Abstract: A collapsible container assembly that includes a first lateral side wall having a door frame and a first shear wall, a second lateral side wall that opposes the first lateral side wall and includes a wall panel and a second shear wall, an outboard wall that includes upper and lower panels that are pivotably connected to one another, an inboard wall that opposes the outboard wall and includes upper and lower panels that are pivotably connected to one another, a base and a top. The first shear wall is pivotable between a use position where the first shear wall is not positioned in the door frame interior and a stowed position where the first shear wall is positioned in the door frame interior. The second shear wall is pivotable between a use position where the second shear wall is not positioned in the wall panel interior and a stowed position where the second shear wall is positioned in the wall panel interior.

Abstract: An apparatus, system and method for securing wheeled shipping carts within a shipping container. The apparatus, system and method for securing wheeled shipping carts within a shipping container secures the shipping racks across the width of the container and vertically, and then end-to-end inside the length of the container from the fixed end of the container to the doors as the container is loaded. In addition, the system and method secures wheeled shipping carts within a shipping container using a securing apparatus installed within the shipping container to constrain the wheeled shipping carts both vertically and horizontally in location during transport.

Abstract: The present invention provides a jointed liquid crystal glass panel package box, which includes a box body and a plurality of brackets mounted to the box body. The box body includes a frame and a hollow plate arranged inside the frame. The frame includes two opposite first frame members, two opposite second frame members, and four L-shaped connection members connecting between the first frame members and the second frame members. The two first frame members, the two second frame members, and the connection members circumferentially delimit a receiving compartment. The hollow plate is received in the receiving compartment. The brackets are mounted to the two first frame members and the two second frame members. With the frame being formed by jointing the first and second frame members and the connection members, the size is adjustable so as to be fit to packaging of liquid crystal glass panels of different sizes.

When the container body is used as a regular container, two movable supporting units has not been extended from the container body; and the covering rod, extending rod, connecting rods of the movable supporting units are conjugated with the horizontal supporting columns and connecting posts respectively to reinforce the structure of the container body, so that the reinforced container body can have a better status to sustain heavier weight. Furthermore, the movable supporting units can extend to expand the space of the container body to receive more items to reduce the transportation costs; and when the container is not used for storage purposes, the expanded space can be used for other purposes.

The frame and housing define an opening and an interior storage space for containing the hazardous material. The lid or door is operatively connected to the frame and covers the opening for inhibiting access to the interior storage space. A first gasket fluidly seals the lid or door for inhibiting hazardous material from moving from the interior storage space to an outer environment. Additionally, the cargo container may include a second gasket, a seal arrangement, and/or a tortuous path for deflecting airborne hazardous materials from the first gasket and further inhibiting hazardous material from moving from the interior storage space to the outer environment.

Abstract: A crate system for transport of items. The system includes a set of U shaped tubes that are mounted in an upright position on beams. The crate system can safely secure and even stack heavy items on top of one another. These crate systems can then be disassembled for packing and shipping back to the original shipper.

Abstract: In accordance with embodiments of the present invention described herein, a shipping capsule is provided comprising a lattice blanket that is expandable and contractible so as to allow size adjustability and a covering layer. In one particularly embodiment, the lattice blanket forms an expandable and contractible sleeve that is received around a product being shipped in the shipping capsule and the covering layer is a polymer film such as stretch wrap. Methods of shipping and packaging a product are also disclosed.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the invention provide a vessel for containing or conveying molten metal therein. At least part of the outer surface of the vessel incorporates a web of metal wires embedded in the surface, the wires being mutually overlaid with openings formed therebetween. The refractory material penetrates into the openings. The web may comprise woven metal wires or non-woven wires or both. The web imparts resistance to cracking (or containment of cracks, once formed) and/or resistance to molten metal leakage if cracks develop. The invention also provides metal containment structures containing such vessels, and methods of producing the same.

Abstract: A cover for concealing utility equipment on real property such as air conditioner condenser units, telephone and electric cabinets, and trash containers, has a modular, rigid and stiff skeletal frame and a filtration layer of fine mesh supported on the vertical faces of the skeletal frame. The cover includes artificial foliage in the form of sprigs that closely simulate the appearance of natural, leafed, shrubbery branches. The sprigs are affixed to substantially vertical rods positioned laterally across the face of the frame. The cover presents an aesthetically pleasing natural foliage appearance that substantially completely blocks the view of the concealed equipment. Lengths and angles between components of the cover and the number of components can be adjusted such that a single cover kit is alone or in combination with supplementary components adaptable to fit objects of different sizes and shapes.

Abstract: A modular tank unit for utilizing vessels of opportunity to serve as carriers for transportation and handling of specialty liquids or flowable particulate products or to serve as a terminal ashore receiving and dispensing to truck, rail, barge or other receiving facilities. The modular tank unit has a rectangular intermodal framework of predetermined dimension and tare weight permitting its transportation by cargo vessel, hopper barge and by rail for positioning inland or at shore facilities. A tank may be adapted for other modes of transportation and may be removably secured within the rectangular framework. The modular tank unit in its smaller dimension can be transported empty by rail and can be positioned in the field by portable crane. The modular tank unit defines a pump compartment having a pumping and draining manifold and portable pump and valve assembly for fluid handling, enabling the modular tank unit to be “active” for power energized pumping or “passive” for gravity discharge.

