Abstract: The present invention describes an improved plastic drink bottle. By preparing a drink bottle with separate closed internal compartments that allow for access to drinking fluids in one or both closed internal compartments, one may effectively cool beverages and supply more than one beverage in a single drink bottle.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a transiently-extant drink bottle. The drink bottle is formed from joining two separate closed internal compartments, each compartment capable of holding a unique drinking fluid. Joining of the compartments allows for greater consumer choice in beverage selection as well as cooling of one beverage through its non-contact proximity to a frozen beverage. The transient nature of the proximity of closed internal compartments allows for multiple use and combination of drinking fluids.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a bottle with a peripheral chamber. The bottle comprises a bottle body, a wall of the bottle body curving inwards thus creating a chamber therein, and a cover of the chamber. The cover can be opened or closed by using a concave depression on the bottle body. The bottle further comprises a container of the chamber so that the chamber can hold a second object in addition to a first object in the bottle body. The bottle is capable of carrying different objects simultaneously. Since the chamber is formed directly from the bottle body, the present invention is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

Abstract: A multi flavor beverage bottle comprises a plurality of flavor packets wherein each flavor packet has an outer layer and an inner layer forming a void therebetween. A lance is perpendicularly interposed between the outer layer and inner layer of each flavor packet wherein the lance further comprises a tapered end for piercing a sidewall of the beverage bottle when the lance is compressed. Webbing is secured between each flavor packet so that the inner layer of the plurality of flavor packets is contiguously secured, to the sidewall of the beverage bottle. Flavoring liquid is contained within each flavor packet so that upon piercing the sidewall of the beverage bottle the flavoring liquid is in fluid communication with the unfavored liquid of the beverage bottle and provides a flavor to the liquid contained therein.

Abstract: A bottle for dispensing products, and in particular a container for dispensing fluids, semi-solid, ointments, gels, paste, creams, powder, and the like. The substances in the container are naturally fed by gravity to a dispensing portion without the need for the dispenser to be placed in a vertical position, upside down position, or inclined position in order to allow the substances to move to the tip of the dispensing portion, all the while maintaining the container in a horizontal orientation.

Abstract: A beverage bottle particularly adapted for promotional use having a body portion, a seal portion and promotional product. The body portion having a sidewall portion extending vertically between a neck portion and a base portion, the sidewall portion having a flange portion which peripherally defines a cavity portion. The cavity portion extending a predetermined depth inwardly of the plane of the sidewall portion. The seal portion disposed over the flange portion and cavity portion of the body portion to sealably enclose the cavity portion and provided provided with a pressure sensitive adhesive for sealing the seal portion to the flange portion. The pressure sensitive adhesive adhesive enabling the seal portion to be peeled from and resealed to the flange portion of the body portion.

The cap (2) has an upper wall (4) and a cylindrical skirt (5) depending therefrom. A reservoir (7) is formed on the underside of the upper wall (4) radially within the skirt (5) and has a dispensing opening (9). A sealing member (3) is fitted into the closure cap (2) to close the dispensing opening in the reservoir. When the assembly is fitted to the container the sealing member fits into the neck of the container with an interference fit such that when the closure cap (2) is removed from the container, the sealing member (3) remains held within the neck of the container and is separated from the closure cap so that the dispensing opening is opened and material contained therein is dispensed into the container.

Abstract: The present invention provides a beverage container comprising two separate compartments, a first compartment having an internal volume of 2-50 ml holding an aqueous liquid and a second compartment having an internal volume of 2-50 ml holding an oleogenous liquid, said aqueous liquid and said oleogenous liquid being present in the container in a weight ratio of less than 3:1, said first compartment comprising a first dispensing aperture and said second compartment comprising a second dispensing aperture, wherein the first dispensing aperture and the second dispensing aperture can be simultaneously positioned in the mouth of an average adult human. Unexpectedly, the inventors have discovered that if the aqueous liquid and the olegenous liquid are simultaneously ingested from the beverage container, hardly no fatty mouthfeel is experienced by the consumer.

A method of removing a potable bottle cap and storing it on said bottle while in use is also disclosed.

Abstract: A collapsible insert having one or more chambers and at least one weakened area is disclosed. Edible ingredients are placed in the chambers, and the edible ingredients are released through the weakened area when the collapsible insert collapses. A bottle having a removable cap that can hold the collapsible insert also can be provided. The collapsible insert collapses when the removable cap is placed on the bottle so that the edible substance is released through the weakened area into the bottle. The collapsible member can also have an extending tube that fits into a neck of the bottle, exposing the collapsible insert. When the cap is placed on the bottle, it collapses the collapsible insert to release the ingredients into the bottle.

