Abstract: A drinking cup assembly includes a handle with a compartment for storing a utensil. The utensil includes a panel that forms a part of the handle. When the utensil is contained in the compartment, the panel occupies an opening that leads to the compartment. The utensil may be a stirrer, spoon, fork or knife. The handle may be permanently attached to the cup or removable from the cup.

Abstract: The following invention creates a new line of tableware including disposables with at least one small notched, cavity opening or clip-on reserved for food, liquid and items. This tableware will become known as Buddyware™, Notch Top™ in which allows users to hold their food or items such as decorative or favorite objects, accessories, cocktail picks, magnetic cocktail picks, so that they never have to eat alone and where they'll never lose another olive or garnishes and pets will not need to eat off the floor.

Abstract: A reconfigurable label assembly is presented. The assembly includes a container, a front panel, a back panel, a bottom panel, and an optional pair of attachment elements. The bottom panel is disposed between and substantially parallel to the front and back panels in a first configuration to form a label attached to and completely separable from the container. The label is disposed along an outer surface of the container in the first configuration and is configurable to form a receptacle in a second configuration. The front and back panels are separable and the bottom panel is expandable to form the receptacle after the label is removed from the container. The receptacle is capable of holding a consumable product. The receptacle is reconfigurable to the label after use as the receptacle so that the label may be directly reattached to the container. The optional attachment elements cooperate to releasably secure the front, back, and bottom panels to the container in the first configuration.

A scoop has a handle that is removably secured onto the hook. The scoop extends into a cavity defined within the container assembly. The scoop is secured to the upper interior face by the hook to prevent the scoop from falling within or sinking into a granulated or powdered product in the container assembly.

Abstract: An improved reconfigurable label assembly is presented. The assembly includes a container, a front panel, a back panel, a bottom panel, and an optional pair of attachment elements. The label is disposed along an outer surface of the container in the first configuration and is configurable to form a receptacle in a second configuration. The tub includes a body having one or more walls extending from a base, an opening, a neck formed around the opening and extending out from the body to form a lip, and a shelf disposed on an inner perimeter of the neck and below the lip. The container also includes a removable insert disposed below the lip and above the contents. The removable insert includes a scoop implement for dispensing the contents, and an outer frame removably coupled to the scoop implement, the outer frame configured to rest on the shelf and support the scoop implement above the contents. The container also includes a closure configured to removably cover the opening.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a kitchen device, namely a cooking vessel to be used with a cooking utensil. The cooking vessel is adapted to hold the utensil by the stem in order to suspend the cooking implement of the utensil above the container of the cooking vessel. More particularly, the cooking vessel comprises a container having a bottom surface, and a handle extending from the container. The handle has an opening for receiving the stem of the utensil, the opening having a predetermined shape for cooperating with the stem to temporarily hold the stem so that the cooking implement of the utensil hangs above the bottom surface of the container. There is also provided a cooking assembly comprising the cooking vessel and the utensil. There is also provided a handle to be joined to a cooking vessel, as well as a utensil to be used with the cooking vessel.

Abstract: The purpose of the invention is to remove the excess air in an opened, partially used bottle containing effervescent beverages. Further use of the invention can be employed when viscous substances are contained. This is achieved by rotating a base of a bottle that is connected to a tab at the bottom of an inner bladder liner that is contained inside a bottle. The invention shows a bottle system for dispensing and maintaining effervescent beverages fresher for a longer period of time after a bottle has been opened. The bottle also improves the dispensing of thick substances found in many products that have viscous properties. The system offers a more efficient, easy solution for the dispensing of such substances from their containers by employing a collapsible inner bladder liner contained inside a bottle.

A recessed portion extends from the rear portion distal sidewall. The recessed portion can be lifted to open the can.

Abstract: An adapter to be pressed into the neck of a bottle to receive a syringe for accessing the bottle contents by a syringe. The adapter has a distal end that extends into the bottle and a normally closed valve located at that distal end to prevent the contents from leaking out of the bottle if the bottle is inverted. An upper flange of the adapter seats against the top of the bottle and is recessed into the top of the bottle to prevent easy access to pry the adapter out of the bottle. A cap is also disclosed that is adapted to be pressed into the neck of a bottle. The cap has an upper lid that is hinged to a lower body to allow the upper hinge to move between a closed position sealing the bottle and an open position where the bottle is accessible by a syringe.

Abstract: A dishwasher basket for use with baby bottle nipples includes a specially designed rack that maintains baby bottle nipples in an upright position during the washing and drying. The nipple, the bottle body and the shut off valve are in fluid communication with each other. The shut off valve includes a timing mechanism, where the timing mechanism is coupled to a reset actuator that operates the timing mechanism to open the shut off valve for a feeding time period, and where the shut off valve closes to shut off fluid flow into the nipple after the feeding time period expires.

Abstract: A storage bin comprises a cover panel and a scoop. The cover panel may be slidably or rotatably moved to expose the interior of the storage bin. The scoop is stored internally in the storage bin and is exposed when the cover panel is open. The design of the cover panel provides advantages to consumers by providing a durable and versatile method of access to the contents of the storage bin. The storage of the scoop within the storage bin limits contamination of the scoop during storage and provides easy access to the scoop when the cover panel is open. A reusable labeling surface allows the consumer to conveniently identify a variety of stored items over the storage bin's lifetime.

In an embodiment, the present invention provides a dispensing system comprising an overcap having an attachment member attached to a portion of a surface of the overcap and a foldable scoop including a handle and a cup. The handle has at least one connector so constructed and arranged for releasably attaching the handle to the attachment member of the overcap. The foldable scoop can be releasably attached to the overcap in a variety of ways.

Abstract: The individually detachable drink pack includes a plurality of beverage containers aligned in a substantially linear fashion. A tab is disposed about the periphery of the cap and/or base of each container and extends to the next container, attaching to the next container's base or cap to another tab. In this manner, the containers are attached end to end, or may be branched to start a side chain of containers, also linked end to end. Each tab is relatively thin and flexible, having sufficient strength to normally keep the containers connected, yet being frangible such that the tab may be broken by being bent or torn, thus allowing consecutive beverage containers to be separated and the contents thereof consumed.

The storage devices for the paint rollers and paint roller covers are cylindrical containers, having a lid, which are flared outwardly at their upper portions and have a foam insert at the bottom for forming a spongy seal with the painting implement. The container for the cover has a core in it over and around which the roller cover fits. The paint implement holder may be a foam insert which is sized to fit inside of a paint can, e.g. a one or a five gallon can. The foam inserts have openings for receiving one or more paint implements. Alternatively, the paint brush holder is a rectangular-shaped container having a foam insert fitted to its upper portion. The exterior of the insert is sized to fit the container. The insert has an opening for holding a paint brush collar to allow the bristles to be in the container without touching the bottom. The insert keeps the brush wet and from drying out.