Abstract: A volumetric efficient collapsible and tamper proof container for protecting goods contained therein during transportation and storage. The container comprises six walls perpendicularly and hingedly mounted to each other to define a cubic space therein. Long and short elongated pins are passed through openings in knuckle extensions on the sides of the walls and they are cooperatively disposed to offset each opposite tubular member to permit the coaxial alignment of the respective through openings. Locking tubular members are used to keep one or more of the long pins in place. The long pins keep the shorter pins in place. Seal members are used to prevent the removal of one or more of the long pins that are keeping the short pins in place. The other long and short elongated pins are kept in place with locking tubular members that can only be removed when the walls are flat on a common plane.

Abstract: An industrial hopper and support system includes a hopper having a plurality of receivers complementally configured to receive the top ends of legs of a support. The hopper is particularly designed to receive and discharge both solid and liquid material by the mounting of a selected valve, and the receivers include recesses therein which inhibit the spread of the legs and provide a structural connection between the legs of the support when the hopper is mounted thereon. The hopper may be mounted to the legs without the use of tools, but a separate fastener may be used when it is desired to lift both the hopper and its support from above. The support is provided with openings through primary tubular members which align with crossmembers so that forks inserted into the openings pass longitudinally through the crossmembers.

Abstract: A dishwasher silverware basket is provided with a cage and a back wall which are snap-fit together. The cage includes a front wall, opposite side walls, and a bottom wall. The cage and back wall are both provided with mating hooks and openings which snap-fit together to form the silverware basket. In assembling the cage and back wall, hooks on the cage are fit into openings in the back wall. The cage is then moved toward the back wall so that second hooks on the back wall snap-fit into openings or recesses in the cage so as to form a permanent basket. Finally, the cage is moved downwardly with respect to the back wall so that the hooks on the cage engage with the lower edge portions of the back wall openings. Dividers may be provided in the basket to define compartments therein. The basket can be mounted on the interior surface of the dishwasher door via slots in the back wall, or can be set within a rack in the dishwasher.

Abstract: A secured trash container system includes a container with side walls and an open top end, the side walls including engagement locations, and a protective frame. The frame includes: a base; a plurality of uprights mounted with the base and extending upwardly therefrom, two of the uprights being separated from each other to define an open front side; and a roof supported by the uprights. The base, uprights and roof define a storage cavity wherein the container resides. The roof covers the open top end of the container. The container is configured to pass through the open front side of the frame. In this configuration, the presence of the roof over the open top end of the container can prevent unwanted access to the container, but can permit the container to be emptied in a conventional manner by passing the container through the open front side of the frame.

Abstract: A woven plastic container for plants is provided having an outside bottom band, a plurality of splints, an inside top band, a plurality of weave strips, and an outside top band. The outside bottom band has an interior surface and an exterior surface. Each splint is spaced apart a predetermined distance from each directly adjacent splint, and each splint is in contact with the outside bottom band interior surface. The inside top band has an interior surface and an exterior surface, with the exterior surface being in contact with each of the splints. Each of the weave strips is woven through the splints, and each of the weave strips is spaced at predetermined distances from each directly adjacent weave strip. The outside top band has an interior surface and an exterior surface, and with the interior surface being in contact with each of the splints. In one embodiment of the invention the container has a base, with the base being attached to the splints and the outside bottom band.

Abstract: A receptacle includes a base and a cylindrical or annular sidewall attached to the base and extending above the base to an open upper end. The sidewall and base define an interior of the receptacle to receive items. The sidewall includes one or more rigid plates spaced along the circumference of the sidewall, and one or more cutouts removed from at least one of the plates to define an ornamental feature in the sidewall. Each cutout is formed by cutting and defined by a cut edge extending along the periphery of the cutout. The cutouts can be torch-cut under automatic control.

The multi-functional edge frame arrangement includes a plurality of edge frames, each having a main frame having a L-shaped cross section and two edge holders provided at two side ends of the main frame. An edge portion of the side panel and an edge portion of the base panel are arranged to securely mount along the edge holders respectively so as to connect the side panel with the base panel. At least one of the edge frames is constructed to form a utility edge frame and the multi-functional edge frame arrangement further includes a mounting unit provided on the utility edge frame and a container accessory including a reinforcing member shaped and sized to fittedly mount on the mounting unit.

Abstract: A cargo container includes two tine tunnels disposed at the top of the container, for receiving the tines of a fork-lift truck. The tine tunnels fit between upper and lower header extrusions and a protection plate is provided to protect the container from the fork tines. Lifting the container at the top, rather than at the bottom, improves loading stability and minimizes container damage.

The receptacle is formed of durable materials creating an attractive appearance to the yard or garden. Abstract: A fluid tank assembly is designed for stacking with similar assemblies. The fluid tank assembly includes a base having a plurality of upright stacking legs, a tank having a liquid-receiving chamber received on and supported by the base, and couplers for connecting the tank to the stacking legs adjacent the upper ends of the latter. The couplers away be provided as fasteners such as bolts and receivers whereby the tank prevents the legs from spreading outwardly. Alternatively, the couplers may be provided as bosses molded into the tank which interfit with corresponding slots on the stacking legs. The tank is preferably permitted to shift relative to the base to accommodate movement during filling and emptying and shifting during transport. The couplers avoid the necessity of separate protective tops or other structure which joins the tops of the legs together, but rather uses the tank as a structural component without imparting significant vertical loads thereto.

Each side wall assembly can comprise an advertisement which can be accessed, for instance, to change the advertisement or for repair purposes. The outer container or the closure can be provided with ashtrays which can discharge their contents into conduits defined in the extruded posts such as to deposit at the bottom thereof.