Abstract: A dual compartment container, such as a drink bottle, including a container body as a primary compartment for receiving and storing matter, having a mouth, a base and a side wall. The sidewall is substantially cylindrical except for a portion of the side wall that is indented into the container body that forms a recess on the outer surface of the container body. The dual compartment container also has an arcuate rotating cover structured and arranged to rotate from an open position, overlying an arcuate portion of the side wall, to a closed position, overlying the recessed portion of the side wall. The auxiliary side compartment is formed in the recess on the outside of the side wall between the side wall and the rotating cover. The rotating cover is guided in its rotation between the open and closed positions by a channel and following member. Preferably, a locking mechanism is included to lock the rotating cover in open and closed positions.

Abstract: Fresh ingredients stored in a sealed fresh product dispensing system chamber, which are then dispensed into a beverage or other product container for consumption or usage by simply pressing on the top of the fresh product dispensing system. This allows for a natural and fresh product. It also allows for certain types of products to be introduced which otherwise degrade or lose potency, color, flavor and/or nutritional benefits when products are mixed during the manufacturing process as with ready-to-drink beverages. The system also allows for shipment of products in the fresh product dispensing system to be shipped without water or fluid bottles with reduced cost of shipping. The fresh product dispensing system compartment can also be segmented into several compartments allowing for each ingredient to be stored in an individual segregated compartment prior to usage.

The container is of the type comprising, in one wall, a reserve into which is fixed a hollow sealed insert (4) containing a fluid in which particles can move. The container is characterized in that the insert (4) comprises a body (13) in the form of a dish intended to hold said fluid and a blanking plate (15) provided on the front face of the body (13), which extends beyond this face, forming an annular region (16) around the body (13), in that the reserve has a complementary shape to the insert (4), and in that the rear face (17) of this annular region (16) constitutes the region via which the insert (4) is fixed by bonding into the reserve. The invention can be used in bottles that have an insert.

Abstract: This invention container comprises a container shell comprising a body portion, adjoining cap portion and enclosed stopper, and an engineered separation site to facilitate separation of body and cap. The stopper has a raised nipple on the stopper, positioned such that a portion of the stopper is enclosed within the body portion and a portion of the stopper is enclosed within the cap portion. When the cap portion is removed from the body portion, a portion of the nipple therefore extends out of the body portion, allowing easy access to the stopper for cleaning or contents removal. In addition, there is an engineered separation site which includes a partial attenuation of the thickness of part of the container wall. Raised gussets are provided to enhance the cooperation between the instant invention and various needle-free connectors known in the art.

Abstract: The object of this invention is to provide a multi-partitioned body of a tubular container, in which inner space is divided by a partition wall or walls into multiple compartments disposed in a row. Technically, such a multi-partitioned body of a tubular container can be manufactured in a single molding operation, at a low cost, and in as few production steps as possible, causing no seam that spoils the appearance of the multi-partitioned tubular body and allowing the lower end of the body of a tubular container to be pressed flat in a uniform thickness. The tubular body comprises the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3 unpeelably laminated with each other over some peripheral length or lengths in a certain range or ranges of the ring cross-section. The inner layer 2 can be broken away from the outer layer 3 to form a partition wall or walls 8 that divide the inner space 9 of the tubular body into compartments.

Abstract: The present invention provides a portable water bottle, cup and dish assembly and method for humans and pets wherein a readily accessible water bottle and cup are integrally housed within a delivery dish. The portable water bottle, cup and dish assembly provides a bottle removably housed within a central compartment of a cup. In addition, the bottle is removably attached within a delivery dish so that the bottle and the cup are removably housed therein. The cup and the delivery dish are each configured in size and shape to provide access for a human and a pet to drink therefrom, respectively. Optionally, the bottle comprises an insulating internal chamber adapted to insulate the liquid housed therein, keeping the liquid at a constant temperature for a period of time. Alternatively, the cup and/or the delivery dish comprise insulating capabilities adapted to insulate the liquid.

Abstract: An apparatus for adding medicine to a standard baby bottle nipple. The apparatus comprises a nipple that has side measurements to allow a caretaker to place a volume of liquid medicine within the nipple. Then, the medicine can be capped off with a stopper and the nipple attached to a standard baby bottle with milk or formula mixture within it. The stopper does have a small hole to allow the milk or formula to enter the nipple, where it will be consumed with the liquid medicine mixture. However, due to the small nature of the hole in the stopper, the medicine will be consumed in large part before the infant or toddler even begins to consume the milk or formula mixture.

Abstract: A package system which combines an article and a container in an integrated package with the article secured in nested relationship within a recess of the container. The recess has sufficient depth such that portions of the side walls of the container extend outwardly effectively beyond an exposed surface of the article so as to protect the article against damage. Alternatively, the package system includes a pair of spaced columns which are integrally formed with the side wall of the container and which extend outwardly from the side wall. A recess is formed between the column members which is configured to receive an article in nested relationship within the recess. Methods for securing the article in nested relationship within the recess of the container are also disclosed.

