A number of fingers extend through the sidewall for retaining the beverage container. Abstract: The present invention discloses a charging cup holder with slot having a cup sleeve, a fixing base and a cup carrier, the cup sleeve used for a cup passing through is hinged to the upper end of the fixing base, and the cup carrier for supporting the cup is hinged to the lower end of the fixing base, wherein a USB interface used to electrically connect with a mobile terminal is provided on the fixing base and the cup sleeve is provided with two opposite slots for placing the mobile terminal. The charging cup holder may not only hold the cup, but also the mobile terminals can be placed in the slot of the cup sleeve conveniently, such as cell phones and other mobile electronic devices, to realize charging easily by electrically connecting to the USB interface on the fixing base.

The container vessel includes a downward extending, half-spherical upper member and a lower neck. Formed inside the container vessel is a center bore that receives a complimentary shaped beverage container. The upper member and the perimeter edge on the base are configured to form a gripping space between the beverage container and the upper member. When the lower neck is placed inside the upper hole, the base's perimeter edge supports the upper member and allows the vessel to swivel freely when a beverage container is placed in the vessel.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for creating a negative bias pressure within a liquid reservoir. Embodiments may include providing a liquid reservoir coupled with an aerosol generator. The liquid reservoir may be sealed to create the sealed reservoir. An ambient pressure may be maintained while the liquid reservoir is being sealed and the ambient pressure may be maintained in the sealed liquid reservoir until a portion of the liquid is dispensed. Further, embodiments may include vibrating the aperture plate to dispense the portion of the liquid. The portion of the liquid dispensed may decreases the amount of the liquid in the sealed reservoir. By decreasing the amount of liquid in the sealed reservoir, a negative bias pressure between an air side and a liquid side of the aperture plate may be created.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure involve a pill-filtering article that is located and secured inside a pill container. According to one example embodiment, an assembly of articles distributes one pill at a time in the form of a single-pill dispensing apparatus that includes a pill-storage container and such a pill-filtering article. The container has an inner wall, an upper portion with a rim region where a cap may be secured, and a lower portion for containing pills. The pill-filtering article has a size and a shape that facilitates securing the article inside the pill-storage container near the inner wall, above the lower portion, and below the upper rim region, and also configured with a plurality of channel-defining regions including a first channel-defining region through which one-pill at a time passes and including a second channel-defining region through which one pill at a time passes.

The door has a push section and a flip section connected by a hinge. First and second pivot supports on the lid body are separated by the opening. The opening extends between the first and second pivot supports and engages the door at first and second discrete locations, respectively. As such, the flip section pivots about the hinge in response to downward pressure applied to the push section to uncover the opening.

The package also includes an outer cover having an upper section and a cover sidewall depending from the upper section. The outer cover is configured to retain the container and selectively seal the opening. The container pivots about the apex to transition between open and closed positions.

The abutting portion is rotatable in a direction that a projecting amount of the abutting portion from the case decreases when an upward force is applied from below. The urging device urges the abutting portion in a direction that the abutting portion projects from the case, and in a direction that the abutting portion returns to an initial position.

The cover is movable to a second, open position to permit pill removal. The cover has a gate positioned in an open position when the cover is in its closed position, and the gate moves to a closed position when the cover is moved to its open position. A child resistant safety lock and/or a date indicator may also be included.

Abstract: A lid (2) for a closed container incorporates an opening which can be closed by a door (5) provided with side walls (18) so that even when the door is open, the only access to the interior of the container is through a slot (8) in a wall (7) of the door unit. Needles or other sharps may be introduced through the opening (8) into the container for safe storage. When the door (5) is pushed down to close the opening, a two-part live hinge formed by grooves (14) acts to bias the door into the closed position. Re-opening is achieved by pressing on the flange (6) incorporating the grooves (14). A flap (21) provides a secondary closure device.

