Abstract: An apparatus for securing articles to structural members includes a main strap assembly having at least three distinct portions configured for forming a secure loop by attachment of at least one of the portions to another of the portions. The apparatus further includes a pair of parallel ancillary strap assemblies attached transversely to the main strap assembly. Each of the pair is attached to a respective one of ancillary releasable engagement mechanisms at an end thereof, for forming an engageable loop. The ancillary strap assemblies can be used to attach the main strap assembly parallel to an elongate structural member. The secure loop of the main strap assembly can be used for securing a heavy article to a bicycle frame, or the like.

Abstract: A portable cutting board has a reversible panel mounted with clearance in an opening of a frame for turning movement about a pivot axis between first and second cutting positions. Opposite panel surfaces of the panel are coplanar with opposite sides of the board in each cutting position. The panel is movable to a plurality of tilted positions between the first and second cutting positions. The opposite panel surfaces are tilted in each tilted position.

Abstract: This invention relates to a spring-loaded compartmented container that may be used to house Non-Gluten, substantially Gluten-Free, Eucharistic Wafers, and other objects. A goal of the invention is to provide relief to individuals that wish to practice Holy Communion that may have Celiac disease or other Gluten or non-gluten allergies. The compartmented container may contain an attachment device, such as a clip, on at least a side of the container which may be used for mounting purposes, a retaining plate and spring on the interior of the container which may be used to move circular objects to a forward position, and a lid mounted to a hinge that may be activated by a depressible button with a single hand.

Abstract: A dispensable product system including a product housing for a product dispenser that defines a product reservoir. The product housing being mountable to a counter top or wall member having an opening for receiving the product housing through the wall member and opposed major surfaces that are substantially planar. The system includes an opening through a side wall of the housing and a protrusion member positionable from a non-blocking position to a blocking position in that the protrusion member is positionable through the opening from an inside of the side wall of the product housing to project from an outside of the side wall of the product housing for seating against one of the major surfaces of the counter top or wall member to block movement of the product housing with respect to passing through the opening in the wall member in a first direction.

Abstract: Various embodiments of ladders, ladder components, accessories for ladders, ladder systems and related methods are provided. In one embodiment a ladder and platform system is provided having at least two ladders and a platform or plank. The platform or plank has coupling mechanisms that provide adjustable but secure coupling of the platform to the ladders, either with the top cap or with the rungs. Other embodiments include storage devices and paint trays for use with ladders and ladder systems incorporating such devices.

Abstract: An odorless and smokeless vaporizer kit that vaporizes a material for inhalation without igniting the material so as to reduce harmful effects of burning the material by eliminating inhalation of combustion by-products of the material by preventing ignition and combustion of the material. The odorless and smokeless vaporizer kit includes a pouch and a sheet of heat-conducting material. The pouch contains the material. The sheet of heat-conducting material closes the pouch and transfers heat from a heat source to the material to vaporize the material for inhalation without igniting the material so as to reduce the harmful effects of burning the material by eliminating the inhalation of combustion by-products of the material by preventing the ignition and the combustion of the material.

Abstract: A pressure vessel includes: a body comprising a cylindrical section; and a skirt comprising a hip, a leg, and a restraint. The hip formed with or attached to the body and has a profile for receiving an upper portion of the leg. The profile is oversized relative to the leg upper portion, thereby defining a radial clearance between the hip and the leg to account for thermal cycling of the body. The restraint fastens the hip and the leg while allowing limited movement between the hip and the leg to account for the thermal cycling.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for holding a bin-liner on a barbecue grill assembly. The apparatus includes a supporting unit and two frames. The supporting unit is connected to the barbecue grill assembly. The first frame is pivotally connected to the barbecue grill assembly. An upper portion of the bin-liner can be flipped and placed on the first frame. The second frame is pivotally connected to the first frame. The first frame is kept in a horizontal position as the second frame is supported on the supporting unit.

Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a mounting bracket for use with a container. The container has a wall extending from a bottom to an upper edge and has a mounting flange extending outwardly from a portion of the wall. The mounting flange includes an outer surface with a terminal edge leading to upper and lower edges and a pair of distal sides. The mounting bracket has a support side positionable towards the wall of the container. The support side includes a notched section with a base extending outwardly from the support side and a pair of lateral faces extending outwardly and away from edges of the base. Each lateral face includes a member positioned along a portion thereof and which extends towards the other member in a tapering edge such that the sides of the mounting flange are captured between the support side and the extending members.