Abstract: A bottle contains at least one oxygen chamber allowing a user to breathe pure oxygen by placing their mouth and nose in a facemask contoured to fit the users face. The bottle also holds water so the user can drink clean pure water as well. The oxygen is pressurized allowing more oxygen to be stored in the chambers and to aid the user in getting the oxygen into his or her lungs. The present invention allows a user to drink water and breathe pure oxygen in a safe and convenient manner.

The liquid contained by the inner vessel flows from the two-compartment vessel prior to the liquid contained in the outer vessel flowing therefrom.

In other versions the topping is carried within the cap or cover of the package, and is selectively dispensed by the consumer after the package has been opened.

The inner wall is arranged at an angle diagonal to a plane tangential to the front of the bottle such that products contained in each interior chamber are simultaneously viewed when the bottle is observed from the front of the bottle.

Abstract: A container for vending single servings of beverages and snack foods, includes a liquid-impermeable wall providing a compartment for the beverage. An inside section of the wall defines a recess isolated from the compartment and open to the container exterior at the bottom. Near the upper end of the recess, the inside wall diameter is decreased in steps, to frictionally engage a leading edge region of a snack-food cartridge or other product inserted into the recess. A pull tab between the cartridge and the recess is accessible to remove the cartridge. Alternatively, a cartridge wrapper can be shaped to provide a pull tab component. The preferred snack-food cartridge includes a compliant thin film or foil wrapping surrounding a stack of cookies, a bar, or other snack food. In alternative arrangements, the container has a vertical slot for viewing a cartridge inserted into the recess, or is formed with horizontal top and bottom wall sections.

The base defines a first opening and has a substantially semi-spherical concave wall surrounding the first opening, and the hollow member includes a substantially semi-spherical convex wall that pivotably (slidably) fits within the concave wall of the base. The hollow member is snap-coupled to the base using a pair of pins and a pair of cam grooves that facilitate movement of the hollow member between a closed (first) position and an open (second) position. The base can be integrally formed onto the bottle to provide a two-piece multi-chambered container.

Abstract: A portable, single-use container for separately containing a first and second consumable products. The container includes a first compartment and a second compartment. The first compartment tapers at an upper portion thereof to form a spout. The spout facilitates dispensing of a contained first consumable product from the first compartment. The second compartment, in turn, tapers at an upper portion thereof to form a mouth. The mouth facilitates dispensing of a second consumable product from the second compartment. The first and second compartments are assembled to one another in a side-by-side fashion such that the spout abuts the mouth. With this configuration, during use, a first consumable product and a second consumable product can be dispensed from the container in close proximity to one another for convenient consumption. In one preferred embodiment, the first compartment contains a volume of milk and the second compartment contains a quantity of cereal.

Abstract: A package for companion products has two containers (102, 104), each comprising a mating formation (408, 502) protruding in a direction toward the other container and defining a mating surface facing at an angle to the direction of protrusion and engaging the mating surface of the other container. Each container has a generally flat bottom and a center of gravity in vertical alignment with the generally flat bottom, whereby each container can stand independently of the other container. The shape of each container is the same as the other, and the containers are attached to one another. The shape enables the mating surfaces to be brought into engagement with one another by movement in a plane parallel to the bottoms of the containers.

The adapter also includes a first seal for sealing an opening in the threaded portion and a second seal for sealing the aperture. In use a removal of the first seal permits fluid communication between the containment region and fluid in the bottle, permitting the formation of a mixture. A removal of the second seal permits the mixture to be dispensed. Methods for storing a composition for subsequent mixing with a fluid and for delivering a mixture of a composition and a fluid are also addressed.

The upper container body has a coverable first opening on a proximal end and the lower container body has a coverable second opening on a proximal end. The proximal ends of the upper and lower container bodies may be moved axially toward each other so that covering of the second opening in the lower container body is removed and then the covering of the first opening in the upper container body is removed, after which the contents of the upper and lower container bodies can be mixed with each other.

Abstract: The present invention provides a beverage container having a plurality of compartments so that each compartment may hold a separate beverage or the same beverage, thus providing a consumer to select for consumption the beverage in one of the compartments and preserve the temperature of the beverage in the other compartment for later selection. The compartments may be configured in a vertically separated embodiment or a horizontally separated embodiment. The invention further provides a compartmentalized travel container for prolonged and selective consumption of liquids in order to facilitate heat or cold retention.

Abstract: The stick of single-dose plastic bottles comprises a plurality of bottles (1) connected together separably by at least two rows of tabs (3, 5) at the base or foot of the stick, and in another, remote position, and the rupture lines (3C, 5A) for separating and using the bottles are not aligned. This stiffens the stick so that it resists deformations which would otherwise be possible along coaxial rupture lines.
