Abstract: A drainage tubing management device is provided. The drainage tubing management device generally comprises a body including a planar field, and having plural pairs of spaced-apart protrusions extending from said field, each pair of protrusions sized to accept flexible drainage tubing therebetween, wherein pairs of the protrusions are arranged in at least first and second rows such that drainage tubing may be retained with respect to said body along the first and second rows, at least one aperture in said body, and a securement mechanism comprising one or more of (a) a post having a longitudinal axis, said post being insertable through within said aperture and having a terminal flange occluding passage of said post through said aperture, said post being sufficiently rigid to support said body and (b) a flexible hanging strap insertable through said aperture and having a terminal flange occluding passage of said strap through said aperture.

Abstract: A product displaying holder system is configured to be removably coupled to a surface of a component. The product displaying holder system includes a retaining bracket having a longitudinal main beam and one or more securing mounts. Holder channels are formed through the longitudinal main beam. One or more product holders are removably coupled to the retaining bracket. Each product holder includes a bracket-mating stud that is retained within one of holder channels. The holder channels allow the product holder(s) to be selectively positioned at different locations along the main beam. One or more securing assemblies are coupled to the securing mount(s). The securing assemblies are configured to securely couple the product displaying holder system to the surface of the component. In at least one embodiment, the securing mount(s) are perpendicular to the main beam.

Abstract: A secure package delivery system comprises a lockable container configured for securement to a movable door or exterior wall of a building structure. The container includes a walled body and openable lid. A vertically and horizontally adjustable dolly handle assembly is slideably coupled to a rear of the body and operable to form an adjustable gap for receiving a portion of the door to trap and secure the container in place. The handle assembly is lockable in place to the container and in vertical position by a crank mechanism operated via a lever. The container further includes a movable securement aperture in the handle assembly and wall pin which permits securing the container to a wall via operation of handle assembly and crank mechanism. A movable latch operated by the crank mechanism secures the wall pin in the securement aperture to prevent removal of the container.

Abstract: This invention includes portable trash receptacles that can be used by vehicle occupants to dispose of garbage when in an automobile, truck, boat, airplane, or other vehicle. Embodiments of the invention can be used to store other things, such as toys, papers, or snacks. Embodiments of the invention are designed to take up unused space in the vehicle, and also the embodiments are designed to be adjustable in size, to fit any vehicle. Some embodiments of the invention also include a roll-top lid, and other embodiments are made of clear material, so that the user can see their contents. Still other embodiments include side compartments, to make them multifunctional. Embodiments contain modifications such as liners, making them easier to clean. The invention also includes a method for vehicle occupants to dispose of trash.

Abstract: Representative implementations of devices and techniques provide a mounting dock to receive and to support an implement (such as a handgun, for example) or an implement holster (such as a handgun holster, for example). The dock includes a substantially planar mount portion having two substantially planar surfaces opposite to each other and a plurality of side edges. The substantially planar mount portion includes an entry edge on a first side edge and a grip portion on a second side edge. The dock includes at least one hard mount base configured to temporarily or permanently couple the hard mount component to a selected surface in a variety of configurations.

Abstract: A quickly-sealing cover having a cover body matched with a cup body or bottle body, in which the lower end of cover body is partially embedded. The outer wall at the lower end is equipped with an inward-retracted bevel edge, forming a wedge-shaped opening surrounding the lower end. Below the cover body a push pedal is flexibly installed on which a sealing ring is equipped. The upper edge of the sealing ring is opposite the wedge-shaped opening. The upper edge of the sealing ring is embedded into the wedge-shaped opening when the push pedal moves upward. This achieves a perfect sealing effect between cover body and cup body or bottle body. The cover is firmly attached to the mouth edge of cup body or bottle body due to static friction force increased, without screw connection, thus the mouth edge may be in any form in addition to circle.

Abstract: A waste-disposal device for use with a bag unit of the type having an annular component from which a free end of tube extends to form a bag. The waste-disposal device comprises a bin having an open top end for accessing an inner cavity of the bin. A support is in the bin adjacent to the open top end and adapted to support the annular component of the bag unit for waste to be received in the bag of the bag unit extending in the inner cavity of the bin, by passing through a central opening thereof. A closing mechanism comprises a door pivotally connected to the support by at least one pivot and an abutment surface in the bin, a pivot axis of the at least one pivot being located at a same height or higher than a bottommost edge of the annular component of the bag unit when received in the support and when the bin has a bottom thereof on the ground.

