To manufacture the metal sheet construction, a punch having first pins and second pins, punches simultaneously a row of the first holes and the second holes in a piece of metal sheet. Next, the metal sheet is relatively moved to the punch. The punch punches a next row of the first holes and the second holes. The punching and being moved process are alternatively repeated until the window is made.
