamins in mouth and a pouch attached in the back will carry the contents. When the pre-packaged content pouch/container is attached at the end of the pacifier by twisting or snapping, the penetrating edges break the seal thus allow the flow of contents in the pacifier and into the mouth. Further, the lower end of the baby bottle may include a temperature display for measuring and displaying the temperature of bottle's contents.

The sterilization covering body includes a covering member and a sterilizing member provided on the covering member, a UV-light emitting unit of the sterilizing member is emitting the UV light in a covering direction. The containing bottle includes a body portion and a connecting portion extensively formed from the body portion, the body portion covering the covering member along the covering direction in a manner that the connecting portion is attached to the attaching portion so as to form a containing space that faces toward the UV light for the sterilization. Thus, the portable sterilizing device has the advantages of small size and low power consumption, and therefore it is convenient for baby caretaker to portably carry it.

Abstract: Baby bottles can have a single container, or two containers to create a space for thermal isolation, as selected by the user. The baby bottle can be vented to allow air to enter the bottle through a passageway as liquid is removed. A filter and one-way valve can be provided in the passageway. The passageway can be formed by radially aligning a vent opening in a top cap with a vent opening in a nipple flange, or by providing a channel in the top cap which is always in radial alignment with both the top cap vent opening and the flange vent opening.

According to a second embodiment, a feeding bottle comprises a vessel, collar, nipple and handle portion removeably secured to the vessel by the collar. The invention includes a flexible region or regions to provide a more natural feeding by closely mimicking the human breast.

Abstract: A baby bottle including a nipple and separable compartments for holding powdered formula and water. By sliding or rotating a knob to a pre-selected mix position, apertures in the separable compartments are aligned thereby allowing mixture of the powdered formula from an upper compartment into a lower compartment containing the water. The bottle is shaken to thoroughly mix the formula and the water, after which, the bottle and formula mix are ready to use.

Abstract: In an embodiment, the device comprises a stainless steel container portion, a stainless steel annular portion, and a silicone mouthpiece portion. Fluid or other contents stored in the device only come in contact with the stainless container portion, the stainless steel annular portion, and the silicone mouthpiece portion. The stainless steel container portion, the stainless steel annular portion, and the silicone mouthpiece portion all do not contain plastic, therefore the fluid in contact with these surfaces is not exposed to any toxins or other compounds found in plastic and therefore the leaching of plastic toxins and compounds cannot occur while the fluid is stored in the device. When the first liquid is depleted sufficiently to expose at least one dispensing hole, the pressure is released, air is introduced into the rinsing device and the second liquid is dispensed through the other dispensing hole.

The infant feeding bottle may further include a coupling component configured to allow an infant feeding nipple to be removably attached to the bottle, wherein the coupling component forms a liquid-tight seal when the nipple is attached to the bottle; a disposable cap; and a tamper resistant component.

The insert also includes a first chamber containing a first set of contents and a second chamber containing a second set of contents. The first and second chambers are separated by a frangible seal. In one embodiment, the present invention includes a container shell to house the insert. The insert may also include a cap that accommodates a nipple assembly.

Abstract: The present invention is directed toward a food storage container comprising a body with a mechanism for denoting a time in which a food item was placed in the storage container for storage. In one embodiment, the time designation mechanism comprises a plurality of rings where each ring comprises at least one marker. Time is denoted by aligning the marker with a label located proximate to said ring.