Abstract: A beverage container and object holder apparatus, and installation method, for use in conjunction with a preexisting airplane cabin window frame assembly for use preferably by passengers located in a window seat. The holder apparatus is mountable and dismountable from an airplane cabin window frame assembly utilizing preexisting window shade U-shaped slide channels located within an airplane cabin window frame assembly. Each holder apparatus is comprised of one or more receptacles, with optional attachable upper ends, where each receptacle and/or upper end has an opening for receiving a beverage container or other objects. The various holder apparatus embodiments provide for selective holder apparatus utilization based on the number of receptacles and proximity of an airplane cabin window to the location of a passenger window seat.

The bag bundle includes a plurality of bags held in a bundle. The bag bundle is removably coupleable to the holding assembly adjacent to or within the container.

Abstract: A holding device is attachable to a rail, cleat, etc., of a boat or other object such that the holding device holds a cooler or similar objects without using up passenger space. The holding device has a frame with extension arms, the main body of the frame attached to the boat either via passing an appropriate upright (cleat, post, etc.,) through an appropriate opening on the frame or using straps passing through slits on the frame. A basket is attached to the frame for holding loads therein. A board is removably attached to frame for use as a working surface or even a basketball backboard.

The door basket a basket body receiving goods, a basket support on which the basket body is detachably disposed, a stopping lever fixing the basket support to a position corresponding to one of a plurality of fixing grooves vertically spaced apart from each other in the bask surface of the door, and an elastic member applying an elastic force to the stopping lever so that the stopping lever is maintained in a state where the stopping lever is inserted into one of the fixing grooves. Thus, the door basket may be more easily adjusted in position, and also, the goods may be more easily taken in or out of the door basket.

Abstract: A storage assembly houses a defibrillator and enables would-be users to quickly (1) identify the defibrillator location and (2) carry the housed defibrillator to a user site. The storage assembly comprises a cover structure, a mounting assembly, and a defibrillator-restraining assembly. The cover structure comprises an open back, a closed front, a cover wall extending from the front to the back, a heart-shaped transverse cross-section. The cover wall spaces the front from the back and has a transverse periphery thereby defining a space sufficient to receive and house the defibrillator. The mounting assembly removably mounts the cover structure to a support wall, and the defibrillator-restraining assembly removably restrains the defibrillator as received within the cover structure. The cover structure may be nested with at least one additional cover structure for reducing space necessary for storage and the like. An optional alarm may be outfitted with the assembly.

The catering assembly furthermore includes lifting elements for raising or lowering the module (6), the runners (14) of which have been accommodated in a the undercut slot (2), over the wall. It is preferable if the slots (2) are widened in places (15) such that a runner (14) can be inserted here in the horizontal direction so as then to hook into the undercut slot (2) after being moved vertically.

Abstract: A molded plastic mixing station housing for mixing water and chemical for car wash applications comprises a generally right hexahedron having a deep top recess which visually divides the housing into parallel spaced apart towers. A cylindrical mixing reservoir is recessed into the front of the housing such that a Hyrominder can be mounted in the top recess to overlie the open top of the mixing reservoir. A stand-off welt wraps around the entire housing just below the vertical center line to provide a stand-off feature for both wall mounting as well as the mounting of a control panel on one of the side surfaces of the housing. Mounting bracket slots are provided in the four upper corners of the housing for both wall mounting and control panel mounting. A deep recess runs down the back side to provide space for an overflow tube. The housing is preferably rotocast from high density polyethylene and may be color coded to match with the supply for a particular chemical.

The upper surface may function as a tray for holding objects in a location accessible to persons in the spa or may have a cavity formed therein which forms a bucket for holding objects in a location accessible to persons in the spa.

Abstract: A vault assembly generally comprises a lock box, an anchor bracket, and a locking member. The lock box includes a mounting wall having a plurality of outward extending hooks arranged in a spaced pattern and a locking opening. The anchor bracket includes a panel for attachment of the lock box including one or more locking openings and a plurality of joining openings for receiving the hooks. The locking member is disposed in the box and includes a locking shaft for insertion in the locking openings and a locking flange on the end to prevent withdrawal. The lock box mounting wall can be attached in a plurality of positions to either side of the panel.

Abstract: An apparatus for assisting an individual in installing shoe coverings. The apparatus comprises a shoe covering casing and an outer casing in which the shoe covering casing is placed. A plurality of shoe coverings are placed within the shoe covering casing and are mounted so that an individual merely needs to place their foot down into the shoe covering casing and move their foot forward, causing a shoe covering to envelop the foot (preferably with a shoe on it). A mounting mechanism within the shoe covering casing continually sets the top shoe covering on the stack of shoe coverings into a position readily capable of accepting shoes so that the shoe coverings can easily envelop these shoes.