Abstract: An apparatus for containing sports equipment includes: a wall defining an enclosure and a closeable opening in the enclosure, the wall being see-through at the closeable opening; and divider members configurable to an expanded configuration defining compartments within the enclosure and configurable to a substantially planar collapsed configuration, each compartment being dimensioned for receiving sports equipment, the divider members being removably insertable into the enclosure when in the expanded configuration and in the collapsed configuration. The sports equipment includes soccer balls or other types of balls, marker cones, a first aid kit, cooler for ice and pinnies. A lower section of the apparatus has a see-through front cover and a drain. An upper section may be watertight. The apparatus may include a rigid cylindrical compartment for containing marker cones. A kit may include the apparatus and sports equipment contained within the apparatus.

The container includes three stepped compartments of various sizes and dimensions. The top compartment is cylindrical for holding beverage containers to prevent condensation on electrical components. The container securely attaches on amplifiers, speakers, and other devices used in the music or electrical fields. A pair of C-brackets latch onto the handles of the amplifier, and a pair of legs that create a level plane with the amplifier. A J-shaped arm extends and retracts from the container. A cable can wrap around the arm to prevent tripping and electrical accidents. The arm slides into a channel underneath the container, and locks into position with pins and holes. The outer end of the arm includes a notch for holding an amplifier cable plug.

Abstract: A method of storing material includes placing material in a storage container and removably positioning a magnetic device in a cap. The magnetic device includes a gasket including a magnet. Moreover, the method includes removably fastening the cap to the storage container to form a storage device and magnetically attaching the cap to a metal surface.

Abstract: A foldable container or holder that is foldable from a first flat planar shipping and storing configuration to a second erected generally rectangular configuration having an open top end for storing or holding items. The container or holder is formed from a flat planar blank of stiff material which is die cut, scored and slotted in a pattern which, when folded, forms a generally rectangular container or holder with a suspending tab for hanging or suspending the container r holder on a horizontal support track.

Abstract: A multipurpose cooking stove container is described having a cavity for storing items such as cleaning products and hand sanitizer. The cooking stove container may further comprise a paper towel support and mounting bracket for attachment to a cooking stove or side shelf of a cooking stove. The cooking stove container may also be configured to be resistant to environmental elements such as rain, wind, dust, pollen and the like. A tray portion may be used for storing items and a removable cup may be inserted into the tray for more secure storage of smaller items. The cooking stove container may in one embodiment comprise a front and back member that are attached about a pivot. The front member may pivot to allow access to the inside cavity.

Abstract: A debris receptacle is removably attachable to an edge or lip of a work surface. A receptacle portion of the device has vertically extending sides and defines a volume for receiving debris swept from the work surface. Panels with clamp arms that are configured to extend over a work surface are pivotally attached with pivot pins to each side of the receptacle portion. The pivot pins also secure helically coiled springs disposed in cavities formed within the sides. The springs provide a biasing force that urges the clamp arms toward clamp surfaces at each side of the receptacle portion, gripping an edge of a work surface. The debris receptacle is thus mounted to receive debris swept from the work surface.

At least a portion of the bottom of the receptacle is formed of a mesh material and a top portion of the back panel defines at least two openings, with the top portion of the back panel and an upper edge of the front panel further defining an open end of the receptacle. The device also includes a mounting plate having at least two posts on a first side of the mounting plate and an element for attaching the mounting plate to a wall; and at least two caps, each cap defining a bore for receiving the post and for secure attachment to the post.

Abstract: A protective case or mounting device for a portable digital media device includes a first and a second snap fit cavity adapted to receive and selectively retain a first and a second protrusion element, respectively, associated with any of various accessory mounting or position retention elements. Connection between respective protrusions and snap fit cavities is made by depressible insertion. A portable digital media device may thus be removably engaged to various positioning elements without requiring the device to be removed from a protective case.

Abstract: A combination wall shelf and food service tray is comprised of a breakfast-in-bed-like food serving tray adapted with mounting means for removable mounting of the tray to a wall in shelf-like orientation. In a preferred embodiment, the mounting means comprises a downwardly projecting longitudinal flange perpendicular to the serving surface of the apparatus, the flange being sized and shaped for cooperative engagement with at least one bracket which is permanently mounted to a wall. The subject apparatus is ideal for use by tray passers and other staff in hospital settings because it may be selectively stored in a convenient location within a patient room when not in use and removed for placement over a patient's lap during meal service.