Abstract: A child-resistant container closure constructed according to the present invention comprises a disk shaped cover plate attached to body section formed as a substantially cylindrical wall. A movable handle or tab is attached to the cover plate to aid a user in pulling the closure from a container in which the closure is installed. A well or recess is provided in cover plate to house the handle in a closed position. A ridge on the end of the handle cooperates with a mating ridge in the wall of the recess to retain the handle in a closed position. A resilient spring is provided in the recess so that when the handle is released from the recess, it is urged into a position in which it may be conveniently gripped by a user. An undercut groove or notch is provided on the outside surface of the cylindrical wall adjacent the cover plate. The notch engages a mating lip or ridge extending inward from the inner surface of the mouth of the product container to secure the closure to the product container.

Abstract: There is disclosed a child resistant cap and container assemblage comprising a container and a cap member that is secured to the container so that it can not be removed without either breaking the cap member or damaging the seal that joins the cap member to the container. The cap member is provided with a nozzle having an internal locking means so that the contents of the container can not be accessed when the container is in its normal upright position. To access the contents in the container, the assemblage is titled to disengage the locking means enabling the nozzle to be opened and permitting a user to access the contents of the container using only one hand.

Abstract: A self-sealing closure for sealing a receptacle is disclosed. The closure contains a lid having a depressed area and at least one orifice within the depressed area, and a shutter matching the orifice which contains a lever.The shutter is held against the orifice. The shutter contains a device for preventing the pushing of the shutter away from the orifice when force is applied to the lever in a direction substantially orthogonal to the plane of the orifice.

Abstract: A container closure assembly comprising a rigid lid and a separately formed flexibly resilient sealing member mounted to the lid and moveable with the lid between closed and open positions relative to the container. Rocking lugs are integrally formed with either the lid or the seal member for a rocking of the lid to an open position for removal from the container. Cooperating positioning lugs are provided to position the closed lid, with seal member, relative to the container mouth.

Abstract: A container closure comprising a rigid lid and a separably formed flexibly resilient seal mounted thereto. The lid includes a top panel with a depending annular flange. The seal includes a solid central panel with an upwardly directed integral flange peripherally thereabout and receiving the lid flange. The seal flange mounts opposed pivot points engageable with the upper edge of a container and defining a pivot axis. A positioning rib extends peripherally about the seal flange between the pivot points for seated engagement on the upper edge of the container.

Abstract: A rectangular storage container having a pivotal cover and a body either of which having semicylindrical blocks or rods mounted to their structure providing fulcra in opening the cover. In a preferred embodiment, the storage container includes a square cover and a square body. The square cover comprises a pair of pivots on an inside surface and symmetrically positioned on opposite peripheral sides, a block on the inside surface and centrally positioned at a first end thereof, a chamfer at the first end, and a notch at an opposite second end thereof. The square body comprises an upper peripheral rim and a flange. The pair of pivots and the block rest on the upper peripheral rim of the body while the peripheral sides of the cover rest on the flange of the body. The pair of pivots serve as fulcra and thereby the cover can be opened by applying a force on the first end with the chamfer of the cover being flush with the flange of the body.

Abstract: An easy opening and reclosable top closure assembly for a container is provided. The assembly comprises a container top having a substantially circular aperture of a given diameter formed therein, a closure disc having a diameter greater than the given diameter of the aperture whereby the closure disc completely covers the bottom of the aperture when it is positioned in the closed position, a cover disc having a diameter at least as great as the given diameter of the aperture whereby the cover disc completely covers the top of the aperture when it is positioned in the closed position, and a narrow hinged post connecting the closure disc and the cover disc, said post being of such a length whereby the discs are tightly frictionally engaged against the container when opened and said post being sufficiently flexible that the cover disc can be rotated and inserted through the aperture.