Abstract: An index card (10) holding device (12) to be attached to the surface of an object in a very convenient location which can be used to keep notes and record ideas when they are needed. The device allows the outer card being held to be in full view to the user. The outer end caps (18) are closely connected to the middle spacers (16) which are closely connected to the inner flat plate (14) in manner which creates a slot for holding 5 to 20 index cards (10) while allowing the cards to be removed and replaced easily. The thickness of the cards (10) being held creates the holding pressure against the inner flat plate piece (14) and the outer end caps (18). The shape of the middle spacers (16) prevents the cards from sliding out the back of the device. The present invention is attached to a surface by means of pressure sensitive adhesive.

Abstract: A surface mounted dispensing system includes a bracket having a circular flange and a central hub protruding therefrom with a hub including threads thereon. A bottle is providing having a flat back with a circular embossment for receiving the flange and the hub. The embossment includes a depth for enabling the flat back to flushly contact a surface supporting the flange. The embossment includes a grooved central recess for engaging a hub in order that rotation of the bottle in one direction causes the bottle to be secured to the bracket and rotation in an opposite direction causes release of the bottle from the bracket.

Abstract: A holder for disposable medical suction tubes, common referred to as Yankauer suction tubes. The holder is adapted with a back panel for attachment to a vertical surface, an in particular, to an equipment column of the type commonly found in medical facilities such as an emergency treatment room. The holder is adapted to receive the sterile packaging of the Yankauer suction tube through a central bore in a supporting bracket affixed perpendicular to the back panel. A base plate secured perpendicular to the back panel below the supporting bracket provides a rest for the sterile packaging and suction tube.

Abstract: The present application discloses a storage case/hanger combination that enables a storage case for storing relatively thin articles to be hung for display while still enabling the case to be opened for permitting users to inspect the case. The combination comprises a storage case including a pair of cover portions interconnected for movement relative to one another between a closed position closing an interior space of the case and an open position opening an interior space of the case. A plurality of pages are mounted within the interior space of the case. Each of these pages includes at least one pocket for receiving a relatively thin article therein. The pages may be configured to receive various thin articles, including but not limited to, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, collectible cards (e.g., sports cards), stamps, etc. The combination also includes a hanger for hanging the case.

Abstract: A container and support for supporting the container on a wall or other vertical structure. The support has a flexible disk housed within a rigid shell having central opening. A stem protrudes from the disk through the shell opening. A handle is movably coupled to a distal portion of the stem to move between a first and a second position. The movement from the first to the second position causes a force on the stem distorting the flexible disk causing a supporting vacuum between the disk and any contiguous wall. The handle includes an edge for engaging a cooperating portion of a container when the handle is in the second position. The container has a tubular body with a closed bottom and an open top through which any contents of the container can be dispensed. A closure secured to the open top controls the dispensing of the container contents. The tubular body of the container includes a pocket having at least one rim shaped to cooperate with the handle to hold the container.

Abstract: A device for the hanging of screw-top bottles and tubes such as shampoo bottles and toothpaste tubes on a shower curtain rod, towel rod, storage rack, toothbrush rack or any other bar, rail or line. The device has threads on its bottom or lower section that screw to the top or neck of a shampoo bottle or tube and threads on its top or upper section that screw into the cap of the bottle or tube. The device also contains a hanger that hangs it over a rod or bar. The device allows bottles and tubes to be stored out of the way while still allowing for easy and safe access to the stored bottles and tubes.

Abstract: A brake oil extractor includes a bottom base, oil storing tank and a cover. The bottom base is secured on a stationary object by bolts. The oil-storing tank has its polygonal wall correspondingly fitted in the polygonal engage groove of the bottom base. Thus, the cover can conveniently be turned open and separated from the oil storing tank for pouring out the brake oil inside the oil storing tank, able to avoid the brake oil leaking out or splashing over a user because of improperly holding the oil storing tank when turning open the cover.

Abstract: A shipping box or platform having a bottom with rails extending outwardly from the sides thereof adjacent the bottom is locked down onto the floor of an aircraft by a pair of spaced apart elongated locking members mounted on the floor. The distance between the locking members limits the width of the bottom of the shipping box or platform. In order to increase the size of the box or platform, the side walls extend outwardly beyond the width of the bottom. The lockdown rails are thus recessed beneath the side walls of the box or platform.

The lockdown rails are thus recessed beneath the side walls of the box.