Abstract: An organizer for securely retaining hand tools and other miscellaneous small items particularly in environments where space for working is limited and the tools must be organized and conveniently available. The organizer includes a container defining an interior in which is disposed a support plate having openings adapted for the insertion and support of various items such as hand tools and a bottom wall for supporting the lower ends of those items that extend through the support plate and are long enough to reach the bottom wall. For even longer items the bottom wall is provided with one or more openings of sufficient size to allow the item to extend through the bottom wall. The support panel may be hinged for pivoting to an open position to provide access to the interior for tool storage. Either the top wall or the front wall of the organizer are adapted to be opened and retracted for access to the interior and support plate of the organizer.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for displaying dispenser containers at point of sale locations. The device includes a drip tray or base for holding the product container and a back member that extends upwardly from the base. An adjustable loop is then looped around the product container, attached to the device and placed in tension to hold the product container firmly in the base and bias the product toward the back member. After placing the product container in the device, the device can then be used to display the product container for sampling or other purposes at a point of purchase location, including mounting the device to a store shelf.

Abstract: A gum receptacle has a case defining a space for receiving gums and a lid connected to the case by a hinge. An attaching and detaching device for attaching and detaching the case to and from a support element is provided on a predetermined portion of the case. The gum receptacle can be attached to and detached from the support element, irrespective of a place, such as at home, in an office or inside a vehicle. As a gum can be easily taken out of the gum receptacle, user convenience is rendered.

Abstract: A versatile biological specimen collection apparatus is disclosed. Beneficially, the apparatus includes a receptacle for catching a biological specimen, and a support bracket for the receptacle, and the support bracket is adapted to be supported by a support structure such as a toilet bowl.

Abstract: A shelf that can be hung on a window structure. The shelf has a projecting member and a horizontal member that envelop the top of the window structure. The horizontal member can be moveable to clamp the window structure between the horizontal member and the projecting member. The shelf can include a cover to provide an ideal growing environment for plants, especially Bonsai plants. Accessories, such as picture frames, can be attached to the shelf. The shelf can include more than one tray.

Abstract: A holder for disposable medical suction tubes, common referred to as Yankauer suction tubes. The holder is adapted with a back panel for attachment to a vertical surface, an in particular, to an equipment column of the type commonly found in medical facilities such as an emergency treatment room. The holder is adapted to receive the sterile packaging of the Yankauer suction tube through a central bore in a supporting bracket affixed perpendicular to the back panel. A base plate secured perpendicular to the back panel below the supporting bracket provides a rest for the sterile packaging and suction tube.

Abstract: A highly adaptable mounting panel has a planar surface for supporting various devices including an electrical meter thereon. The planar surface is elevated from a surrounding flange, which may be operatively fastened to a wall or similar building structure. The surrounding flanges are beveled to interlock the panels together and extend the coverage of the planar surface to an area covered by two or any multiple of modules. Guides and selective reinforcements are provided to ensure simple, rapid and secure fastening between adjacent panels. Additional brackets are disclosed which permit the mounting panel to be used in conjunction with brick or stone siding.

Abstract: A stand-alone retractable overhead storage system. The system will be titled STOR-TEMP CONTAINER SYSTEM. The philosophy behind the system is to provide badly needed storage space in the unused portion of a room or garage structure. This area is the upper portion of the building structure such as the ceiling and upper wall area. The Container is loaded at the floor level and the lid secured; it is then retracted up to the ceiling area. The Container, when retracted up to the ceiling, allows the space beneath it to be utilized for traffic, vehicle parking or additional temporary storage. It is a stand-alone structural and functional kit. The Container has two (2) sets of wheels which operate inside of a dual track assembly. This permits easy and safe elevation to the stored position. The Container operates in an up and down motion by way of an electric motor through a cable and pulley system or a chain and sprocket system. The Container will be applied to the residential and commercial housing market.

Retaining structure is arranged in the cooling compartment of the cooling container in order to secure the drinks bottle below the closed lid in a ready-to-hand storage position in which the drinks bottle extends obliquely upwards with its bottle neck towards an end region of the cooling compartment, which end region is arranged so that the bottle can be readily grasped.

Abstract: An improved, removable adhesive hook and loop wall mount floral vase. The improved wall mount vase is principally intended for holding one or more buds or a bouquet of flowers, and comprises a vinyl outer body having a predetermined body shape, a predetermined diameter, a predetermined height, and a predetermined thickness. The preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a polyvinyl chloride ridged inner body of a predetermined width, height and thickness. The improved vase further comprises an adhesive hook and loop fastener means attached to the outer flat back-side wall of the vinyl vase, for easily mounting the vase onto a flat surface without use of metal fasteners or permanent bonding materials. The removable adhesive hook and loop fastener allows the removal of the vase for cleaning and refilling with water and floral arrangements. The adhesive fastener can be warmed and removed from walls and other flat surfaces with out damaging the surface.