The lid includes a depending peripheral sealing flange engaged with the container adjacent the mouth, and a top panel with a base surface having a pair of spaced fulcrums seated on the mouth edge. When the lid seals the container the under or base surface of the major portion parallels the mouth edge with the flange engaged with the container wall completely about the mouth. The minor portion of the top panel of the lid includes an under or base surface upwardly angled or offset from the mouth edge in the sealed position of the lid whereby pressure on the minor portion pivots the lid about the fulcrums and upwardly releases the major portion of the lid and corresponding portion of the flange from the container mouth.

Abstract: A skipping rope assembly of a type particularly useful by small children or handicapped people attempting to learn how to coordinate movements required for skipping rope includes a relatively stiff elongate skipping element which carries handles on its opposite ends. The handles are readily removable so they can be opened to permit the ends of the skipping element to be adjusted lengthwise therein, thereby adjusting the length of the exposed portion of the skipping element defined between the handles.

Abstract: A rectangular container assembly having a cover and a base tray. The base tray has a flange member along the exterior surface of the wall of the base tray to keep the cover in position and has a sealing ring provided above the flange member to effect an intimate connection for this container. Each corner formed by the lateral wall of the cover is smoothly curtailed so as to facilitate the opening of this container by pressing one of the corners.

Abstract: A sealed container is provided comprising a container body and a container closure. The container body comprises a main barrel-shaped body portion, a closed lower end and an open upper end, together with a generally peripherally extending ridge and an outwardly extending ear. The container closure comprises a generally circular top panel, a downwardly depending peripheral wall terminating in a curled lower end edge, and a generally outwardly extending mounting projection which is adapted to engage a mounting projection extending inwardly from the peripheral wall of the closure. The closure can be easily removed from, and positioned onto, the container body; and the opening and closing operations can be performed safely.

Abstract: A dispenser for air-treating vapors of the type having lower and upper members adjustable to different vertically spaced positions to control the dispensing of air-treating vapors. The invention includes a lever hinged at one end to the upper member and having a depression surface at its opposite end and further having a lower fulcrum in contact with the lower member midway between the lever ends. The lever serves to raise the upper member to open the device for vapor-dispensing. The fulcrum is preferably a convex cam about which the lever rotates during depression. Certain preferred embodiments include various interacting elements on the lever and the lower member or on the upper and lower members to control and limit the raising of the upper member. In preferred embodiments the hinge is centrally located to provide a generally central lift point for the upper member.

Abstract: A child-resistant package in which a plug type closure has an annular seal acting radially outwardly against the internal wall of the circular opening to provide a seal. A pair of spaced fulcrums are provided by which the closure is tilted relative to the container to disengage the seal and move the closure into a position from which it can be removed from the opening in the container.

Abstract: A child resistant closure cap is detachably fastened over a peripheral flange associated with a container. The cap has a peripheral bottom flange upon which is located a plurality of fulcrum members which rest upon the top edge of the container flange. Located beneath a selected number of fulcrum members is a projecting undercut, which undercut as positioned underlies the container flange. One of the undercuts is not associated with a fulcrum member and above this undercut, a force is applied by a user to cause the cap to pivot about the fulcrums releasing the same from the container.

Abstract: The needle pack includes a base member, provided with a needle holder portion and a flexible cover member. The base member has one end edge attached to an end edge of the cover member and an engaging lug is formed at the other end of the cover member for engagement with a hole formed in the base member. The cover member is formed with a convex portion near the edge attached to the base member and a concave portion formed in contact with the base member adjacent to the convex portion whereby when the convex portion is pushed down, the cover member springs up due to the fulcrum action of the concave portion and the engaging lug is disengaged from the hole of the base member to open the cover member.

Abstract: A seal cap assembly for a reservoir casing comprises a first seal cap having an annular thick rim portion detachably secured over the upper opening of the casing and a vertical expansible diaphragm formed in a piece with the inner periphery of the rim portion to be disposed within the casing and a second cap assembled with the thick rim portion of the first cap to facilitate removal of the cap assembly from the casing by a pushing force given to the second cap.