Abstract: A microwavable food packaging system includes a tray formed from a base and a sidewall extending from the base which sidewall terminates in a free edge. The base and sidewall define an interior cavity. The free edge defines a tray opening. The base has a raised button extending into the cavity. A sleeve surrounds the tray. The sleeve includes a front panel having a display surface and is disposed adjacent to the tray opening and a rear panel disposed adjacent to the base. The sleeve adjacent to the base extends outwardly to form a leg upon which the sleeve and tray can be upstandingly placed. The tray is adapted to receive food pouches within the cavity. The raised button stabilizes the center of gravity of the food packaging system when the food packaging system is placed in an upstanding position on the leg. Advantageously, at least one food pouch disposed in the cavity.

Abstract: An ashtray assembly ashtray assembly adapted to be fixedly mounted to a wall of a building having a tube-like ashtray with a projection and an alignment fin, a locking nut, and a mounting bracket. The mounting bracket has an elongated vertical slot through it sized to receive the ashtray projection and a coaxial elongated slot on its back surface sized to receive the locking nut. An alignment slot is located on the top surface of the mounting bracket. The projection is inserted through the first elongated vertical slot from the front surface of the mounting bracket and the locking nut is positioned over the projection from the rear surface of the mounting bracket and into the second elongated vertical slot. The assembly is then mounted to a wall or structure. In use, the alignment fin is in the alignment slot to prevent rotation of the assembly.

Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a device for safely storing and transporting saw blades 18 and related tools 34 for installation thereof. The present invention discloses a flat base plate 12 having a spindle 40 centrally located which has threaded fasteners 14 on both sides of the flat plate 12 so that saw blades 18 can be fastened onto both the front and rear face of the base plate 12. The base plate 12 also discloses spacers 22 on its rear side which serve to space the plate away from an object 48 upon which it is mounted. The plate 12 is also equipped with a tool holder 26 attached thereto which provides a compartment 30 for installation tools 34 to mount the blade onto the piece of machinery upon which the blades 18 are to be used. The base plate 12 also provides a carrying handle 24 for easily carrying the base plate 12 and saw blades 18 from one location to another. The present invention also discloses an upper and lower mounting bracket 50, 52 upon which the base plate 12 can be mounted.

Abstract: A cigarette litter bin is provided that includes a mounting element and a receiver element. The receiver is in use, attached to the mounting element by a number of projecting formations engaging with a number of apertures. A biasing means biases the receiver away from the mounting element. The advantage of the bin is that it is faster to remove and replace the receiver from/onto the mounting element than know cigarette litter bins.

Abstract: A holder for securing a pail provided with a handle to a wall of a stable includes a channel bracket adapted for fastening to the support and including a vertical member, at least two substantially parallel lateral members spaced from each other and extending laterally continuously from the vertical member, at least the uppermost lateral member being provided with an aperture. The holder also includes a locking rod that, when passed from the top through the aperture in the uppermost lateral member, confines the handle of a pail supported by the channel bracket. At least one of the channel bracket and the locking rod further includes an elongate portion closely spaced to the inner side wall of the pail and sufficiently long to extend within the pail substantially to its bottom. An assembly for use in feeding or watering an animal includes a pail and the described holder.

Abstract: A display case for simultaneously displaying a phonograph album and record includes a shallow rectangular open topped base tray having a width to receive an album and a length to receive the album and at least a portion of a phonograph record. A support post projects from the bottom of the tray to support and position the record in the case at the end of the tray opposite the album preferably with a portion of the record inserted into an open side of the album. A hinged transparent cover is mounted on the tray to cover the album and record, and a latch is proved to releasably retain the cover in a closed position. Hanger brackets may be mounted on the back of the tray for hanging the case on a wall for displaying the album and record.

Abstract: A secure installing system for mounting a container on a frame member, with ease of access to the container. The installing system is appropriate for use in a medical environment such as a hospital. The frame member may be a shelf bracket, or a cabinet for housing a medical waste container, and may be mounted to a wall. A container such as a glove box holder is installed on the frame member. The container may have a dispenser opening providing ready access to materials such as tissues or surgical gloves. The container is securely mounted to the frame member using a hook and snap arrangement and may be disengaged from the frame member in order to exchange stored materials such as tissues or surgical gloves. Abstract: An apparatus for supporting and dispensing articles such as bags includes a plurality of article supporting and dispensing racks that include a rack insert receiving member and a rack insert member on at least one end portion of each rack so that the racks can be stacked for holding and dispensing different sizes of articles. Each of the racks is provided with hooks that are removably and adjustably mounted on the respective racks. The hooks are adapted to be quickly and easily mounted on and removed from each of the racks so that the hooks can be positioned on a respective rack at selected positions to accommodate different size bags or articles. A locking member may be provided for locking at least two stacked racks to each other.
