Abstract: A holder for knives or tools includes a vessel of an elastic material that has a chamber. Linear bristles fill and are arranged in adjacent rows within the chamber so that the vessel exerts a compression force on the linear bristles. Each bristle has a generally rectangular cross-section transverse to a length of the bristle. The linear bristles receive and retain knives or tools via a friction force irrespective of the orientation of the knives or tools when inserted into the vessel and irrespective of the orientation of the vessel. The holder assembly can include a suction cup via which the vessel can be coupled to a surface, and a base plate that receives the suction cup for mounting to different (e.g., uneven, non-smooth) surfaces.

The bed includes a strip of belting having a front end, a back end, and opposing sides, an animal bed having a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber. The first fluid chamber is provided within the strip of belting and includes a first width extending between a first side and a second side of the first fluid chamber. The second fluid chamber is provided within the strip of belting and includes a second width extending between a first side and a second side of the second fluid chamber. A first fluid supply tube is in fluid connection with the first chamber, and a second fluid supply tube is in fluid connection with the second chamber, wherein the first and second chambers are fluidly isolated from one another. Ends of the cover part each have a pair partially ovoid portions and a concave middle section between them. A continuous curved surface extends from one partially ovoid portion through the concave middle section to the other partially ovoid portion. A substantially planar rim may be located at each end above, in front of and to the rear of the partially ovoid portions. A retaining projection on the bottom part may engage an edge of an aperture in the cover part. A label may cover the outer surfaces of the ends. An interface between the cover part and the bottom part may decline, back to front. The front of the cover part may have a lower downwardly convex edge.

Abstract: A carton divider having vertically oriented longitudinal partitions and vertically oriented transverse partitions interengaged to form a grid of cells for receiving glass containers or the like. Adjacent cells share a wall having opposing faces, and a vertically extending reinforcing strip is mounted only on a medial portion of at least one of the opposing faces of each wall.The reinforcing strips thus provide adequate cushioning protection for the containers to be packaged in the carton, while minimizing the amount of the material required to fabricated the partitions.
