  • Patent number: 10793309
Abstract: A tag applicator, and a method, for applying a tag, having an elastic loop, to a product. The tag applicator includes a linear actuator, and a pair of tag arms, one end of each being pivotably connected to the linear actuator. The two arms are biased toward each other, such as by a spring. A separator is positioned between the tag arms, so as to force the tag arms to separate as the linear actuator extends. A finger or tag hook is connected at the end of each tag arm, configured and positioned to connect to or insert into the elastic loop, and to extend the elastic loop as the tag arms are separated. With the tag loop held open, the product moves into the loop, and the tag is thereby applied to the product.

Formed on the turn dial is a handle which the user grasps and rotates to indicate the number of times the bottle has been filled with a desired liquid in a 24 hour period.

  • Patent number: 7959023
Abstract: A hydration container includes a bottle having a selected volume and a bottle cap which includes a drinking nozzle. An indicator bearing a sequence of numbers is moveably mounted to the cap so that any one of the numbers in the sequence may be positioned opposite an index on the cap. Preferably, the numbers on the indicator are coordinated with numbers in a recommended daily fluid intake table present on the bottle. Thus when the user increments or decrements the indicator each time the bottle is refilled with fluid, the container will indicate in real time the user's approximate actual fluid consumption versus the intake goal indicated by the table.

Abstract: The present invention is a supplemental feeding bottle device, used in combination with a feeding bottle for a baby. The supplemental feeding bottle device has a first piece with a top outside thread, a bottom outside thread, a rotatable o-ring, a flat round surface at the bottom and a gap for baby food to be held and dispersed into the feeding bottle. The gap is formed between the o-ring and the flat round surface and a second section with a top inside thread and bottom inside thread, an inside wall and lumps on the inside wall. The first section can be rotated counter-clockwise so the o-ring is locked in place between the lumps to prevent the separation of the first and bottom sections of the supplemental feeding bottle device.

Abstract: Medication packaging is designed with one or more of a container, cap, or externally applied ring which fits over the container having a polygonal peripheral side surface. Edges of the polygonal peripheral side surface assure that the packaging lays flat on a flat surface or is attached flat to a metal surface by magnetic forces. Indicia on one or more of the container, cap or externally applied ring is positioned when the user places the packaging on a flat surface such that at a predetermined location the previous dose or last dose is viewable by the user. Each indicia is associated with one edge of the polygonal peripheral side surface. A disk or sleeve member can be used to occlude indicia that is unrelated to the previous or next dose, and the disk or sleeve member can be operated by gravitational or magnetic forces without manipulation by the user.

Abstract: A wellness method, system and kit for preventing and delaying chronic diseases. In an embodiment, the wellness kit comprises stepped portions reduction and control plates, a water bottle, an elastic stretching band, a pedometer, a food and exercise log, wellness cards, a tape measure, and multimedia health information and instruction. The sequentially administered portion reduction and control plates are designed to control and reduce portion size consumption to a targeted portion size by using stepped portion reductions to normalize the reduced size. The water bottle provides visual indication of the number of bottles consumed while the stretching band increases flexibility and circulation by providing a variable resistance to a wide range of motion. To encourage physical activity and good nutrition a pedometer and a food and exercise log is used to record the use of the other tools in the method and kit.

The sidewall is shaped so as to define in transverse cross-section in at least one location a substantially circular outer circumference. The sidewall further includes first and second convex label panel portions each having a convexly curved outer surface. Advantageously, the sidewall is constructed and arranged so that deformation of the sidewall in response to a partial vacuum condition within the internal space will occur primarily in the convex label panel portions. The structure permits the hot fillable container to be constructed without the use of concave vacuum panel portions.
